Beware of the parking fee. Apparently the hefty room isn't enough, so they charge to park out back. The Stockyards is fun but it isn't exactly Manhattan. There's plenty of space so the parking see feels like a sneaky revenue grab. Otherwise, the hotel is perfectly fine.

Very nice stay. Hotel is as new and very comfortable. Breakfast is good. Location is 1 min walk from Stockyard. Parking is $15 you need to get your car out by 3 PM

Well, lets see…. You pay for a valet that gives you a ticlet with a number to text so they can bring your car around only to find out that service doesn’t work. There was never an open seat at the pool. Only 6 seats total in the pool. People partying until 4am. Room service is supposed to be every other day. We got new towels once. No other “room service” internet was down our last day. No tv, no internet. 350 a night? For that? Ouch!

Great hotel within walking distance to all stockyards attractions, shopping, and restaurants. Rooftop bar was a bonus. Pool is small but no big deal. We would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is comfortable and super close to the Stock Yards. The front desk staff are very friendly and pleasant. The rooftop bar is very nice for evening drinks. The only downsides are that the room was very dark - there is no central ceiling light and only one door onto the balcony at one end of a long narrow room which didn't let in enough light. The pool was also quite dirty - towels were strewn around, there was food on the floor and what looked like a ball of black hair floating in the water.

This hotel was a welcomed surprise! The location is fantastic and walking distance to the FW Stockyards. The property itself is more than step above some of the others we’ve stayed at. The one thing we weren’t expecting is the amazing rooftop bar/restaurant offering Spanish styled food with a Texas twist that was delicious. Would 100% recommend this and look forward to coming again.

Stayed from Fri- Sun- although the hotel room was nice. Parking & valet was horrible- our truck got broken into Saturday night. We paid valet for a reason, we have a toddler and it was more convenient to us. Apparently valet and staff/ security were not watching vehicles at night and our truck window was shattered. Gentlemen who worked there gave us rags to clean up all the glass in my baby’s car seat- but that was it. Cops didn’t do much and hotel didn’t even try to offer or reimburse what we paid. Paying $300+ a night I did not expect to get my vehicle broken into, will never stay here again.

Front lobby was okay. As soon as we went to our room and got off the elevator the smell of weed and cigarettes we so intense throughout the hallway as we walked to our room. We could clearly hear others loud voices. Once we stepped inside our room it still smelled like cigarette smoke… I specifically asked for non-smoking. It was just a one night stay as we made our way to the gulf Shores however I didn’t even sleep! It felt so unsafe, I could hear every single noice, voice, music, footsteps, etc Will never stay here again and I don’t recommend.

The hotel itself was clean but I was not happy with the lack of room cleaning. Our room was never cleaned for a period of 6 days. I had to take the towels and set them outside of our room door. Every night I cleaned up all the trash from the very small trash cans and set it outside the room door. I was there on business so left early and returned late so I guess I had to tell someone to clean. I had to ask on two different days for toilet paper. The breakfast was ok but did not change much. The staff was excellent.

We stayed for 3 nights, Friday, Saturday & Sunday. While checking in, we were informed that turn down services were only offered every other day. So Saturday there were no services offered. We fully expected that Sunday they would be. My wife and I left for the Cowboys game at about 10:00am and made it back just before 5pm, no turn down service. No clean sheets or additional towels for use, no garbage removal either. When we called the front desk, he basically said, we could have requested turn down service at any time, then offered it for the next day, which would be our departure day. My wife asked for clean towels, so those were brought to us. We paid about $925.00 to stay for 4 days and 3 nights, but the front desk did nothing for the hotel’s mistake. No complimentary service, no voucher, nothing. Just said he would speak to his manager, never heard from anyone again!

We enjoyed our stay, good breakfast included and rooftop restaurant option. Walkable and convenient to nearby Cowtown venues. However the rate was high, and traffic was noisy from our room. Awoke at 3 a.m. to loud rap music being played from a car outside the hotel. It was so loud the glass windows vibrated.

Rooms were not ready at the time of check-in. He explained that the night before they were booked and also shorthanded, and that it would be at least 2 hours before we could check-in. As I was asking if there was a place I could get ready as we had to be somewhere in an hour a young lady came around the wall and said"we are not offering any upgrades"! No one said anything about an upgrade, I just wanted a bathroom and a chair! She was not friendly at all. Thank goodness another gentleman stepped in, called house cleaning and they were just finishing up a double queen room for us!

Was forced to leave the hotel due to the room flooding with water as a result of a rain shower. Had to drive home in the storm because the hotel had no place to put us and didn’t try to find us another room nearby. Then they charges us full price and made no efforts to compensate us for our loss and being forced to drive home in a storm at 1am. The noise is terrible from all the cars and trucks racing down the street and the service is subpar.

Staff was kind, but check-in was frustrating as their systems were down and unable to get us in a room. After driving 4 hours we had children that were tired and wanted to lie down. Fortunately we were with other friends and they arrived before us and we were able to put our luggage in their room. Walkable location near Stockyards. Plenty to see and do as we came for the Stockyards. Expensive though. Drinks at the hotel bar were outrageous, don't recommend. Valet, Daniel, was amazing and friendly. Room was nice, clean, comfy. Had desk if you need that. Couch to relax if you have time for that. Elevators were quick and efficient. Only stayed one night so not sure of housekeeping.

I had a great stay here with my sister. Room was very clean and comfortable. We had a great nights sleep despite our room overlooking the road. Breakfast was amazing with plenty of hot and cold options. We had cocktails in the rooftop bar and they were delicious and served with a smile! Location is fab, just over the road from the Stockyards.

I liked the convenience and close proximity to dining and shopping. The hotel bar & restaurant was nice. Did not like that the hotel breakfast ended at 10:00 in the morning, most patrons stay out late in the stockyards venue and tend to wake up later in the morning, missing out on the breakfast,, it would be nice if it went till 11:00 am.
