We had such a lovely stay here. The two gentlemen were so warm, friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The old building was beautiful with a relaxing courtyard with fountain. The breakfast was delicious and more than enough. I would stay here again if I return to Urfa.

Hat uns sehr gefallen, unser Zimmer war sauber das Frühstück war reichlich. Das personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man kann zu Fuß vieles anschauen. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auf der nähe gelegenen Straße auch, war jetzt kein Problem.

We had an enjoyable stay at this quaint hotel. The staff were friendly, and the traditional Turkish breakfast was delicious. They helpfully arranged parking down the road, which is hard to come by in this part of town. However, there was some confusion around the parking — it wasn’t clear who we should pay, and the attendant became quite irate when we had told him we had paid the hotel. Better communication about the parking arrangements would have made the experience smoother.

Odalar gayet temiz ve büyüktü. Çarşaflar yeni yıkanmış ve mis gibi kokuyordu. Odalara ayakkabı ile girilmesine izin verilmemesi bile benim için temizliğe çok önem verildiğinin göstergesiydi. Sabah sunulan kahvaltı gayet lezzetli ve yeterliydi. Konum olarak merkeze ve Balıklıgöl’e çok yakın. Otel tam bir aile işletmesi. Urfa’da tekrar tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.

All was perfect. I didn’t give it 5 stars because first of all, the room was not as clean as it can be. I understand it is an old building, but it was not nice to see ceiling dust in some corners. I also didn’t like that the lamps next to the bed were not working. The receptionist is very kind and nice and helpful. The room is so pretty, the garden is super cozy. Very recommended.

Exceptional staff with attention to details; they were very accommodating & eager to help & communicate. Like many places in Turkey the only obstacle is the language barrier. People are fantastic & the staff, Adam & Gallup (sp?) here was no exception. Breakfast was the highlight of our day. This was by far the best breakfast in all the places we stayed in Turkey. Each day there was some different dish. We couldn’t eat it all because of the volume. The room was clean, shower was good with no water issues though shower floor was quite slippery when wet.

Truly exceptional hotel in a great location in Urfa, within walking distance to major sights in town. My room was very clean and nicely decorated, surrounding a beautiful central courtyard. Breakfast was very good. Staff were kind, helpful, patient, responsive over WhatsApp and messaging, and used translator apps effectively to communicate with guests in various languages.

Super vriendelijke eigenaar die een minpuntje heeft en dat is als je met je bankkaart wilt betalen hij er een commissie boven op de kamerprijs doet, zogenaamd bankkosten. Maar door zijn vrolijke aanwezigheid maakt hij het ook wel weer goed. Laten we zeggen: je vergeeft het hem. Het pension is super mooi en rustiek en zeer centraal gelegen. En hun ontbijt is perfect elke dag net weer eens wat anders en na vijf weken Turkije het beste.

Super vriendelijke eigenaar die een minpuntje heeft en dat is als je met je bankkaart wilt betalen hij er een commissie boven op de kamerprijs doet, zogenaamd bankkosten. The property owner was a very nice gentleman. When we arrived His credit card machine was unable to charge due to very weak internet but he let us check in and offered tea on arrival. Next day we paid. Secondly the area was very near to all the attractions. Breakfast was fantastic.

Truly exceptional hotel in a great location in Urfa, within walking distance to major sights in town. My room was very clean and nicely decorated, surrounding a beautiful central courtyard. Breakfast was very good. Staff were kind, helpful, patient, responsive over WhatsApp and messaging, and used translator apps effectively to communicate with guests in various languages.

Hat uns sehr gefallen, unser Zimmer war sauber das Frühstück war reichlich. Das personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Man kann zu Fuß vieles anschauen. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es auf der nähe gelegenen Straße auch, war jetzt kein Problem.

Exceptional staff with attention to details; they were very accommodating & eager to help & communicate. Like many places in Turkey the only obstacle is the language barrier. People are fantastic & the staff, Adam & Gallup (sp?) here was no exception. Breakfast was the highlight of our day. This was by far the best breakfast in all the places we stayed in Turkey. Each day there was some different dish. We couldn’t eat it all because of the volume. The room was clean, shower was good with no water issues though shower floor was quite slippery when wet.

We had an enjoyable stay at this quaint hotel. The staff were friendly, and the traditional Turkish breakfast was delicious.
