口コミで出来て間もないホテルと知り選択。スタッフの対応も良く、客室も清潔。外貨両替機やコインランドリー、スタバジムやプールなどホテル内施設も充実。朝食ビュッフェも日替わりでメニューが少し入れ替わり、味もまずまず。若干、壁が薄いか？他の客室の声が聞こえてきたのと朝方、エアコンがガタガタとうるさくなるのが気になったポイントですが許容範囲でした。 TVでYouTubeが観れたら良かったかな。徒歩圏内に小さなナイトマーケットやセブンイレブンもあるので不自由は全くありませんでした。

Booked this hotel as we had an early morning flight and was pleasantly surprised at how many amenities it offered. There are restaurants nearby and a 7-11 across the street as well. In the hotel there is a Starbucks, restaurant for breakfast and dinner, and pool bar. The hotel is quite new and everything was very modern in design. Although it is 10 minutes from the airport it was very quiet and we slept well with a comfortable King bed and blackout drapes.

I booked because the hotel offered free shuttle to and from the airport. However shuttle service is only available to the airport and only at 2 times making it essentially not a benefit to staying at the hotel. This information is not explained on the website prior to booking is misleading.

No point having a pool bar on a Sunday afternoon if there is no one to staff it. Waited over an hour by the pool with no bar staff. Don’t advertise a service and not provide any.

Great location ,very close to airport. Amazing that free shuttle service is provided. New ,modern hotel, nice and perfect rooms. If you want to sleep early ask room away from pool area. Breakfast we didnt try as had to catch early flight.

Easy check in. Food at the restaurant was great. Rooms were very quiet and very clean. Hot water in the shower. Shuttle to the airport left on time and was free as we were guests.

I was not impressed that the buildings are not connected with any coverage from the weather. I was absolutely soaked to the skin by the time I walked from building A to building F. Silly design where it rains so much.

I purchased 2 suite, and we got a room next to each other, but ours had ants in the room and they gave us another room , later that night my daughter’s room had ants, and they gave her another but it was a down grade with no refund from the suite I’ve paid for. They need training in customer services

We booked a Suite for two nights as a treat at the end of our trip and while the room was generally clean some aspects had been overlooked (behind toilet seat, room entry door inside & built up pigeon poo on exterior window recesses). It's a large room sparsely furnished but instead of feeling minimalist chic it felt more corners had been cut to save $$. A bedside light was wobbly due to loose upright and the bathroom tapwear and shower head both need repair or replacement. The bed was comfortable which was good however the duvet and sheets had some small holes in them and one pillowcase was blood stained. Buffet breakfast had a number of choices including cooked eggs and a good coffee machine but we were surprised there was no yoghurt on offer... yogurt and museli would make a good addition. Unfortunately the side door to the restaurant was heavily smeared with grimy hand marks which was off putting. Overall the hotel was ok but not 4 star hotel quality as maintenance and cleanliness need more attention.

The hotel is nice enough and fairly new. Only complaint was that the AC in the room did not work so well. Took a long time to cool down. Spoke with the reception and they said all the rooms are like that and that it would be cool by the morning. I set it at the coldest setting (18C). By morning it felt like around 20C

Schöne Anlage mit modernen Zimmern. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Klimaanlage ist in der Nacht ausgefallen und dadurch war es ziemlich warm im Zimmer und wir konnten schlecht schlafen.

Bemerkenswertes, neues und schönes airport-Hotel. Großer Pool, große Zimmer und Betten. wir hatten Zimmer zum Pool, auf jedem Fall empfehlenswert wegen der Lautstärke. Dort übernachtet man wegen eines Weiterflugs und nicht wegen der Umgebung, das muss einem klar sein. Negativ: Das Personal war weitgehend desinteressiert und unaufmerksam, vor allem auch beim Frühstück; kein Interesse. Dramatisch: Trotz vorigem Erdbeben waren die Fluchttüren (vor unserem Zimmer!) mit Servicewagen und Handtuchsäcken verstellt. Kein Verständnis dafür!

The hotel is marketed as a airport hotel. During check in, the staff could not find our booking through Expedia. Even though it's marketed as airport hotel, it provided no airport shuttle service. Not only that, it did not even called for taxi for us. The staff was unable to understand English. We had stand on the road by ourselves to get the taxi. Very unhelpful and rude staff. They did nothing to get us the taxi to the airport. The whole reason booking this hotel was to get easy availability of getting a taxi, but this purpose was turned down by the hotel and thus did not meet the expectation. The experience was not as marketed in the ad. I recommend Expedia to take the ad section out regarding this property being an airport hotel. Airport hotel should at least be able to call for taxi and understand English as a basic requirement, but it failed in that aspect entirely.

Great hotel near BKK. Very friendly staff. Simple rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. Robe, slippers, toothbrush & paste, soap, and air-conditioning. Shampoo and shower gel (no conditioner or lotion). Fast and easy check in and out. They helped us get taxis to the airport (15-20 minutes away for 150 baht in March 2023). The on-property restaurant is very good. Breakfast was ample and started at 6:00 a.m. Great airport hotel.

Nice enough place near the airport and nearby bars and restaurants. Massive bed. AC worked well but no remote. Large croissants at brekky rock hard at least a day old. Hot water has to be requested for tea...strange. Other brekky quite good.

Breakfast menu was absolutely delicious. I had many vegan options. My favourite was the stir fried tofu with vegetables including lots of Enoki mushrooms. Our stay was exceptional. I'd highly recommend Canalis which is a conveniently short drive from the airport at around 20 minutes.
