House is really well set up and has everything you need for an easy, relaxing stay. Very clean and spacious, lots of off-street parking, and the bed configuration is great for lots of single people which is VERY rare in short term rentals. Lots of places to sit and relax, large kitchen and dining, and two decks. Amazing views! Great location close to beach and shops. A bit far to walk to the beach and back (we did it for exercise but drove when we had beach bags, etc). The only thing it was missing was downstairs airconditioning. We had 3 lovely, hot beach days for our getaway, but that meant we were really hot at night in the downstairs bedrooms. I would suggest having a few fans in the laundry/storage for guests to use. Verve were great and very responsive even though they are a large property management group.
