Great location middle of soi 11 - executive room was spacious and nice bathroom. Rooftop pool lovely with waterfall feature and Sunloungers in the pool . Service was a bit lacking at the pool bar - no staff around - always inside the restaurant where there were no customers !

The gym and the pool are nice, but the rooms have a very damp smell. There is AC but the building must be old, because the smell wouldn’t go away. The overall cleanliness of the rooms wasn’t great either. It is pretty central tho and you can hop on the train easily

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and been happy. This time however both rooms we got had a very bad smell, not possible to sleep in such rooms. The smell on mold was just overwhelming. And the housekeeping whiped it off the walls. I would not book this hotel and we checked out after the first night as the hotel couldn’t resolve the problem. The refund then took 3 weeks which I feel is very slow. The staff however is very friendly, but the facilities and the air quality is too bad.

騒々しい通りにあるホテルだけど、部屋の中はそこまでうるさくなかった。部屋の掃除はあまり行き届いていなく、拭けば消えるような汚れが机やサイドテーブルにたくさんあった。プールは温水ではなく水だったため、寒くて入ることができなかった。

不満点・洗面台の排水栓がきちっと閉まらず水がためられない。・洗面台横のコンセントが壊れていて使えない。・部屋には何か所かコンセントがあるが使えないものがある。・コースターの上にコップが口を下向きに置いてあるがそのコースターが汚い。良い点・スタッドが総じて親切、フレンドリー。・プールがキレイ。その他・繁華街にあるホテルなので騒音が気になるという口コミがあるが、奥の方の部屋だとそこまで気にならない。

Property needs a good upgrade. Rooms were dank and musty. I have no allergies but my eyes burned from the mold. They were great and found me a better room yet they are aware of this issue. The location is awesome, it is absolutely noisy at night. Wish I liked it more. Old carpet and poor ventilation vibe for me.

Overall, the room I stayed was fine, except for 2 glaring things: 1. There was relatively fresh caulking that was done around the bathroom sink that was still drying. I covered the area with a towel. 2. At the base of the bedroom window, there were a couple of severe cracks in the wood. I was surprised the areas weren't sanded and painted over. I thought about requesting another room, but I overlooked it because I was only there a few nights. In retrospect, I should've said something to the front desk and I'm sure they would have accommodated me.

Room was clean. But I overlooking Soi 11 and the Tuk Tuks are very noisy till 4am in the morning everyday. Cannot sleep unless wearing ear buds. Windows are not double glazed or if they are, then they need to be tripled...

Location location location! Right in the heart of Soi 11 it did take about an hour to get checked in but it was very busy and the staff was phenomenal at getting things moving. No balcony but clean decent rooms.

My stay at this hotel was okay. I booked for 3 rooms and one of my room, the air-conditioner wasn't working, sink wasn't drainer and the bathroom door wasn't closing. Had to complain to the front desk few times. The front desk staff can be more friendly. The guy who checked me in was nice but the female staffs were not friendly at all. I don't think I will stay at this hotel again.

We paid for a delux room and got a tiny corner room with a door towards next room. The night before traveling home we woke up at 2:30 with yelling from the next room. The argument increased and we needed to call the reception. Finally 45 min later it got quiet again. Can’t understand how the hotel can sell delux rooms not being soundproof. Yes they have 2 doors between the rooms but you can hear everything being said. Next morning we went down to the reception to speak to the Pae (manager in charge). She didn’t understand our problem or really care. We got offered two cups of coffee as compensation which is offensive. Don’t stay at this hotel because there are so many other ones much better in the area. (The management doesn’t have any emergency plan. After the earthquake we sat outside the hotel for two hours without any given information what to do)

Convenient location, only a short walk from Nana Skytrain station, and the liveliness of Sukhumvit Road. Nice rooftop restaurant offering both air on and open-air rooms for dinner and a good breakfast. Very clean.

Staff is friendly. Room & hotel were clean. Roof top pool was nice. Included breakfast was ok. Could have had more variety & better food quality. Also, coffee was terrible. Good location if you prefer a lively area with access to bars & restaurants at your door step; however, you’re sort of in a red light district, which we didn’t know & is a little off-putting.

This hotel is fabulous and normally not an issue. The chicken was easy But sadly there were people playing up all night at the window and I also got as sick as I could possibly be from the room service so I won’t be doing that again.
