Rooms are a bit odd, seems like maybe this was an old parking garage that was turned into a hotel? Painted concrete floors and a bit of odd furnishings. Shower would not drain, room was clean, parking situation was ok but a bit tight. Good location next to train station and walkable to many areas of the city.

Het hotel heeft een zeer goede ligging in de buurt van het treinstation en het stadscentrum. Bezienswaardigheden en restaurants op wandelafstand. Een zeer ruime ondergrondse parking aan een aanvaardbare dagprijs. De kamer was zeer ruim en zonder tapijt, daardoor had ik wel een grotere tafel of een bureau verwacht. De kamer had wel een grondige onderhoudsbeurt nodig wat betreft functionaliteit; losse deurklink, losse raam sluiting, koelkast sloot niet meer door ijsopstapeling, . . . Het vreemdste vond ik dat er geen kamerservice was; vuilbakjes niet geledigd, geen verse handdoeken ondanks de melding dat handdoeken op de grond zouden vervangen worden, geen zeep aangevuld, . . . Maar het was zeker geen straf om er te verblijven.

Was ok for an overnight stay. AC did not work. Parked just outside on street, ok. Disliked that one was supposed to clean kitchenware self. But no equipment was around. We realized this upon check-out and then considered that we probably used uncleared glasses etc from previous guest (as they probably like us did not have anything to do the dishes with, besides water).

Emplacement idéal par rapport à la gare, plusieurs places de parking autour de l'hôtel. Bien équipé pour le prix. Des lits bébés supplémentaires à prévoir surtout pendant les périodes de vacances.

Fint opphold, 3 personer, hadde med bil og lett med parkering. Det er ikke matbutikk rett i nærheten, men gangavstand ca 10 min. Ellers var vårt klimaanlegg ikke optimalt da det skrudde seg av og det ble veldig varmt på natten.

Tres bon hotel , bien située, propre et avec un coin restaurant terrasse et soiree tres sympa. Les appartement sont bien equipé, meme si les lit 1 place assemblé pour faire des lit 2 places est dommageable pour le confort. Dommage

Quite easy to find. It has spacious underground parking (additional fee). We only stayed there 1 night. Hotel room itself was spacious, with large balcony. It was more like small 1 bedroom apartment as bedroom was separated from living area. Bathroom and toilet room separate too, which i quite liked. Only things I didnt like is that we were given 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for 2 persons and fridge was left in in a middle of the room, not even plugged in (it was brand new and too big to push it under the counter). As we came in late and were only crashing for 1 night we just got on with it. They offer contacless check out so we couldn't bring it up to them. Besides minor issues, this place can be great for stopovers or longer stays.

Horribly unsafe place - they robbed the car on their enclosed underground parking with CCTV, opened the coffer and took all the skiing belongings for a family of four (skis, helmets, boots) form there. No one in hotel cares about it, didn’t even say sorry. And this if for payable parking! Rooms questionably clean, found someone’s hair on the towels. Avoid at all cost. On the phot is how I found my car in the morning - coffer opened and boots thrown in the floor around.

Good location but will need to check if the pillow cases are clean and not with strands of hair. Toilet smells of cigarette too. Otherwise, amenities are good.

I had a great stay at Privilodges Le Hüb Grenoble. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice balcony and a small kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances. Although the property is not located right in the city center, it’s very close to the main train and bus stations, which makes arrivals and departures very convenient. It's possible to do an early check-in for a cost.

Arrivé en fin d'après midi. Chambre réservée à l'avance. Le lit est mal fait et présence de poils sur les draps. Les couloirs sont également sales. Heureusement le reste compence ces négligences.

Moisissures importantes sur le rideau de douche que je n’ai même pas osé tirer. Chauffe qui fonctionne à moitié j’ai eu froid tout le séjour malgré ma demande auprès de l’accueil. Une réservation pour un lit double mais c’était deux lits une place collés… Déçue

The room was a good size. The room was barely clean when we arrived, utensils were not clean and no toilet paper. There was no daily room cleaning. Facilities were run down and not well maintained. The whole place was not loved.

The facility went a whole day without hot water. The next two days the hot water worked but only warm at best, so not an ice cold shower but a mildly warm one. The washing machines had a payment problem for a day. Fixed the next day. I witnessed an argument between the manager and the front desk person in the public area or lobby of the facility. It was loud and inappropriate in front of guests.

Quite easy to find. It has spacious underground parking (additional fee). We only stayed there 1 night. Hotel room itself was spacious, with large balcony. It was more like small 1 bedroom apartment as bedroom was separated from living area. Bathroom and toilet room separate too, which i quite liked. Only things I didnt like is that we were given 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for 2 persons and fridge was left in in a middle of the room, not even plugged in (it was brand new and too big to push it under the counter). As we came in late and were only crashing for 1 night we just got on with it. They offer contacless check out so we couldn't bring it up to them. Studio confortable, le wifi tres bien. Quelques bemols, je n'ai pas trouvé comment regler la température et il faisait plutot frais dans la piece, le lit double est en fait deux lits simple qui sont legers et se sont separes en cours de nuit, le drap est trop petit pour cette configuration et ne tient pas bordé...

Habitué à venir à Grenoble pour le travail, j'avais déjà séjourné dans cet hôtel et j'avais trouvé cela plutôt correct. Hélas, l'hôtel s'est dégradé et mon expérience cette fois-ci était affligeante. Il y a eu plusieurs problèmes et points négatifs : des soucis de double facturation, des problèmes de qualité de la literie, une attente excessive pour accéder au logement lors du check-in ainsi qu'un problème général de communication de la part du staff et de la direction. 1. A mon arrivée on me demande d'annuler le paiement fait via hôtels.com du séjour en arguant que la transaction était encore en attente. Puis c'est le réceptionniste qui m'informe qu'il a annuler la transaction de son côté et me fait payer la totalité du séjour sur place (somme différente) il m'a rassuré que la transaction était bien annulée. Sauf qu'en vérifiant 2 jours après j'ai trouvé une double transactions sur mon relevé. Il aura fallu des échanges fastidieux pour avoir un remboursement qui au final ne correspondait ni au paiement en ligne sur hôtels.com ni au paiement sur place. Rebelote pour avoir des explications sur cette différence. L'attitude de l'hôtel et la communication du staff était scandaleuse... Autre problème : l'hôtel fait payer 30 euros pour une arrivée anticipée (même d'une heure !) mais à mon arrivée à l'heure de checkin (15h) on m'a fait attendre 30 minutes car la chambre n'était pas prête. Bizarrement aucun geste ou mot d'excuse n'est fait au client pour lui avoir cette attente

The hotel check-in/out only opens at a certain time. It closes after 9pm. My arrival was late and of course I wouldn't know about this for a hotel. When I asked the lady in the bar about checking in, she was rude, blaming me for coming late and asking me to wait. Finally, I figured that the key card was already left at the desk so I took and left. But I don't understand how one could run a hotel with such an attitude.

The facility went a whole day without hot water. The next two days the hot water worked but only warm at best, so not an ice cold shower but a mildly warm one. The washing machines had a payment problem for a day. Fixed the next day. I witnessed an argument between the manager and the front desk person in the public area or lobby of the facility. It was loud and inappropriate in front of guests.

Joli établissement, bien équipé, agréable. Néanmoins l’accueil et le respect de l’intimité est à revoir. Arrivée après 21h, la personne que nous avons eu au téléphone ne nous a pas indiqué comment rejoindre notre chambre. Nous avons dû rappeler. Mais le pire c’est lorsque le le lendemain une jeune femme a forcé l’accès à notre chambre prétextant un problème de logiciel alors que mon conjoint avait crié « non! » à deux reprise, après qu’elle est toqué et après qu’elle est commencé à ouvrir la porte. Cela ne l’a pas empêché de rester à l’entrée de la chambre, le regard en direction du miroir qui reflétait le corps nu de mon conjoint et insistant sur le fait qu’elle avait un problème avec son logiciel et qu’ « elle checker les chambres vides ». Les cris de mon conjoint ne lui ont donc pas suffit pour constater que la chambre était louée…très très moyen!

Rooms are a bit odd, seems like maybe this was an old parking garage that was turned into a hotel? Painted concrete floors and a bit of odd furnishings. Shower would not drain, room was clean, parking situation was ok but a bit tight. Good location next to train station and walkable to many areas of the city.

Het hotel heeft een zeer goede ligging in de buurt van het treinstation en het stadscentrum. Bezienswaardigheden en restaurants op wandelafstand. Een zeer ruime ondergrondse parking aan een aanvaardbare dagprijs. De kamer was zeer ruim en zonder tapijt, daardoor had ik wel een grotere tafel of een bureau verwacht. De kamer had wel een grondige onderhoudsbeurt nodig wat betreft functionaliteit; losse deurklink, losse raam sluiting, koelkast sloot niet meer door ijsopstapeling, . . . Het vreemdste vond ik dat er geen kamerservice was; vuilbakjes niet geledigd, geen verse handdoeken ondanks de melding dat handdoeken op de grond zouden vervangen worden, geen zeep aangevuld, . . . Maar het was zeker geen straf om er te verblijven.

Appartement très spacieux, propre et confortable. Je n'ai pas utilisé la partie cuisine mais elle semblait bien équipée. Localisation très pratique à 2 pas de la gare et des stations de tram. Equipe d'accueil très sympathique, petit déjeuner excellent avec beaucoup de choix de produits de bonne qualité.

I had a great stay at Privilodges Le Hüb Grenoble. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice balcony and a small kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances. Although the property is not located right in the city center, it’s very close to the main train and bus stations, which makes arrivals and departures very convenient. It's possible to do an early check-in for a cost.

The property is centrally located, close to the train, tram, and coach stations. It is also within walking distance of the cable car, as well as shops in the city. However, we faced several issues during our stay. There was not enough bedding provided for our group, and when we brought this up, the receptionist responded with sarcasm. Additionally, the fridge was leaking; when we reported this to the receptionist, who was also working as the barman that day, she advised us to place a towel on the floor to catch the leak. She mentioned that she couldn't do anything further at that moment and promised to call the engineer the next day, but no action was taken during our stay. Furthermore, for five people over the course of three days, we only received one and a half rolls of toilet paper. No one came to clean or refresh the apartment, and the breakfast was not worth the price—there was barely anything available.

L'établissement est bien situé près de la gare de Grenoble et les bâtiments sont très accueillant. Il faut simplement que l'équipe de direction revoit en profondeur sa prestation de petit déjeuner. Vous ne pouvez pas interdire le petit déjeuner à quelqu'un qui ne s'est pas enregistré la veille par exemple. Aucun autre établissement que je connaisse à ce mode de fonctionnement. De plus pour un établissement de cette taille, il faudrait prévoir davantage de personnes en salle de restaurant pour s'occuper du réassort et gérer les tables.

Une toilette qui coule à mon arrivée, mais vite réparée. Personne ne m\'a informé qu\'il fallait réserver la veille pour avoir un petit-déjeuner. Résultat on m\'a refusé le service en disant : "maintenant vous le savez..." Donc des couacs à l\'arrivée, mais un séjour globalement positif : un studio spacieux, propre, bien équipé.

Tres bon hotel , bien située, propre et avec un coin restaurant terrasse et soiree tres sympa. Les appartement sont bien equipé, meme si les lit 1 place assemblé pour faire des lit 2 places est dommageable pour le confort. Dommage

During the night, the air conditioning repeatedly turned itself back on even after I switched it off several times. The room became extremely cold, and I was unable to get a proper night's sleep. When I reported the issue the next morning, it was fixed immediately. While I appreciated the quick resolution, I had already lost an entire night of sleep. What disappointed me most was the lack of any apology. The staff member handled the issue in a cold and matter-of-fact manner, and I left reception without hearing a single apology. During the night, the air conditioning repeatedly turned itself back on even after I switched it off several times. The room became extremely cold, and I was unable to get a proper night's sleep. When I reported the issue the next morning, it was fixed immediately. While I appreciated the quick resolution, I had already lost an entire night of sleep. Habitación limpia pero solo limpieza cada 5 noches. Supongo que cada habitación era distinta. La mia tenía algún cubierto y cacerolas pero no platos. Tampoco tenía jabón o utensilios para limpiar lo usado en la cocina. Bañera de difícil acceso y poco papel WC. Habitación grande. Mucho espacio para ropa. Cama cómoda. Wifi bueno. Pequeña terraza amueblada. En los espacios compartidos se podría vigilar más la limpieza. Alguien perdió un bastoncito usado y estuvo en el suelo del pasillo todos los días. Pasillo que todos recorríamos porque daba acceso al resto del recinto. Horario cafetería un poco raro. Esperaba más interacción entre alojados.
