The hotel was kind enough to accommodate my early check-in, which I really appreciated. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable. Another big plus was that the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, making it incredibly convenient for shopping and dining. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and everything I tried was delicious. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would be happy to come back.

Foreign traveller one night. Front office manager tried to overcharge me for laundry. I ended up just leaving my clothes there. Front office manager tried to overcharge me for breakfast. I ended up just telling him to skip it. Front office manager tried to overcharge me for airport shuttle bus. I just ended up just taking Gojek. When writer brought this up to front office manager he demanded the prices he wanted, argued in length with writer in the front lobby of the hotel in front of other patrons and his staff. Awful, stressful experience, will not be staying there again.
