Salomonhavet Haus - Sellicks Beach

Brilliant location and nicely renovated kitchen and lounge area! BBQ was pretty dirty though and covered in ants - everything else was lovely.

Upon arrival when opening the rear door a white tail spider jumped out from one of the many spider webs on the inside of the fly wire door onto my daughters hair, which was not a great start to our holiday experience and she was extremely upset. The house seemed tidy however the floor was very dusty as if needing a good mop. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely renovated and very comfortable. I’m not too sure about the bottle decoration along the windowsills. I feel it’s a potential accident waiting to happen. The sitting chairs could do with replacing due to all the stains, but the couch area was great. The tv worked well, unfortunately the DVD player was not working. The view and location were amazing, we got to enjoy beautiful sunsets over the ocean.

Only an hours drive south from Adelaide, serenity and silence reminiscent of beach shack holiday. Elevated view of the ocean, short walk to beach and general store. Victory Pub just up road and Aldinga pub and food venues only 10 minute drive. Nice open plan house to reset yourself.
