Great little hotel only 100m from the Central Station and a short 15minute walk to the market square and main shopping precinct. My room was comfortable and very clean, the breakfast was great, and they have a little bar/cafe serving food and drinks until late in the evening. Staff were also very friendly.

Wir waren zu dritt in einem 4 er Zimmer mit Stockbetten. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Separates WC vorhanden. Trotz zentraler Innenstadtlage konnten wir sehr gut schlafen. Parkplätze gibt es zu guten Preisen (Tagessatz 8 Euro) am Parkhaus West.

Gutes Hotel am Bahnhof. Zimmer etwas klein. Leider ohne Schreibtisch und Stuhl. Wenig Steckdosen. Frühstück vielseitig und gut. Parken nur in benachbarten Parkhäusern ohne Zugang zum Hotel. Am besten im Bahnhof-Ost auf P2 parken.

An sich ein gutes solides Hotel mit wenig schnick schnack. Safe, Wasserkocher etc nicht vorhanden aber OK. Leider gibt es keine eigenen Parkplätze. Uns wurde gesagt wir können hier direkt neben dem Hotel parken. Haben wir gemacht, leider war es das falsche Parkhaus am Bahnhof, welches auch direkt am Hotel liegt. Statt 13 euro waren es dann 21 euro die Nacht... In dem Parkhaus wo wir eigentlich parken sollten steht eig Einfahrt für Busse, naja man hätte es an der Rezeption besser erläutern können, welches Parkhaus es ist.

Viel zu viele Leute und das beim Frühstück, viel zu wenig Sitzmöglichkeiten •Das Frühstücksangebot war solala, nicht gerade lecker. (Unreife Tomaten, Rührei aus der Packung, wenig vegetarische Auswahl • Die Preise des "Restaurants"/Bistros sind ja der Wucher! Und zudem schmeckt es einfach gar nicht. Ich bestellte "Nudeln mit Champions in Sahnesoße", was ich bekam: Nudeln in wässrigem Etwas, keine Champions und Geschmack gleich 0. Leider wurde mein Auto in Parkhaus aufgebrochen und Werkzeug mit beträchtlichen Wert gestohlen. Das Hotel fühlte sich nicht in der Pflicht, eine lapidare Entschuldigung war das äußerste der Gefühle. Zwar stehe h2 auch am Parkhaus, aber zu tun hätten sie damit nichts. Desweiteren war mein Bad und Zimmer voller silberfische. Das Frühstück war zwar inklusive, aber so ist eben auch die Qualität. Leider insgesamt ein mehr als schrecklicher Aufenthalt

The hotel was hard to figure out where to park. Once inside best way to describe it wax minimalistic. We were there 3 days and never had roomed cleaned or even offered fresh towels even though it says in expedia daily housekeeping. When we questioned it we were told they stopped offering it in June. No apologies, just a statement. Room had poor lighting and weird nightlights on either side of bed near floor that was supposed to come on when you got out of bed but we soon realized that they went off whenever they felt like it as well as a window that kept opening on its own until we made sure it would not come open again. It was very convenient to train station (had restaurants and stores inside) as well as being close to city center for Christmas Markets and restaurants but would not stay there again.

Room is very basic and small. Does not have a fridge, iron, or kettle for coffee. Does not have charging port for phones make sure to take wall connector. Front desk controls AC unit. Breakfast was good, had a good variety. Hotel next to train station and walking distance to Public Plaza. Not good for long vacation. Front desk was very helpful and nice.

Good location for us next to the main station. Took a long time to check in as only one member if staff on when we arrived early evening. Disappointed with the room considering we stayed for 4 days - we had an internal room which was extremely over looked. There is no blind so you have to keep the curtains closed for privacy. Room is modern and nice but small. No desk or anywhere to sit as you need to put luggage and clothes on seating area. If you have 2 big cases, space in the size room we had will be tight. Thankfully we travel light for our holiday. Did ask for another room but told none available. On a positive, the beds are extremly comfortable and rooms very clean and modern.

Sehr schlichte Zimmereinrichtung. Keine Gardinen vor den Fenstern: entweder dunkel, oder jeder sieht rein. Frühstück war für den Zimmerpreis OK, nur der Orangensaft war nicht trinkbar, reiner Zucker.

Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer ist kaputt. Im gesamten Hotel war sehr schlechte Luft. Vor allem im Zimmer war es unerträglich warm und schlechte Luft. Wir haben sehr schlecht geschlafen. Nachdem wir das gleich am nächsten Tag mitgeteilt haben, ist etwas passiert noch haben wir eine Rückmeldung bekommen. Auch in der zweiten Nacht hatte sich an den Luft- und Klimabedingungen nichts verändert ! Das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen. Wir hatten leider keine entspannte Zeit im Hotel.

Bei Anruf wird auf den mailweg verwiesen, und auf mittlerweile drei E-Mails kommt nur die Bestätigung, dass die Mail eingegangen ist, sonst keinerlei Rückmeldung. Nicht zum empfehlen.

Wir waren bereits mehrfach im H2 Hotel Leipzig und kommen immer wieder gern zurück. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist für uns ideal, und auch die moderne Ausstattung der Zimmer sowie die insgesamt stilvolle und angenehme Atmosphäre im Hotel überzeugen jedes Mal aufs Neue. Das Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut gemacht – frisch, vielfältig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Auch der Service ist durchweg freundlich, und Check-in sowie Check-out verliefen wie immer reibungslos. Bei diesem Aufenthalt war es allerdings zur Bahnhofseite hin in den frühen Morgenstunden leider sehr laut – das war in der Vergangenheit so nicht aufgefallen. Wer empfindlich auf Geräusche reagiert, sollte eventuell ein Zimmer zur anderen Seite anfragen. Etwas schade finden wir zudem, dass es keine Vergünstigungen für die Parkplätze gibt – bei längeren Aufenthalten summiert sich das schnell. Außerdem wird die Zimmerreinigung nicht mehr automatisch täglich durchgeführt, sondern muss bei Bedarf extra angemeldet werden – das ist zwar verständlich, aber nicht ganz ideal gelöst. Trotz dieser kleineren Punkte war unser Aufenthalt insgesamt wieder sehr angenehm, und wir würden das Hotel weiterhin empfehlen.

Good location for us next to the main station. Took a long time to check in as only one member if staff on when we arrived early evening. Disappointed with the room considering we stayed for 4 days - we had an internal room which was extremely over looked. There is no blind so you have to keep the curtains closed for privacy. Room is modern and nice but small. No desk or anywhere to sit as you need to put luggage and clothes on seating area. If you have 2 big cases, space in the size room we had will be tight. Thankfully we travel light for our holiday. Did ask for another room but told none available. On a positive, the beds are extremly comfortable and rooms very clean and modern.

Gleich eingangs wurde ich auf meine Nachfrage, warum die Möglichkeit um eher einzuchecken auf englisch kam derart barsch abgewimmelt dass sei nicht vom Hotel sondern von Expedia. Letztendlich hätte das Hotel doch auch daran verdient. Ich hätte sogar weitere Stunden zugebucht, hatte leider ein schlechtes Übersetzungsprogramm. Auch meine Reisebuchung im Hotel kam wohl auf englisch an sodass man mich nicht korrekt ansprechen konnte.

Excellent location. Staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The breakfast staff were fantastic and very helpful. Actually outstanding thank you for an amazing stay. Good bar on site and again lovely friendly staff. Hope to be back again for the Christmas markets etc.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr empfehlenswert. Zentrale Lage direkt beim Haupbahnhof und kurze Wege in die Innenstadt. Beim Check-In wurde gefragt, ob man ein Zimmer zur Straße oder zum Innenhof möchte. So bekommt man zum Innenhof trotz zentraler Lage ein ruhiges Zimmer.

Zentrale Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof. Zimmer spartanisch. Es gibt keinen Schrank. Probleme mit dem Frühstück. Wegen einer Glutenunverträglichkeit im Vorfeld nach glutenfreien Brötchen erkundigt. Diese wurden als Standard zugesagt. Beim einchecken nochmals angefragt. Zum Frühstück selbst dann jedoch mit latschigem Toast abgespeist- und einen separaten Toaster gab es nicht. Sehr enttäuschend. Würde hier nicht wieder übernachten.

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage direkt beim Bahnhof. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber und ansprechend. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig. Es war im Frühstücksraum allerdings viel los (viele Jugendliche).

Sehr schlichte Zimmereinrichtung. Keine Gardinen vor den Fenstern: entweder dunkel, oder jeder sieht rein. Frühstück war für den Zimmerpreis OK, nur der Orangensaft war nicht trinkbar, reiner Zucker.

Right next to the Hauptbahnhof and close to shops and restaurants, breakfast was also included in our stay. Despite being next to the station it was quiet and we were not disturbed. The room was spotless and cleaned daily. Reception was helpful and check in and out efficient as you would expect. Breakfast had options for any diet, I’m vegan and had no problems. Best to avoid the dining room between 8.30 and 10 at weekends, It’s super busy. The hotel is in close proximity to the markets as well which is why we were in Leipzig. Would absolutely stay here again.

It’s perfectly located close to Leipzig Hbf , breakfast is ok and very busy. The staff in there are great, reception staff seem overworked and maybe this makes them a little grumpy

Great hotel in a good location within easy walking distance of the historic centre. The bedroom was very comfortable and well equipped - perhaps a chair would have made it perfect. Breakfast was superb, including the best scrambled eggs I have ever had. The staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English. Recommended.
