Very convenient location. Next to BTS station and a shopping mall for food. Also not far from soi cowboy My room got everything I needed and had very beautiful view. Mercure got the upper part of the building. The room was very clean. I had problems with hot water, but was fixed later the day. I like to workout and the fitness room was poor. Was very small and hot. The floor wasn’t design for weights, so I had to be careful. But the room got great view. The pool is on the rooftop and got beautiful view! Breathtaking for the price. The pool was very small and not so inviting, but very beautiful for taking pictures. Lobby was ok. A bit small and busy. Breakfast was ok. Not much to choose from, but I really enjoy the meal. The staff was ok. Some more friendly then other. I had to check out 04:00am. The reception guy didn’t seem to like his job at that time. Overall I think I would find better hotel elsewhere with same price, but for the price and location it’s a good stay!

Spent 6 days with my daughter in this great hotel. Overall a wonderful time. Management & staff is outstanding friendly and helpful. I want to highlight the breakfast: nice and quiet ambience, good coffee quality, variety and quality of food was great !! Rooftop bar and swimming pool was nice, laid back atmosphere and again very friendly staff. Hotel is close to the BTS station which is good. Just one very little thing regarding the pool: tiles on the pool edge have to be fixed. Great stay > Thank you very much. :-)

호텔 너무 깔끔하고 출장때문에 4일 머물렀는데 너무 만족스러웠습니다. 수영장, 헬스장도 있고 조식도 제공하는데 조식포함x로 예약했으면 하루 494 바트 입니다. 숙소도 깔끔하고 서비스도 좋은데 c타입 충전기도 제공이 가능하고, 출력 서비스도 가능합니다. 공항 픽업 서비스도 있습니다. (유료) 다음에 또 방콕을 온다면 이 호텔에 머무르고 싶습니다.

道路を挟んでエンポリウムの向かい側で、スカイトレインの駅にも近く、便利な立地。ホテルの客室は広くはないが、寝泊まりするには十分な広さがある。8階のレストランの朝食は和食系のものはないが、食材の種類も多く、質もよい。会場は広く、ゆったりと食事ができる。室内設備ではバスタブがなく、シャワーのみ。洗面所の水は非常に不味く、歯磨き等にも使わない方が良いと思う。アメニティは室内履きがなく、フロントに言えば提供される。全体としては豪華なホテルではないが、上質のシティホテル。

Property was located close to the Sukhumvit line metro making it easy to get around Bangkok. The room had a good standard of amenities and was cleaned to a high standard. It was my partners birthday whilst we stayed there and when we got to our room after the day out we were greeted to petals on the bed, towel animals and a birthday cake. A lovely personal touch showing attention to detail and how they value their customers. A special thanks goes to Yaya for making this effort.

well it usually my go to hotel in bangkok. However the hotel was strangely inflexible on pricing and I found no alternative but to move out after staying for about 10 nights. i wanted to extend and had 3 colleagues paying a reasonable rate which the hotel wouldn't match. Room was spacious and clean. Staffs are very friendly and always at our service. Minutes of walking to BTS station, department stores, restaurants, street food, decent massage places. The only complaint we had was the delay on getting the room upon checking-in. We decided to walk around the area while waiting for the room the be available so it worked out in the end.

Dank einzige war mir nicht so gefallen hat, dass nicht reichhaltige Frühstück. Es fehlt an europäische Auswahl sowie Eier station aber wie auch immer. Das Bett war ein wenig zu Hard. Im ganzen ist das Hotel von der Lage und und Unterkunft perfekt für Touristen. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen

Everything was ok. I think the food for breakfast needs improvement especially making sure that when food item is finished it is refilled right away for other customers. There is shortage of good ingredients in some of the dishes. For example in the noodles dish only a few shrimps were included. It looks cheap to customers. Also at 6am when Thi breakfast buffet is opened staff are not always ready. Food items were not brought out on time.
