Very nice Hotel, very clean and breakfast was good. Appears that they are attempting to be mindful of the area, as there appeared to be some security presence on the property. The area does seem have some presence of homeless/ vagrants that did come on to the property searching around cars and garbage cans for various items.

Very clean hotel. Breakfast had many good options. Hotel was secure with even the lobby doors needing key entry at night. So close the baseball field were already planning to come back to catch a game. Only about 10 minutes to downtown. I didn’t have interactions with the staff but my fiancé did and he was very impressed with their friendliness and customer service.

Nice and clean, well updated, the breakfast was great. Turkey sausage, eggs, hard boiled eggs, cereal, milk, etc. well lit parking lot with many spots and security. Cable TV with lots of channels and the gym was nice too! No pool, but that’s alright.

Fairfield suites will not clean your room unless you booked through Marriott. Our room was not cleaned after our first night. We spoke with the front desk who informed the room would only get cleaned every other day (though this was not mentioned when we booked). The room was again not cleaned after our second night and when we told the front desk they stated there was nothing they could do. We emailed management who informed that if you book through a 3rd party such as Expedia your room will not get cleaned like it would if you booked through Marriott. Also one of the pillowcases on the bed was dirty upon our arrival. I don’t think they clean or change the sheets when the rooms turnover. Overall the cleanliness in the rooms is subpar. I would go as far as to say the rooms are dirty due to the lack of cleaning (even between different customers). I have traveled to many places and stayed at many hotels and the Fairfield suites was the worst experience I have had. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else.

The hotel looks very nice but once we got in our room we noticed it had not been cleaned well. There was something crusty on one of the pillow cases, hair in the shower and smudges on the window. They claim they have free breakfast but in the breakfast lounge they conveniently put a sign up saying there will be no breakfast.

The room was so well kept and cleaned. The bathroom was perfect. The shower was clean. Extremely the air-conditioning was perfect. The bedding was soft and comfortable. The carpet was extremely clean and well kept. We had an amazing time will definitely be booking another trip to this hotel.

Buffet was terrible, the gentleman that was working on Wednesday was not a very nice person! Said they were making more coffee which never came!! The carpet in our room ,128, was no dirty that we had to leave our shoes on at all times. The curtains would not close all the way and asked front desk to see if they could be fixed, light right outside the window, so it stayed light all night. Housekeeping did not fix it.

My stay was a disaster my room had bedbugs in it. Dried up blood on the blankets. I was in disgust. When wanted to be compensated I was told no. But it wasn’t by fault you guys had bedbugs. It was multiple people complaining at the front desk when I came as well. This hotel 0 stars.

This is the nicest/cleanest Fairfield Inn I’ve stayed in, in the past 2 years. It’s very well kept up with updated bathrooms. Room was quiet & bed was comfortable. Definitely would stay here again. My only complaint is the water pressure in the shower was pretty low, even for a water saver.

Tv didn’t work,lights didn’t work, was charged 3 times for one room and was told they’d figure it out and then in the morning was told it’s because they have new people working. Well then you should figure that out. Would never recommend this place to anyone!!!!

Desk clerk barely acknowledged me and continued shuffling through some papers for a couple of minutes while talking to someone who wasn’t even at the desk. ( I didn’t see anyone else there) Then she left and went into an office behind the desk and shut the door, without saying anything about when or if she was coming back. So a couple minutes later she comes out of the office and finally checks me in. Nothing like making your guests feel valued. Will not be back.

I stay at this property every year when I come up to watch baseball, have always had good experiences until this trip. The rudeness from the gentleman running the breakfast was something I have never experienced. I paid $350 for a two queen room I don’t appreciate staff telling me to “move” and “get out of the way” all because I was apparently using the waffle maker incorrectly.

Hotel was nice but surroundings not so safe feeling. It’s like they just plopped this nice hotel in the middle of nowhere. Avoid the Walmart next door. Brewers Stadium is super close but I wouldn’t suggest walking. Take a shuttle from one of the many bars. Steny’s was a great place! 2 different women at hotel desk we interacted with and the younger lady was rude. Don’t expect ‘dietary accommodation’ like the sign says at breakfast as they have no non-dairy options or gluten free bread like most Marriotts. Fruit, juice and coffee was only option for $200/night. Very frustrating. Room was clean but had spider issue. Will be staying elsewhere on our way back thru town.

I enjoyed this hotel for its friendly staff, convenient location, and cleanliness. Great rate and close to downtown. I’d stay again! Unfortunately, break-ins have been on the rise in the surrounding area but I never felt unsafe.

Our stay at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Milwaukee West was very convenient. The location to downtown and amazing restaurants was convenient. The breakfast and onsite laundry was convenient. The parking was convenient. We stay in Milwaukee every year and this was one of the best places we have stayed so far.

Check in was quick. Security seemed good. The room was nicely laid out and clean. Really liked the bathroom and the shower. Breakfast was nothing to write home about. Walked to the Brewer game, about 20 minutes door to gate. Walked back after the night game and felt safe as there was a nice group to walk with.

Hotel and room in itself was amazing. Loved our room, was very clean and accommodating. Biggest complaint was breakfast-we came down at 9:30 on a Sunday and there was literally nothing out. Everything was picked over, and no coffee. Breakfast was suppose to be out till 10.

Rooms were clean and modern. Pillow cases did not smell fresh. Breakfast was late to open and the food is very mediocre given the price you pay. Powdered eggs, very stale cold waffles and bananas so green you couldn’t open them. We were waiting for the warm food to come out 15 mins after open. It’s a nice hotel with breakfast that did not match.

Wow ! This hotel is immaculate 💫 only stayed over night but would have loved to take advantage of the most amazing spotless shower ! Bathroom was beautiful, and the free breakfast was beyond just toast / coffee. Bacon turkey sausage and eggs ! Waffles bagels muffins just Outstanding! Checkout. Less then a min!
