Fantastic central hotel, incredibly good food in the restaurant, and the breakfast was outstanding! You ordered breakfast from a menu and received plenty of food. Coffee, juice, water, and bread with butter and jam were also free, as well as a generous slice of cake. The hotel was very clean, the room was spotless, and they make amazing drinks at great prices

Great hotel, good location. Bar and restuarant cannot fault. There is a nice lovely buzz about the place, not as loud as some people say and even had a hamman included.

This hotel is amazing! Gorgeous inside and out, excellent service, walking distance to everything we wanted to see! They provide parking at a nearby lot. The breakfast was by far the most impressive breakfast provided by a hotel that I have ever seen! It was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Reading other reviews definitely lead us to a decision we regret so I feel I have to give the real picture on this hotel. The food is terrible, not what they are showing on social media . The staff super unprofessional and young. Sadly we booked a massage, it’s the worst massage I ever had and I don’t understand how they can charge or offer this service for their guest. The main one is the absolutely unbelievable level of noise. The restaurant downstairs blasts out music all day and all evening. There are outdoor speakers which are mounted on the outside walls of the rooms and they are clearly audible in the rooms. At the weekend, they added a totally unnecessary amplifier to this noise and it became absolutely unbearable. The bass could be felt through the floorboards. There simply are no quiet rooms here… both sides of the hotel are subject to this noise because of the restaurants “garden”. Live music one night was blasted out onto the street from the hotels own restaurant until 11:10pm. Another it was dance music until the same time There are other minor annoyances too which affect the overall quality. The parking can only be accessed or exited by getting a member of staff to come along with pliers and other tools to open the gate. The breakfast is not great: a la carte selections which leave much to be desired.

Perfecta ubicación. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y el desayuno muy bueno. Incluye un hammam muy chulo y bien cuidado. Si vuelvo a Durres vuelvo a este hotel seguro

Great stay at Epidamn. Amazing building and room clean and very comfy. Breakfast was the best we have had in Albania although service a little too laid back for us. Hamman spa is free and although we did not use looked really good. Would not hesitate to recommend as stunning

This is an amazing property and Facility. We ate at the Restaurant, used the Hammam and got a scrub. This was an enjoyable place right in the Center of the Action. Will stay here every time I am in Durres.

Charming hotel in an old "manor" style, situated in the middle of the historical part of town. The staff is friendly and service-minded, and the cleanliness is good. My only gripe was that around midnight, the street was filled with bikers making quite a bit of noise, making it a bit hard to sleep for a while.

The room was poorly cleaned. Dust on the furnitures and hairs in the sink. Mirrors not clean. They have a no disturb rule after 23.00 but the hade crazy load music in the outdoor bar much later. Not possible to sleep. Caljwd the reception to tell them to please think about the guests but no answer. Went down in my robe just to find the reception staff in the bar digging the music. That's why no one answered. Finally they turn the music down. I booked the Svit in the top floor and still up there was Super noisy during the whole night from barking stray dogs,bcs of poor acoustic isolation. The breakfast was super bad. Only bye order and the omelett was the driest i ever had. I ordered a chocolate brioche and hot a cream instead. At least the coffee and juice was good. I was out on the beach all day , came back to pick something up frim my room att 14. Still not cleaned. I asked them why it wasn't cleaned: ohh we will send someone now. No new shower gel or shampoo. Hade to tell them about that aswell when i was In the shower in the evening. New night same disturbance from there selfmade bar disco. This time at least someone answered the phone in the reception. They turned down the music Next morning I asked for som plain eggs, sunny side up. Anyone can make eggs Right?!? No , they came Nuked. Super dry and hard. No brioche again. The juice was from the day before, super thick and started to taste funky. This hotel doesn't deserve there ⭐⭐⭐⭐ The staff and chef need to step up

Paid around 110 euro for a room that was as I choose, the room smell, wall paper broken, bathroom and bedroom soooo tight, lighting very bad in the room. A huge difference between what I choose online to what I stayed in for 1 night.

This is a great hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. The restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was tasty and filling. It is a short walk to the Arena and other historic sights. We had a trouble free stay.

We stayed 6 days to complete our business and enjoyed the central location and the good food in the restaurant and the very friendly waiters who served us, each day. Our room cleaning was especially encouraging as each day we returned after breakfast to a nice clean and tidy room and bathroom.

Ett fantastiskt hotell med nära till allt. Sköna sängar, rent och mycket trevlig personal såväl i receptionen som i restaurangen. Maten i restaurangen var mycket god och priserna låga.

Hotel situato in ottima posizione. Arredamento molto bello, forse curerei un pizzichino in più la pulizia. Ma nel complesso hotel consigliato. Staff gentile e disponibile. Colazione buona ( anche se alcune volte abbiamo atteso veramente molto ) ma non ci sono opzioni vegane.

This is a jewel of a hotel. Really beautiful inside and out. Our room was charming, the restaurant really pretty - and the staff from the wonderful Antonella at the desk to the fun Albi in the restaurant were exceptionally good. Can't say enough about how thoughtful & helpful they were. Bed & bedding were very very good, and the made-to-order breakfast was excellent. But ONLY book this hotel if you can book a Garden View Room. Because despite outstanding beds & linens - we got almost no sleep. Our room on the 2nd level (3rd in N Am) faced the street. When we checked in there was a little traffic noise but it wasn't bad. What we did not expect? The hotel restaurant has loud speakers on the street that blare music until after 11 at night: it was like trying to sleep in a nightclub. When that finally ended we could hear 2 or 3 guard dogs barking very loudly very close by. ALL NIGHT LONG. We are sure they were guard dogs because at precisely 6 a.m. they stopped. Two Brits we met on arriving warned us. The next morning at breakfast two Polish ladies shared the same story. We checked out, moved to a far less charming but far quieter hotel. This is EASILY solved: the hotel should start replacing single-pane windows with triple pane and shut off the restaurant loudspeakers at a reasonable hour: 9 pm! Such a pity because it really is a gorgeous hotel.

We liked the period decor of the hotel. The toiletries were good quality as were the linen and towels. The staff were very friendly. The meals were tasty and well presented.

Un superbe établissement en plein centre-ville. L'hôtel est neuf, les chambres sont belles avec salle de bain en marbre et dotées d'une literie remarquable. Situé sur un axe très animé - notamment le soir - il est possible d'être gêné par le bruit extérieur, malgré des fenêtres à double vitrage.

Great location, loved the age and decor. Bathroom very small and no where to,put things. No English TV news . Staff not do friendly, but with time will improve. Need to get to same level as Greece hotels.

Fantastic stay Location is super convenient and staff were very friendly specially the amazing Antonella she was very professional and friendly she tried her best to fulfill our requests and beyond. Vintage furniture was next level and very magical If I visit Albania again I’ll make sure visiting Durres and especially Epidamn

Beautiful unique hotel right in the heart of everything. Great price for what we got.

Ett litet stycke Paris i Albanien. Vacker byggnad, smakfullt och fräscht rum, välstädat, bra läge för att upptäcka staden nära amfiteatern på paradgata. Vänlig och service minded personal. Egen parkering bakom hotellet. Väldigt bra restaurang. Långt från stranden så taxi för ca 7€ enkel väg krävs.

El desayuno es a la carta y espectacular. También el espacio de desayuno es amigable, agradable y acogedor. El único inconveniente reside en el corte de la calle que le da acceso por las tardes, lo que complica personarse en el hotel pues no hay apenas aparcamiento alrededor. Una vez allí te explican que ellos te ayudan a entrar al hotel avisado a los guardias

Very nice hotel in a very busy area of the city. If you’re looking for a beach hotel this isn’t the hotel for you. It’s inside the city and a good 40 mins away from beach area.

Very nice hotel good service Nice room and good situation The only negative point is to pay a second cup of Coffee at the breakfast...... Dinner and breakfast good.
