Location & comfortable room for a great price. I liked the convenience to park the car in front on the room... I'll definitely go again.

This renovated motel was perfect for a one night last minute stay. We were supposed to go camping but it was raining, and found this property had good reviews and was clean. Our room was great, very clean, had all the basic necessities, microwave, fridge, parking included. Breakfast was included but very limited, even the water tanks were empty. We had ear plugs provided which was nice since you could definitely head the neighboring rooms and some outside noise as well.

Ground floor was nice with parking right outside my door. Easy access to beach and eating places.

The room was clean and very comfortable, especially the two small sofas that gave my wife and me a place to sit while relaxing during the day. The parking space was right outside the door of the room--it could not have been easier. We were within ready walking distance of restaurants and shops; the beach was a short walk.

Rooms are upgraded and clean. No amenities but very quiet and excellent location. Will stay agsin

This was a great affordable place to stay and felt quite a bit more updated and modern than many of the other hotels in the area. My wife and I frequently visit and will stay again. One thing to note: if you arrive before your check in time there may not be anyone in the office to inquire about an early check in with. Which is a bummer, but when we came back at our Expedia assigned check in the office was open and check in was easy. We were met with a clean room. Parking was a breeze.

Staff was friendly and helpful the room was clean and updated, great location to go to the beach, shops, and restaurants! Parking was also nice and right in front of the room. Afordable and would stay again!

It was a room without any amenities whatsoever so should have been half the price I paid.

Room was clean, offseason so the office was closed when we got there, but the clerk came quickly, and was friendly. We asked for towels, and they were provided quickly

The room was dirty, sand everywhere. Bed sloppily made. No phone in room...no phone in office..how is thus labeled as a resort? WAY overpriced. I have video of the filth i walked into. Never recommending this to anyone. Id like to speak to a manager.

This hotel looks great on photos but is a bit different in person. The check in is at 4:00pm so we showed up at about 4:40pm. The office was closed and nobody to be seen. There were people cleaning hotel rooms within view but no one around. We called the phone number twice and we didn’t see anyone until almost an hour later. We were told the room wasn’t ready yet. So we left and came back when they said it’d be ready. The room appeared clean but there were stains on the floor, bed, and we found pubic hairs in the restroom. The design of the room overall was good and cute. The bed was comfy besides the stains. We were woken up at 8 in the morning by the neighbors next to us blasting hip hop music at full volume. After it had gone on for an hour, we called and let the office know. Music didn’t stop until they left for the day an hour later. At this point, we were not happy spending this much money for what we were getting. The distance to the beach was great, parking was great, but that’s about where it ends. We decided to check out early and the front desk person was friendly and only charged us for the one night we stayed. It seems like it could be a great place, but just wasn’t for us. Hopefully it can be improved as it’s such a great location to Ocean Shores.

Pleasant front desk staff, adequate room, dirty floor (covered with dog hair, not swept or mopped). Hard on allergies, difficult sleep with snoring through thin walls.

The floor in our room was very dirty but the manager explained the dust was in the air and she came and washed the floor for us. The room was great other than that however the breakfast was not good. No coffee, no milk and only enough mixture for 3 waffles so everyone after us went without. No one in the office to ask for more.

The exterior is a bit worn, like a lot a properties in the area, but the rooms are clean and nicely decorated inside. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good location, easy walk to beach. Great price.

Pros: Inside was upgraded, though outside looks old and tired. Vehicle can be parked right outside of the room. Regular bathtub is usable. Microwave and smaller fridge are available. Cons: No view of the beach from any of the rooms. We can hear everything that next door's were saying or doing. Room was still cold even when the thermostat was set to 80 degrees. No warm breakfast.

We loved the old school quaint vibe. The room had been remodeled and was quite nice... the only thing that could have been better... a chest of drawers. We literally were living out of a suitcase. The kitchenette was convenient and allowed for us to prepare our breakfast, so we weren't eating out every meal. The only other thing would be possibly quiet hours. The room next to is was VERY loud Saturday night into Sunday morning (approximately 2am). The noise definitely changed the vibe and feel, not to mention the ability to go to sleep. Ear plugs were provided, guess now I know why, except you wouldnt hear a fire alarm with ear plugs in... Anyway, we will most likely return and pray the neighbors aren't as rowdy.

Cozy, smallish room, but it was clean and comfortable for a one night stay. Check in was quick and front desk staff were polite.

Liked: very clean and updated. disliked: walls very thin and could hear conversations and TV on rooms on all 3 sides.

The hotel is very clean and updated. Staff is friendly. Walls are paper thin though, could hear everything going on in the other rooms.

I wish there was a way to cool the room other than the celing fan. And there needs to be blackout curtains over the window.

Booked on-line. Arrived at property at 2 pm, one car in lot and check-in empty - with sign on door, saying no 24 hr service. Check in at 4 pm. Came back at 4:05 - no one there and noticed door was filthy. Again only 1 car in lot. Phone number to call for "service". Called got answer machine. Left message - no response. We booked another hotel. Received text at 8:50 pm, saying they were "there" and ready to check us in! Replied - Sorry no - we had made other plans.

I did not like that they refused to refund two nights when a change in plans forced me to check out two days early. They advertise no fee for cancellation the day before, but once they have my money, they ignore that. I don't plan to stay there again.

We love to go here great location and clean rooms had a great experience this last trip check in is at 4pm but had a call from Manissa the manager letting us know our room was ready early if we would like to check in she went above and beyond customer service was great!

No one at front desk to check in or out. No housekeeping while checked in. Other than that, great location and price was right.

Checking in is REALLY difficult. It took me 45 minutes to get someone to open the office to check me in although it was 5pm and not during any abnormal hours. Then, every day my room keys would stop working and I would have to go and find someone, often waiting in the pouring rain, to get me new keys to my room. It always felt like an imposition that I needed help to check in or get back in my room. I was never offered any apology, discount or upgrade for my trouble and tried to be kind and respectful although I spent time every day of my my trip just trying to get in my room.

Check in was bad. We got there at 4:00 check in time and door was locked. Called number, they sent someone. Didn’t check in until around 4:30! Appeared to be teenage boys cleaning rooms. No toilet paper. Very few tenants. Just quite disappointed.

A lot of the amenities were closed early in the evening. The power went out for 3-4 hours on our first day. Quick access to the beach. Staff was prompt to respond to questions on text. Limited staff on site.

Great little seaside hotel! Super cute and clean. Service was great when we needed more towels. Gave great recommendations on where to eat. Walking distance to beach, bike rentals, restaurants and shops.

It was a nice place to stay and very quiet. It was close to eating places and souvenirs stores and the beach approach. Cery convenient for quick places to visit. Breakfast could be better and I only saw the front desk guy when we checked in but all in all it was a good place to stay and we literally got the room same day.

No staff available during breakfast so ran out of most things - disappointing. People waited around to see if they could even get coffee! Also bathtub drain not working but no one at front desk.

We had a comfortable stay. Only thing is that at 10am on New Year's Day we went to office to get coffee and found the dispensers were out & no office attendant was there.

Located in a great central area with updated simple, clean, rooms. The little chocolate donuts at the grab and go breakfast were the best.

Our room was comfortable and clean. The resort was nothing special but we slept well and had a nice bath for showering. We were grateful for the fridge and microwave to heat up leftover pizza. The only negative was the "breakfast". The coffee was horrible. It seemed like watery decaf. The food items were all junk food like sugary cereal, waffles and PopTarts. Also, it doesn't open until 8:30.

The property is newly renovated and very nice. My only complaint would be that the walls are pretty thin and we could hear the neighbor snoring. Also, if you want your continental breakfast, they don’t open until 8:00. Otherwise, this is a nice property.

Clean room with cute decor. Room included a mini fridge, microwave, coffee and coffee maker, hair dryer and unexpected, but welcome free waffles/pastries in the morning. Also, quiet property with a cute, refreshed outside. I would definitely stay here again.
