トータル20泊以上のリピーターです とてもリーズナブルに非日常を過ごせます 宿泊すると湯楽城が無料で利用できます タオルを持参すれば何度でも無料で利用できます ルームチェックインは15時～ですが13時以降受付に行くと 湯楽城のチケットがもらえるので チェックイン時間まで湯楽城が利用できます (ここで浴衣やタオルを借りてしまうと以降利用できなくなってしまうのでお風呂だけ楽しんでチケットは夜に使うとお勧めです) プール・フィットネスも無料で利用できます (プールは真夏以外室内のサウナ付き温水プールになります 真夏は外プールと両方利用できます) 10月でしたがお風呂上りは暑くエアコンを動かしたらまだ冷房で私は暑がりなので有難かった・・・ あと駐車場も無料なのが有難い 確か海外旅行前泊で利用すると10日位まで駐車無料になるようです 設備は古いですが比較的キレイで料金もリーズナブルでお勧めです )

the 7/11 worker was a bit rude at times but all the other workers of the hotel were very very kind and considerate

Extremely dated, looks nothing like the photos, outdoor pool closed, indoor pool was terrible, couldn’t see the golf hole, bar only opens 3/7 days per week This place was built in the 70s and hasn’t been updated since My wife said it reminded her of the hotel from The Shining just not as good Some of the carpets are disgusting Hotel has a weird smell Rooms smell like deep heat for some reason Aircon does not work and windows do not open Only option to eat is their buffet which is ok but expensive for what is on offer, or the in-house seven eleven for an egg sandwich Onsen and massage is offsite but the onsen was a good experience Only stayed here as it was close to Narita Airport for an early flight the next day Next time either avoid Narita or stay in Tokyo and pay the extra cost for a driver in the morning and drive two hours to Narita Staff were very friendly and accommodating but I would not stay here again

Breakfast is awesome The pool, gym, Osen, light show, and sauna made my stay here well worth it

Hotel is old, but very well maintained. Rooms are large and comfortable. Bathroom is large, a bit old, but clean. Nice lobby and they have a restaurant, cafeteria and even a 7-11 in the lobby. The spa and Japanese hot springs that you see in the photos, are actually a 100 meters, next door, it is not in the hotel premises. However, it is a 2-3 minutes walk and it is very nice, and free for hotel guests. It is a huge complex, with restaurants, bar, gaming area, nice huge bath and more.

Staff were great and friendly. Had pool and dinning options with small 7/11 onsite. Quest coin laundry and free airport shuttle available. Room size decent.

This hotel was a huge disappointment. Not at all worth the stars. It was worn out, dirry, damp, and extremely bad smelling. I would not recomend it to anyone. Only positive was the small compensation we got the last day, and the people working there trying to do their best. But we would have prefered a normal hotel and not a left-over from 1980-s.

In its day this would have been a 5 star hotel, has loads of space function rooms, bbq night was good, Hawaiian theme was a bit odd for Japanese place but good entertainment. Bathroom for that evening was not at all clean!!! Cockroaches roaming the area under dining tables. Shuttle service to airport and Narita is excellent. Room good a little dated, value for money just needs a good clean in some common areas.

This is an old property, which fine. The problems we had was the hotel was very unclean from the lobby to the rooms. Bidet toilets are great , it has a flaw. The toilet has fece stuck to the bidet. The room was musty and not clean. The beds were very comfortable. Staff provided excellent service at the front desk. We had to check six different rooms before we landed on one. If only the property was kept clean then it would have overcome the old property.

"close" to the airport but in the middle of nowhere with nothing close by to walk to and the places that can be walked to are over a 15 minute walk and close early (8-9PM depending on what you want/need). Elevator doors only say open for about 15 seconds before quickly closing and keep trying to close even if a bag is in the way so no safety steps in place. Whole hotel has a musty smell and my room on the 5th floor smelled soo bad at 10pm that I had to open the window in the summer and keep my room door open for a while to allow fresh air and circulation. Room said it has A/C but it didn't work, only made a sound of it trying to work but no air blew out. Mold and mildew in the bathroom around the circulation fan. Son wanted to play in the outdoor pool in the morning to beat the heat but when we woke up and went down to check it out, we were greeted with a slimy green pool. Check out is 11am but we left way before that due to all the hotel failures.

We chose this hotel for proximity to the airport and the hotel fee included the shuttle. The hotel is tired and a bit dreary but clean enough and the hotel staff were excellent.

Compared to when it was Radisson, which was wonderful, I’d say it’s now at the level of a Motel 6 or Comfort Inn & we were very disappointed. Room was never actually cleaned, only towels changed & sheets changed when asked. There was mold in the grout of the shower & sink, I bought bleach spray & sprayed it. Room was very humid & all we could do to control the temperature was adjust the speed of the fan. Hotel did have a stand fan we used. Beds were very hard. Pictures on the website are the same as when it was the Radisson. Restaurant in the hotel is now buffet only, & was not good. Bar is only open on weekends. Food at the bath house was not good either & was very confusing on how to order. Finding staff to help was very challenging. Unsure if the deli/cafe was actually open. Thankfully multiple restaurants in the nearby area that were good & the 7eleven in the hotel had snacks for purchase. There were also a few convenience stores & grocery store within walking distance. Due to number of tour buses coming in & out the 7eleven seemed to struggle on keeping coolers stocked with food. “Bus” to the mall & Keisei-Narita station is a van with limited space, when it was the Radisson it was similar to the highway bus. Concierge desk was almost never staffed. Staff never came to assist with luggage from any bus whether it was their airport bus, tour bus, highway bus, etc. Overall very disappointed & won’t be returning. Since changing owners hotel went way downhill.

verstehe nicht die guten Bewertungen der anderen, es ist ein sehr heruntergekommenes Hotel! Schon im Eingangsbereich merkt man den Geruch, im Zimmer war es aber am schlimmsten. Wir mussten über den gesamten Aufenthalt das Fenster offen lassen um den stechenden alten Geruch zu verdrängen. Wir würden nicht nochmal übernachten, entweder rennovieren oder neu bauen. Frühstück war ok.

Our room was freezing cold all the time, we kept complaining and then we got extra blankets and a portable heater. The restaurant only had buffet style meals for lunch and dinner which we were not aware of and it was expensive and the food was not good. Would not recommend this hotel.

Does not look like the photos, far from anything to do, ac in the rooms cant be controlled so it was very hot very uncomfortable

We booked this hotel to be close to the airport, the shuttle from the airport is very 1h, so we waited for a long time to have a shuttle completely full so we had to pay a taxi in the end … Impossible to turn the heater off in the room, it was probably 26 degres there… didn’t sleep really well. Wouldn’t go back.

The room was spacious but a little old. The convenience store is a bit small and very crowded. The place was big, and unfortunately wasn't able to get to explore around.

The hotel room is very large for a Japanese hotel. It was a little outdated and was quite a distance from restaurants, etc. They did provide a shuttle bus to town, however.

The AC was not working properly

Room is big and spacious But the shuttle to airport need to be more frequent and more trips. Timing need to be punctual

部屋の空調機が全く効かずコートを着ないと過ごせない程部屋が寒い。その上トイレ・風呂場がボロボロで天井は剥がれ、カビだらけ。　部屋のカーペットもボロボロで所々破れている上、空気清浄機が無いと匂いが酷い。 最悪の問題はカルフォルニアレストランのインド系？のクリーニングスタッフが素手で料理に直接触れていて受け皿に食べ物を盛っていた。 保健所を呼んでやろうと思った位気持ちが悪かった。テーブルを片付ける手で、それも素手で料理をベタベタと触るのは日本では非常識の分類。祖国では知った事が無いかも知れないが、ここは日本。 長年利用して生きたが、今回が最後。　絶対にあの女は首にするべき。　気色悪いを通り越している。

I dislike the central control cooling and heating system, I was there in late November, I was too warm in the room but only the heater was working. I like that I could walk to local market from the hotel.

Staff was amazing!!! Very kind and helpful. The rooms were small, dated & musty smelling also not many plug ins for devices ect. No heat but staff brought us a portable heater and an extra blanket was on the room.

The check in and cleaning staff were exceptional and welcoming. Unlike American hotels I've stayed at they provided instant coffee, tea and bottled water every day free of charge. The hotel could use some cosmetic updates though.

Although the hotel gets a lot of use from big tour groups it was clean and comfortable and the price was fantastic. Very helpful front desk staff, and free shuttle service into little town of Narita. The sweet bus driver gave me a big hug when I told him I used to stay at the hotel 35 years ago as a flight attendant! It was like he was an old friend. He was lovely!!

Como recomendación es importante que los de limpieza no sean invasivos al entrar a la habitación para la limpieza. Tenía con seguro o me hubieran encontrado en ropa interior . Abrieron sin tocar. Esto fue algo que me tenía intranquila. También me apagaron mi aire acondicionado sin permiso . Gracias a los de recepción siempre amables y atentos .

Overall the facility and hotel was kept very nice and clean. HOWEVER, there was very limited time slots for shuttle & location was not the best for taxis/ubers. Had to waste over 15,000 yen to get around due to the limitation. In addition, staffs was not willing to help us when we had to carry around 6 large luggages.

The bathroom of our room was dirty, staff is rude.

Staff is amazing at helping with any inquiries. English is fluent that makes the conversation smooth. Definitely would come back given the opportunity.

The property is a little dated but clean and spacious rooms. Staff were lovely and there is a convenience store open till 11pm inside the lobby. You receive 1 ticket to adjacent onsen which was wonderful. Onsen has restaurants, bars and bathing too which was amazing! The air conditioning was not very good for a hot night but it was passable for the price I paid. My only complaint was that the shuttle bus is only every 2 hours ….i had just missed one so had wait and a taxi was $50 to get to the hotel as its not super close to the airport.

Hotel located in remote area and the shuttles bus is small and infrequent. Almost can’t get on the bus to airport in the morning due to the small bus and many guests leaving at same time.

It was pretty far from the Narita Airport. They said they had hotel shuttle services HOWEVER not very many. I had to take a cab to get there and it did cost me about $50. The hours for Onsen was so odd and not open in the morning. I could not use their Onsen. The breakfast was ok. I would not stay there anymore.

I wouldn’t say the property is bad, but it is incredibly outdated. It’s also located in the middle of nowhere. That being said they do have shuttles that can bring you to downtown Narita and to the airport. We personally only use the one at the airport and was quite happy with that choice. I wouldn’t choose to stay here again, but it was OK.

Transportation which's shuttle service really awful A lot of people going and leaving this resort but every 2or 3 hours in and out If your flights afternoon you much leave and ride 6am shuttle if your flight 1pm you must leave and ride shuttle 8:30am…

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The free airport shuttle was on time and convenient, which made my travel much easier. The breakfast had a good variety, and the hotel location was peaceful with nearby shops and Aeon Mall just a short ride away. Highly recommend this place for travelers flying in or out of Narita Airport!

There was no reasonable options for breakfast or dinner. Only Buffett and this was unreasonably expensive

Food was expensive and not good quality. Bed and pillows very uncomfortable. Minimal ventilation in the room, very hot. Much more strict tattoo policy than was stated on the booking info. Bus to Tokyo station was convenient and affordable
