Globalement agréable séjour mais au vu du standing de l'établissement, nous pouvons nous attendre à mieux... Accueil chaleureux et personnel très attentionné. SPA : jacuzzi froid et manque d'huiles essentielles dans le hammam Chambre : insonorisation entre les chambres quasi inexistante ! Brunch : produits de qualité et bien travaillés. Dommage que les oeufs brouillés et le bacon était froid.

L\'établissement est très récent (ouverture 2019) mais avec le charme d\'un bâti ancien. Il est regrettable que le site et la résa indiquent "accès libre au spa" alors qu\'en réalité il faut réserver son créneau d\'une heure (dans le cadre des mesures sanitaires). Mais je me dois de signaler que cette déconvenue nous a valu un surclassement... En revanche, un peu mesquin la facturation des bonbons Haribo du mini-bar à 8 € pour un séjour d\'une nuit à prés de 1000 € tout compris (resto, spa...). Attention aussi aux conseils du sommelier (sans préciser que la bouteille était à 73€ !)... Quoi qu\'il en soit, c\'est un endroit que je recommande !

Spa correct piscine chauffée extérieure très beau cadre petit déjeuner dîner brunch de très haute qualité le seul bémol la baignoire îlot sur pied n'est pas très pratique avec le rideau, difficile de prendre une douche sans en mettre partout et d'avoir le rideau collé contre nous et dans la partie annexes le parquet fait du bruit avec les personnes de l'étage supérieur mais l'ensemble des prestations est excellente

Super Séjour ! Hôtel de charme, très bon petit déjeuner ( produits locaux), très bon restaurant aussi ! L’heure de SPA comprise dans le tarif est très appréciable en hiver quand la nuit tombe vite !

Très bel établissement dans un parc magnifique idéal lorsqu’on a un chien. Décoration de très bon goût aussi bien des parties communes que des chambres. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Nuit très reposante dans un environnement calme au cœur de la campagne normande à 4 km de la très touristique cité de Honfleur.

loved our stay. What would make it better would be A/C in the rooms. We stayed on the top floor and it was very hot and no A/C. Also better Wifi throughout the site would make it easier to work from there as we struggled and couldn't use the full hotel because of this. We loved the stay though.

Hotel maravilhoso! A propriedade é linda, e o quarto extremamente confortável! Ficamos maravilhados com tudo do começo ao fim. Funcionários solícitos e educados, restaurante maravilhoso (porém um pouco caro), e café da manhã francês muito bom! A propriedade é um espetáculo à parte, datada do século 17, você se perde admirando os detalhes.

Vi kom sent men fick ett väldigt fint bemötande. Trots att vi kom sent blev vi serverade en underbar avsmakningsmeny med tillhörande vinpaket. Ett litet sovrum i sidobyggnad. Frukosten var ok. Fina omgivningar och lite Harry Potter vibbar.

This place is truly a gem of understated elegance.

Nous avions réservé cet hôtel pour une nuit mardi/mercredi pour échapper les canicule de Paris dernier minute. Réservation 2 adultes 1 enfant via expédia. Comme toujours j’envoie un petit mot : merci d préparer le lit de petit pour notre arrivée. La personne de la réception qui a reçu la réservation, sans perdre 1 minute nous a écrit par e-mail que nous devons payer pour le lit supplémentaire de petit. J’ai expliqué à madame que toutes était réglé via expédia. Elle était sensé de vérifier. Nous arrivons à l’hôtel 14:52 madame (la même) nous dit que nos chambre sont pas prêts. Faut attendre. Par magie 8 minutes après à 15h ( Check in commence à 15h) c’était déjà prêts !!!! Madame insiste sur le sujet de régler 30) supplément pour le lit de petit. Au lieu de profiter cet hôtel magnifique ça le cadre est superbe , la piscine extra , j’ai passé l’après-midi au téléphone à sa place pour appeler à expédia et comprendre où est le souci. Et il se trouvait y’a 0 soucis car madame a jamais eut la gentillesse d’ouvrir les factures et bien vérifier que les frais supplémentaires sont bien était réglé dès début. Mais après les appels de expédia a l’hôtel elle se permets quand même faire un e-mail en m’expliquant que en façon exceptionnelle ils font un geste commercial de nous offrir le frais de lit de petit. Comment vous voulez ne pas devenir folle après tout ça? Elle a la facture devant elle marqué que tout est payé mais à telle point faut être non professionnelle pour faire ça?

J’ai expliqué à madame que toutes était réglé via expédia. Elle était sensé de vérifier. Nous arrivons à l’hôtel 14:52 madame (la même) nous dit que nos chambre sont pas prêts. Faut attendre. Par magie 8 minutes après à 15h ( Check in commence à 15h) c’était déjà prêts !!!! Madame insiste sur le sujet de régler 30) supplément pour le lit de petit. Au lieu de profiter cet hôtel magnifique ça le cadre est superbe , la piscine extra , j’ai passé l’après-midi au téléphone à sa place pour appeler à expédia et comprendre où est le souci. Et il se trouvait y’a 0 soucis car madame a jamais eut la gentillesse d’ouvrir les factures et bien vérifier que les frais supplémentaires sont bien était réglé dès début. Mais après les appels de expédia a l’hôtel elle se permets quand même faire un e-mail en m’expliquant que en façon exceptionnelle ils font un geste commercial de nous offrir le frais de lit de petit. Comment vous voulez ne pas devenir folle après tout ça? Elle a la facture devant elle marqué que tout est payé mais à telle point faut être non professionnelle pour faire ça?

Hotel is set in a beautiful area, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Beautiful, clean room with a very comfortable bed. The pool area was wonderful with the most comfortable loungers we had ever sat on. The food and drink was outstanding, we enjoyed every mouthful. And peaceful, so relaxing it's a wonderful hotel and we had a wonderful stay

Rooms were so gorgeous, staff were the nicest I've ever experienced, everything was clean and the building and property were breathtaking. The location was also so gorgeous! We wish we had stayed longer, and would absolutely recommend.

Très bel établissement dans un parc magnifique idéal lorsqu’on a un chien. Décoration de très bon goût aussi bien des parties communes que des chambres. Personnel très agréable et serviable. Nuit très reposante dans un environnement calme au cœur de la campagne normande à 4 km de la très touristique cité de Honfleur.

This property is the perfect place to spend a few days hiding away from the bustle of Paris, as a home base to explore Normandy, or simply a place to relax. There is a a ciderie and beach in walking distance! It is drop dead gorgeous with exceptional staff whose care and tending to the hotel, the restaurant, and experience are unmatched. This place is truly a gem of understated elegance.

Hotel maravilhoso! A propriedade é linda, e o quarto extremamente confortável! Ficamos maravilhados com tudo do começo ao fim. Funcionários solícitos e educados, restaurante maravilhoso (porém um pouco caro), e café da manhã francês muito bom! A propriedade é um espetáculo à parte, datada do século 17, você se perde admirando os detalhes.

Globalement agréable séjour mais au vu du standing de l'établissement, nous pouvons nous attendre à mieux... Accueil chaleureux et personnel très attentionné. SPA : jacuzzi froid et manque d'huiles essentielles dans le hammam Chambre : insonorisation entre les chambres quasi inexistante ! Brunch : produits de qualité et bien travaillés. Dommage que les oeufs brouillés et le bacon était froid.

Spa correct piscine chauffée extérieure très beau cadre petit déjeuner dîner brunch de très haute qualité le seul bémol la baignoire îlot sur pied n'est pas très pratique avec le rideau, difficile de prendre une douche sans en mettre partout et d'avoir le rideau collé contre nous et dans la partie annexes le parquet fait du bruit avec les personnes de l'étage supérieur mais l'ensemble des prestations est excellente

Super Séjour ! Hôtel de charme, très bon petit déjeuner ( produits locaux), très bon restaurant aussi ! L’heure de SPA comprise dans le tarif est très appréciable en hiver quand la nuit tombe vite !

Petite parenthèse à l’écart de la foule, cet établissement est vraiment très beau. Les chambres sont bien bien qu’un peu petite, la piscine est top et la spa est bien. Accueil vraiment bien fait, petit déjeuner ok, dîner au p’tit yard pas fou et cher avec un service approximatif. Mais bonne expérience globalement.

The exterior of the hotel, and the grounds are absolutely stunning. Truly beautiful and unforgettable. There are no elevators. Our room was very quiet and the bed was comfortable, with an excellent bathroom - though the bedroom carpet was very worn - a minor issue, I know. Breakfasts were disappointing for the supplementary price they charge. I have had better breakfasts in cheaper chain hotels. They should either improve the quality or reduce the price. Dinner in the Capucine restaurant was truly excellent, apart from a rather disappointing dessert (we had the lowest price set menu -about 68 Euros). Service was good, and sitting outside on a summer evening was delightful. The swimming pool area is superb - a lovely pool, with plenty of sun loungers. The spa was a bit disappointing - the jacuzzi felt as if a lot of sand or grit was in the bottom of it. We did not have any paid spa sessions, so cannot comment. All in all, a lovely hotel which we enjoyed, but a few disappointments.
