位置就在駁二旁邊，散步到駁二或崛江商圈都很方便，可以攜帶寵物，但價格稍高。（平日兩晚近五千）採用的洗沐浴備品和衛生紙床墊等的選擇都很用心，但細節清潔度稍嫌不足，天井房幾乎沒有隔音可言，可以清楚聽到樓上房客在廁所的對話內容，水聲也非常有臨場感，建議可以挑選其他房型。
