I was stayed at this same hotel in the middle of August and the elevator wasn’t working. I stayed once again at the same hotel and the elevator still wasn’t working. The hallway of the second floor is starting to smell like mold and “wet dog”.

very light up at night, felt my truck was safe in parking lot, area fenced in, well located to food and casinos, wouls stay hear again

The room was clean and the price was reasonable. Downhill from there. The elevator does not work and nobody told us until we had checked in. Husband (68)has a hard time walking up and down stairs and has a bad limp because of back problems. I just had hernia surgery a few weeks ago and cannot lift things. Unfortunately, husband had to carry everything up and down the stairs. There is no-one there to help. No toiletries or kleenex in the room. So be sure to ask for them before you go to take a shower. Site says cookware, dinnerware & silverware included. Front desk said it cost an extra $25. The bed and pillows are very very firm. If you stay 2 days they do not refresh your room, which is fine unless you need more towels or toilet paper, which would also be fine if they told you that up front, so your prepared. There is a small coffee maker and they provide 2 packets of coffee. I suggest you take your own. There is no coffee provided in the lobby. The sheets were thin and very wrinkled. Covers had cigarette burns and curtains had holes in them. The electrical outlet for the coffee maker had some clear plastic?? or something in the plug holes and could not be used. Had to move the coffee maker to the table. The hallway and stairwell carpets could use some cleaning. I am thankful the room was clean, although a little worn in some areas and smelled good. Clean room and good price but think I will pay an extra $10-15 per night next for a place without the issues and has breakfast.

Studio 6 is a great hotel. Very basic, but clean and neat. Minimal...but great for a night or 2. Small kitchen is great...you have to ask for dishes(place a deposit). The bed is great, but the pillows...not so much, and you cant get extras or a different style. Overall. I will stay here again(have already stayed on other trip and knew pillow situation...I do not bring mine from home for fear of forgetting it. .lol)

Elevator not working

7 minutes from Golden Nugget. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Great location behind a 7-Eleven. Free Parking. No breakfast

Hotel very quiet and appeared clean. Their elevator wasn’t working but luckily was given a room on ground floor.

The property is okay. It’s behind abandoned buildings so felt a little unsafe. It is well lit tho. The elevator was out of service. There is zero service, no housekeeping, not so much as even coffee available besides the sad, weak one pot in the room. Only two pillows per double bed, but plenty of towels. The kitchenette had a sign saying, due to COVID, they’d removed all the dishes. This is 2025! The sign was 5 years old. Not so much as a tumbler or coffee mug to drink from. Thankfully, it was a one night stay, but for all the extended stay (which they advertise as an extended stay place and there were a lot of construction workers staying) it’s not nice to have to go to the neighborhood gas station just to get hot coffee in the morning.

Would definitely not stay here again, there was mold all over the restroom. Got moved to another room and there was still mold. For a quick drive through stay it's worth the price.

VERY CLEAN.FRIENDLY STAFF.

This place was cheap, I’ll start there. I expected some things to be not-so great. For example, the toilet didn’t flush so well, the bed was uncomfortable, the pillows were lumpy and misshapen. But I cannot excuse the insect presence in the rooms. Granted, not one full-size roach appeared, but it was arguably worse than that; I must have killed 30 baby ones throughout the 10 hours total I was there. This points to a serious infestation. My wife almost went sleep in the car just knowing they were around. If it weren’t for the obvious pest problem, this would be a perfectly acceptable lodging for the money.

I would love to give a better review but the floors were nasty. There is no carpet, so how hard was it to mop the floors???? Vending machines were sold out of water!!! Accept for the young lady who checked me out, the other front desk employees need customer service training!!!!!

Rooms were clean and tidy but they have platform beds and they tend to slide a bit, which is annoying.

The rooms are in pretty good shape. They need a little TLC but not much. Our TV did not work and we were told we had to wait until the next day to get it repaired...We were only there for 1 night and were leaving early the next day. We asked if there was another option but nothing offered, no room switch. They were out of most of the amenities. There was an awful smell in the hallway which seeped into the room. It was noisy until around midnight and then it simmered down some. All of the front office employees were polite but very slow. It took 15 minutes to get checked in (no one in front of me) and I was pre-paid.

People were knocking on doors at 3:30 in the morning. Had the room near the stairs and it was contrast noise all night.

We went days with no Wi-Fi and I needed Wi-Fi for work and missed out on multiple meetings and lost money

Tv did not work. Went to the front desk for help and the person there did not know how to operate it. Very frustrating!!!!

Although it was a Very comfortable, neat and clean place, we found it to be alittle in uncomfortable with Noisy neighbors across the hall. It seems as if they were arguing and talking very loudly. It's hard to know what to do in that situation. Fortunately it was on our last night there. Also , as being Seniors we feel that all Hotels should have some type of Safety bar in the tub area and even by the toilet for safety. Not even a grip matt on the tub for possible slipping accidents. I do appreciate the attendates help in answering questions and being pleasant.

Staff were very judgemental and wifi didn't work

Beds are terribly uncomfortable! The beds are described as queen but are actually very small doubles. They are so cheap that the mattress will actually slide off the bed frame. The room was very damp and smelled bad. We’ve stayed here before but things have really gone down hill.

The beds would not stay in place, they moved all over every time you moved. The floor had not been swept. Coins, dirt, and multiple pieces of string were everywhere from the bathroom to the windows. Plus, the people upstairs sounded like a construction crew. Noise throughout the evening and again in the morning. I can only assume that they were fighting their bed as well. I would have requested a different room but I was traveling with 3 others and we had already unpacked.

The shower head did not work, the water turned on but couldn’t get the shower head to work. The was an open hole in the bathroom missing vent area that has a piece of plastic duck taped to it. No shampoo or conditioner, couldn’t find any front desk staff at night or in the morning to request some. Finally, the entire property is fenced in with concertina wire on top. The people hanging around the area made it feel unsafe and wasn’t sure if my car was still going to be there in the morning. I guess you get what you pay for in a place, although I didn’t think it was that cheap, for a place like this I wouldn’t pay more than $50 a night.

Great customer service

The people at front desk day or night , did not know what was going on to the next person they didn't Communicate with each other they don't lessen when u talked to them . It was just Frustrating

The morning receptionist had NO people skills. Stank Attitude.

I was not happy about being ask for a cash deposit for my pet and I had to insist on a receipt. The clerk did not want to give me one and it was a bit of an ordeal. She did finally wrote me one on a deposit slip. They also called me multiple times before my arrival at 10pm to ask what time I would get there. The fist call I had told them I did not know for sure we have several stops planned on our trip to the area. The second time really aggravated me. I have never had a hotel act this way. Upon check in the clerk said it was because they were sold out and wanted to make I was coming. This room was paid in advance so I don’t think the harassment was warranted.

The staff are so helpful! We left something behind and they were super accommodating to make sure we got it back. This is the best hotel staff I have ever had!!

The service was horrible. The girl at the front desk was super, super rude. I asked 4 times for a receipt and was not given one till I checked out the next day, but they insisted on running my card the day before I checked in or else, they would cancel my reservation. My friend had to stay in the room with me because the front desk canceled her room but still charged her $280 and refused to refund her money for a room they canceled and gave away. They yelled at her and hung up the phone and told her to go stay in another hotel and hung the phone up in her face. While at the desk the manager or worker whatever she was talking rude to me. I asked for silverware and pots for the room she told me they didn't have any and i had to go to the store and buy some. the rooms had a kitchen with no dishware. I would not refer this hotel to my worst enemy. Hotel 6, studio 6 always get a bad rap and I see why. this hotel was less than garbage.

We did not actually stay the night. Lost our money. When we drove up there were several people with suitcases sitting outside, cursing and screaming. We did not feel safe. I would never book here again.

Had a lot of homeless up front sitting on bench and hanging out in front. The room we received was facing the neighborhood that was busy with music and loud engines from cars.

From a travel ball dad who stays at cheap motels this one was legit. Check in was quick and easy the place smell cleaned the rooms smelled clean the rooms were clean bathroom was big and spacious everything worked properly parking lot was lit. A plus is that it’s right by a convenience store and easy access right back to the interstate.

Safe. Clean and quit. Close to gas station and two resturant. Close to casinos. Cheap and kitchenette.

You can walk to Chili’s to get you something great eat!

Economic room that met my needs for the night to catch an early flight. It’s right off of the 210 loop so the location is convenient to restaurants, etc. (side note- iHop is walking distance with good food/service). The service was pleasant also.

The staff was amazing. The rooms were very nice and clean. There is a chilis and gas stations within walking distance so if you need a bite after a trip there are convenient spots.

Next to gas station, Ihop and chilies. Walmart , Chickfilet and Dunkin.
