This was a fun stay with a safari feel, but there wasn't much game watching in this residential Eco Estate. This stay was in winter and the tents were cold, although sleeping was fine with electric blankets. However, all of the staff were very accommodating and the food was good, especially the breakfasts.

Fantastic experience! The staff were awesome. Appreciated how well kept the tents were . Would of loved some more traditional South African food options and Game but otherwise everything was tasty. Highly recommend this place!

The supper and breakfast buffet was excellent. We loved everything about this Lodge ….. staff, accommodation, service, linen, loved it all and would definitely come back

I was not anticipating\u200bthe charm and remote atmosphere.. Only one thing I would recommend to the property is to provide a mesqito net.

O atendimento da gerência deixou a desejar em uma situação específica. Por conta de uma mudança de planos, fiz uma nova reserva de uma noite para estender a estadia. Enviei um e-mail ao hotel explicando a situação e pedindo para mantermos o mesmo quarto, evitando check-out e check-in, mas deixei claro que, se não fosse possível, não haveria problema. O gerente, Michael Wright, respondeu garantindo que daria tudo certo e que ficaríamos no mesmo quarto. Com essa garantia, saí sossegado para um passeio de dia inteiro. Ao retornar, para minha surpresa, fui informado de que minhas coisas haviam sido retiradas do quarto. Os funcionários não sabiam de nada até verificarem o sistema e perceberem a nova reserva. O quarto anterior já estava ocupado por outras pessoas, então nos colocaram em outro. O pior foi descobrir que mexeram em nossos pertences: abriram nossas malas para colocar os itens que estavam no quarto e em sacos plásticos. Embora nada tenha sumido, foi extremamente incômodo ter pessoas mexendo em nossos pertences pessoais sem nenhum consentimento. De resto, a propriedade é ótima. A limpeza, o café da manhã e o jantar foram excelentes, além da comodidade de poder contratar passeios, como para o Kruger, e pagar diretamente ao próprio hotel.
