The pictures were deceiving and made the property look cleaner/than in person. Workman ship in the room was not good. The shower didn’t have a door therefore the entire bathroom got wet after each shower. The bathroom was small. Room was bare and didn’t seem clean. Stains on the floor and tables. The pool area was old and not clean.

Die Lage ist gut, die Mitarbeiter ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider wurde beim Bau des Hotels gespart. Die Zimmer sind gross aber laut. Der Lärm kommt von draussen und vom den benachbarten Zimmern. Kein Schallschutz. Keine Lampe im Zimmer. Nur die Spots an der Decke. Nicht dimmbar. Also kein Licht oder sehr helles Licht. Schalter gibt es nur auf einer Seite des Bettes. Stromanschluss gibt es gar keine beim Bett. TV total unnütz. Schlechte Bildqualität, keine englischsprachige News- oder Moviekanäle. Informationskanal ebenso nutzlos. Keine Dusche beim schönen Pool Keine vollständige Duschabtrennung. Die tägliche Überschwemmung ist vorprogrammiert. Das Hotel ist schön, wirkt aber irgendwie nicht fertig und wirkt wegen der spartanischen Einrichtung unterkühlt.

這次的家庭旅行預定了這個飯店,我預訂了兩個房型(Deluxe Double Room,Deluxe Twin Room)共入住三晚,預定時有特別註明要連通房(飯店有註明提供連通房),也有發訊息給飯店說明要連通房的原因(飯店對訊息沒有任何回覆),Check-in時卻得到兩個房間在不同棟(A棟Deluxe Double Room,B棟Deluxe Twin Room),經過協調後我們也只換到了Deluxe Twin Room兩個房間在同一棟房間相鄰的房間,就這樣安排三晚相同的房間,飯店一點也沒有要幫我換房的意願,這樣的安排像是4星級飯店該有的服務嗎? 房間設備只能用簡單來形容,WIFI連線很慢連youtube都無法觀看,淋浴間設計不良,淋浴時水會噴溼整個浴室,而房間內唯一的鏡子回在淋浴時起霧,鏡子完全無法使用.飯店外觀很新,大廳也維持的不錯,飯店除了大廳以外走道都沒有冷氣,步出房門就會感到悶熱.浴室內洗手台只有冷水這個不是四星級飯店該有的服務,這對需要熱水刮鬍子的客人相當不便,對了飯店盥洗用品也沒有提供刮鬍刀,需要刮鬍子的客人可能要自備刮鬍刀. 飯店的清潔服務不是每天更換床單喔!在意每天換床單的請注意,飯店的早餐說不上豪華,也談不上豐盛,算是中等,早餐餐廳的服務人員服務態度及服務的品質都很好值得讚許.飯店大廳的服務人員都是笑臉迎客,停車場的指揮調度人員也都是有很好的服務.

The floor of the swimming pool is so rough. It easily cause accident. I was bumped into the steps in the pool coz is already 7:00 at night and cause scratches on my knee. Shouldn’t use this raw material to build swimming pool.

室内は清潔でしたエアコンの臭いとバスタブからの水漏れが気になりましたが、とてもいい滞在ができました大晦日の夜にプールサイドでライブをしていたので賑やかでしたが、他の日は穏やかに過ごせました。近くにコンビニ、マッサージ、ターミナル21、BIG Cが徒歩圏内にあり便利です。ビーチまではホリデーインの前を通れば徒歩5分程度で行けます。

When I first arrived and wanted to uses the toilets in the lobby area , I noticed straight away these were filthy , not a good start . There was also a terrible smell of sewage in the bedroom which I complained about and nothing was done , I also didn’t like the bedroom toilet was all open plan no door . Would stay here again

Says 5 star, unfortunately it’s not up to 5 star. First night had cockroaches in the room. Killed them by squashing, said to manager, should be a refund on that night. They have a credit for food instead. The rooms a bit run down, staff our lovely and very nice. Just a shame the room wasn’t clean.

I just concluded my two week stay at One Patio and this hotel is amazing. The rooms are huge, stylish and clean. Very modern. The balcony was also huge with views to the picturesque pool! Housekeeping did an excellent job as well! Also, hotel personnel such as TOFFY and MOJI were very professional and accommodating and went above and beyond their duties. In fact, the entire staff/security at One Patio were the best. These people are truly humble and incredible kind to their guests. The food and room service was delicious. Pattaya beach is a quick walk with many places to eat and shop nearby. PMy favorite was the Starbucks 2 min away and the huge mall to shop also right up the street. At night, street vendors cook up the best food for an affordable price. When i return, i will stay at One Patio again. Count on it. Matt D.

The hotel staff are wonderful. The front office mgr Mr. Bao Yoosri was understanding and helpful. The hotel is nice and in a good location. The rooms could use general maintenance and repair. The rooms are not soundproofed. You hear quite allot. Facility water pressure is not constant. One could get a jolt of hot water when not expected. I tried 3 different rooms. They all had the same issues. The maintenance person tried to adjust the water pressure issue. He basically just turned off the hot water supply to the room. 😶 This property has potential to meet the rating it wants. They just need to work for it. Make their rooms better to meet the price point.

The staff is outstanding. On the surface it's a nice place. I tried 3 different rooms. 1-3-4th floors The water pressure is not very reliable on any floor On the 4th fl. You can hear the water pipes banging. Quite annoying No soundproofing between rooms. You can hear your neighbors. I noticed sloppy maintenance. Paint drips on the tv. Missing kick board pieces. 3rd FL room had a light drain smell in the bathroom. In all it's a nice place. It just requires better maintenance and room upkeep. Room quality should improve. I've found the same issues in Turkiye, Greece, Japan and Dubai. The lobby looks great. The rooms are not up to standard. Price points are not being met.

I was not sure what to expect from hotel but it was an amazing stay and would have extended stay if it was not fully booked for the rest of our time here. We were treated like in a five star hotel Staff was very friendly and helpful. The front desk was efficient and friendly. They looked after some business needs for me while i was staying. Breakfasts are important to me and this did not disappoint. Great food and very attentive friendly staff, i will miss them. They could not have been better. it was a little further from the beach than we usually stay but it was worth the walk. About 15 minutes Lots of good restaurants just outside the hotel. I think it should have a higher star rating than it has. I stay in hotels 50-70 nights a year. This is one of the best have been in this year. I cannot say enough good things about the hotel or how it is run.

They have my credit card on file yet they want the full payment at check in I feel that they don't trust their guest, unfriendly policy On top I asked for 2 hours early check in so I can drop off my luggage they wanted to charge me half a day fees What a courtesy They advised me I have a city view room upon check in...end up it was the back of the shops ...what a city view ..said no view is better and honest ..to manager of One Patio . Water is different from mineral water ..just learned I hate to be rip-off. ... I was told water is free of charge but at checkout they charge me $3.50 USD for a small tiny Mineral Water Which I can buy 40 bottles for the same price at Costco

The property was always immaculately maintained and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is set back from 2nd road which made it quiet and peaceful, but also being conveniently close enough to multiple restaurants, massage shops, and shopping-it’s a short walk to the iconic Terminal 21 mall and it’s right next door to Tiffany’s Show. It’s also on the Baht Bus route so it was easy to hop on one and catch a ride to Beach Road. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend it to any friends or family who visit Pattaya.

Heel fijn hotel. Vriendelijke staf, alles super schoon en in vrijwel nieuwstaat. Perfecte ligging met winkelcentra, markten, streetfood en het strand binnen een paar minuten lopen. Omdat het aan de route voor de baht bus ligt is het eenvoudig om je voor 10 thb naar je bestemming op beachroad of secondroad te laten brengen.
