Have a plesant 4d3n stay. They provides shuttle to Thonglor BTS. There is onsen to use as well which comes with the hotel stay. Breakfast was good. Staffs are smiley and their attitute are positive. Feels great stay here. Will patronise them again next year

This hotel is in a business district however there are many night clubs an restaurants near by. Many personal services are also available like naiks, thia massage, hair salon, a very good grocery store. Each room has a washer/dryer combo which was super convenient. Breakfast was included and was a full hot breakfast. Great service. Pool was beautiful. Roof top bar. Happy hour. Most taxi rides into city center were $10 us dollar. Overall great place to stay.

Room is clean and equipment not dated like dusit suite. I would stay at this hotel each time i returned to Bangkok. Great staff who understand english and very friendly from front desk to housekeeping to food and beverages team. This amazing staff Ms Phueng from housekeeping she remember my preference based on my usage and without failing even a day in my 7 night stay. The staff is 5 star standards. Bravo.

I’ve been to this hotel every time I go back to my hometown for the past 4 years. This time is very disappointed. The front staff are not very friendly. Housekeeper is not making the bed nicely. The towels are so old and torn out. They not even refill the body wash. Sorry for the complaints, I know this hotel is very high standards. Hope to see improvement on the staff!!

We had a corner one-bedroom suite, which was very spacious with lots of storage. Very clean and well-appointed. The king bed and linens were plush and comfortable. The buffet breakfast is huge, with many Thai and Western offerings. But mostly, Friend,the concierge, was hugely helpful and so warm and kind. We will remember him!

We were very impressed how cozy and clean the rooms were. We booked a 2 Bedroom family room and it was perfect for our family. Location was fabulous only 7 minutes to the BTS and there was a little mall across from the hotel. The ac works great especially with the hot humidity in Thailand. I would definitely be back here again!

The hotel is nice and clean. Few decent Jap restaurants and massage places around the corner, including Let's Relax. The hotel comes with a nice outdoor swimming pool with an indoor onsen too. Only complain, I booked a King size bed junior suite but they just combine 2 single bed and make it into a King size which is not to my liking because there will be a hole in between the beds.

The room was a nice size with everything you could want and need, they even had a washer/dryer. The shower was so nice, that nice that my daughter even commented. The pool was nice, not lots of chairs but it never got that busy so weren't really needed anyway. The staff were very helpful whenever we needed something. The one downside would be the breakfast. They had all ranges of food, which was good, but, there just didn't seem enough space for everyone. More table and chairs are needed and the food needs to be spread out a little more.

The hotel organized our trip by taxi to Damnoen Saduak Floating Market and fed us to the scammers. It was sketchy when he wouldn’t tell us how much it would cost for the boat rental (he said there were many packages) and tried to upsell us to a tiger and elephant tour. When we arrived by taxi, we were over 1km from the market in a quiet fake market and the boat operators wanted to charge us 3000 TBH for two people in a private boat. We needed to insist to go to the real market. Don’t trust the hotel excursion desk at this hotel

The front desk staff, Louis, helped checked in me and was very professional. He provided information on the services of the hotel. Very friendly and approachable. 24 hour cafe on the ground floor that also serves breakfast everyday. Will definitely stay there again in future

The location was great, access to BTS. There was a shuttle service to take you to BTS station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, Thanks to Rubby, Friend, Zoklek, Kai, and Teddy, they were very kind and supportive. Breakfast was good but should add more American style of breakfast too. I like the Thai food, but rest my family didn't like it. Some of the food were too spicy and sweet. Overall we had a great stay and will go back.

there are two Staybridge suites hotel in Bangkok. we try Thonglor district and hotel is pretty close to MRT station. just walk less than 5 mins. surround area are a lot of restaurant. you wil love it. will stay again if we visit to bangkok. this time we stayed 4nights then go to Chang mai then come back to Staybridge Suite another 4-5nights that mean they are good. otherwise...

We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff went above and beyond to assist. The location is awesome! Burger King and huge mall across the street and several other malls, stores, dentists, hospital, beauty clinics and more within walking distance. Good hotel for its location if you plan to enjoy luxurios night life in BKK. Basically, this hotel is more or like a Japanese Business hotel. The hotel offers you standard stuffs such as coffee or tea, fridge, microwave, tv, washing machine, dish washer sink. However, this hotel does not provide service like in room dining, not like other 5 stars hotel. Therefore, you need to walk out for lunch or dinner. Breakfast is included in the room.

Staybridge was an unexpected and pleasant find for our stay in Bangkok. The room was well furnished and nicely decorated, with plenty of cutlery. We were impressed by the brand new sponge that they provided for our short stay too. The hotel has a free shuttle service that goes to Thonglor BTS, but do note that there isn’t a pick up service. If you’re lucky (or willing to wait) the shuttle can fetch you back to the hotel once it’s dropped off their passengers. There’s a famous mango sticky rice place at the drop-off point. Staff are really helpful too and go out of the way to assist with anything you might need. The breakfast spread is rather limited, but the food is tasty and changes daily. They also allow you to pack food from the buffet line to go back to your room as the dining space is quite small.
