Oğlum yüzmeyi çok sevdiği için havuzu da güzel gözüktüğünden burayı tuttuk, check-in işlemini yaparken de bize havuzun bakım ve tadilatta olduğunu söylediler. Yani ani gelişen değil, planlı bir durum. Bunu rezervasyon esnasında belirtmeleri gerekir. İş işten geçip biz Kayseri’ye gelip otele girdikten sonra değil. Zaten ücrete dahil sauna ve havuz hizmeti var, ikisinin de olmadığını gitmeden öğrenemiyporsunuz.

Havuz hamam ve oda temizliğine daha dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor. Odada ve banyoda bakım yapılması gereken yerler var. 1 + 1 odanın arasındaki bölmeler açıktı. Musluk ve lavabolarda bakım gerekli. Hasar almış yerler var temizlikle de sıkıntılı durumlar vardı onun dışında kahvaltı otel olanakları konforu iyiydi bir daha tercih ederim ancak bu konuların düzeltilmesi gerekiyor

Okay hotel made better by helpful and friendly staff. Overall the building itself feels a bit rundown and could be better taken care of - missing tiles in the pool, a small hole in our floor left after some plumbing maintenance, clean but graying and threadbare towels, the room could have been a bit cleaner... But we enjoyed our stay and felt that the hygiene was adequate. Great location by the tram! Pool was small but nice and we were able to have multiple sessions in the sauna and hamam without anyone else using the facilities at the same time as us on a Friday night which was a surprising plus. Very nice staff.

Pool was closed. Hamam smelled like mold. They changed my room because it did not have working hair dryer and lights kept flickering. Secund room was much better. It felt like I was renting an apartment building and not a hotel.

The hallways were way too dark, gave weird feeling. The room was fine, personell was great. The pool was a little coldish and needs to get a makeover, looks neglected. (and there were some floating particles in the water that were kinda plasticy)

Awful Experience – Would Never Stay Again We arrived late in the evening with our three young children, and the first impression was terrible. The room reeked of strong cigarette smoke and instantly made me feel sick. Sadly, my children had to sleep in that smell. We had to have the doors open t 1am for an hour before we could go to sleep to air it out. We are non smokers.The pillows were like rocks, housekeeping is unavailable in the evening and the room itself was dirty in every corner and very tatty. Paint and decoration were peeling, everything looked old and dated, mixed with some modern new furnitures and it looked nothing like the modern rooms shown in the online photos which make it look immaculate. It's a 2 star hotel. If we had arrived during the daytime, we would have left immediately. It was so disappointing, and honestly one of the worst feelings as a parent is having to put your children to bed in a room that feels unhygienic and reeks of smoke. Pros: The main bed was comfortable (unlike the pull-out beds). The night receptionist was friendly. Breakfast was decent; my family ate while I just had coffee. Cons: Strong cigarette smell in the room. Pillows extremely uncomfortable. Dirty, poorly maintained, very old décor. No proper housekeeping. Day receptionist was cold and unwelcoming. Misleading online photos. I would not recommend this hotel, especially for families with children.

Exterior and interior is poorly maintained and appears worn. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Sheet barely covered mattresses which had no protective covers. Towel gray and rough. Floor was cleaned but had filmy residue. Stair exit to outside was unlocked allowing anyone to go in. Overall photos are from when it was new but it has not been maintained

Genel olarak otelden memnun kaldık. Odanın ve oda ekipmanlarının temizliğiyle ilgili herhangi bir şikâyetimiz yoktu. Kahvaltı oldukça yeterliydi. Ancak odada priz sayısı yetersizdi. Bu durum bizim için çok rahatsız ediciydi! Keattle ile suyu banyoda kaynatmak zorunda kaldık. Yatak başında alışılmış prizler ve aydınlatma yoktu; yalnızca tek kişilik yatakların yanında lambalar ve prizler bulunuyordu.

Otele 23:00’da giriş yaptık. Yurtdışından aktarmalı yolculuğumuz neticesinde 1 gece (uyumak ve dinlenmek) için yaptığımız rezervasyon bizi hayal kırıklığına uğrattı. Odaya girişimizde bu şekilde çocuk için açılmış olan yatağı görünce acaba odada başka birisi mi kalıyor düşüncesi oluştu. Çünkü bir yatak bu kadar istemsiz ve özensiz hazırlanabilirdi. Housekeeping tamamen rezalet bir hizmet sunuyor. 4 yetişkin 1 çocuk aile suite’i rezervasyonu yapmamıza rağmen odaya dalga geçer gibi 4 adet saç kreminden başka bir şey koyulmamıştı. Daha da şok edici kısmı , banyomuzda duş başlığı ve hortumu yoktu. Resepsiyonu arayıp bu durumun normal olup olmadığında “kesinlikle normal değil” cevabı aldım ve odamıza duş başlığı ve hortum gönderildi ( 23:50’de bununla uğraştık) havlular sapsarıydı, duş başlığı gelse bile hem oda da zaten şampuan yoktu hem de havlulardan midemiz bulanmıştı. Lavaboda erkek saç kılı gördük ve peçeteyle klozetin içine attık. Ertesi sabah erken uçuşumuz olduğu için bir an önce yattık ve daha fazla şeyle uğraşacak vaktimiz de yoktu. Bu oteli puanları yüksek olduğu için tercih etmiştik fakat daha öncede temizlik konusunda çok olumsuz yorum yapılmış, görmemiştik. Ödemiş olduğumuz oda 1000 TL’lik bir pansiyon odası değil 4.000 Lira’ya yakın bir suite “güya” ama kesinlikle parasını haketmiyor. Alınan ücrete göre verilen hizmet gerçekten rezaletti. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

Nous avons passer un excellent sejour. Nous avions pris une suite car nous étions 5 avec les enfants et la chambre étais spacieuse et luxueuse pour le prix. Excellent.

Exterior and interior is poorly maintained and appears worn. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Sheet barely covered mattresses which had no protective covers. Towel gray and rough. Floor was cleaned but had filmy residue. Stair exit to outside was unlocked allowing anyone to go in. Overall photos are from when it was new but it has not been maintained

Very nice stay close to Kayseri airport. Staff was friendly and quick to check us in. Room was good for our family of 5. However. AC was only available in the main room and not in the inside bedroom. AC was pretty weak even at the highest setting I don’t think it will be sufficient for summer stay.

Erciyes Kayak Merkezi için gelmiştik oda genişliği güzel. Odanın aydınlatması spot olması oturduğun zaman rahatsız edici. Oda sıcak ve rahattı. Odanın içerisinde mutfak var ama iki bardak bile yoktu en azından temel bir kaç eşya olsa iyi olurdu.

Resepsiyon çalışanları çok ilgiliydi. Oda tahminimizden küçüktü malesef. Ayrıca banyoda sıvı sabun bitmişti yenilememişler. Odamız tam asansörün karşısındaydı ve asansör her katı geçerken sesli olarak bildirim veriyordu. Sabah 7 itibariyle sürekli asansörden ses duymak çok can sıkıcıydı

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, und am Morgen waren wir schnell wieder auf unserer Strecke. Das Hotel liegt aber auch für Touristen günstig: Bus und Bahn fast vor der Tür . Vom Restaurant wunderschöner Blick auf den Erciyes.

Okay hotel made better by helpful and friendly staff. Overall the building itself feels a bit rundown and could be better taken care of - missing tiles in the pool, a small hole in our floor left after some plumbing maintenance, clean but graying and threadbare towels, the room could have been a bit cleaner... But we enjoyed our stay and felt that the hygiene was adequate. Great location by the tram! Pool was small but nice and we were able to have multiple sessions in the sauna and hamam without anyone else using the facilities at the same time as us on a Friday night which was a surprising plus. Very nice staff.

Das ganze Hotel muss dem Instandhaltungsstau sofort gerecht werden. Vieles ist defekt und muss schnellstens instandgesetzt werden. Wir hatten die Suite welches von der Lager her sehr schön war. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und wir hatten bis auf den Instandhaltungsstau nichts zu beanstanden. Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Produkte waren gut. Wir hatten abends Sushi auf unser Zimmer bestellt, sehr sehr lecker.

Das ganze Hotel muss dem Instandhaltungsstau sofort gerecht werden. Vieles ist defekt und muss schnellstens instandgesetzt werden. Wir hatten die Suite welches von der Lager her sehr schön war. Unser Zimmer war geräumig und wir hatten bis auf den Instandhaltungsstau nichts zu beanstanden. Frühstück war sehr lecker und die Produkte waren gut. The hallways were way too dark, gave weird feeling. The room was fine, personell was great. The pool was a little coldish and needs to get a makeover, looks neglected. (and there were some floating particles in the water that were kinda plasticy)
