Das Hotel ist gut gelegen in der Nähe von diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und auch der Skytrain ist nicht weit entfernt. Das Zimmer ist gut eingerichtet und gross genug. Der Schlafkomfort sowie das Badezimmer sind top. Es gibt auch einen Pool, es ist zwar eher klein, dafür spannend gelegen mit einem tollen Ausblick. Das Personal ist freundlich, auch unser Problem mit der Klimaanlage wurde schnell gelöst. Höhepunkt aber war für mich das Frühstücksbuffet, endlich einmal ein Hotel wo auch die Früchteauswahl stimmt. Insgesamt eine gute Wahl für Bangkok.

For the price, a great location and hotel. Comfortable rooms, nice swimming pool and excellent breakfast. Sip &. Co cafe also has a nice food selection and pastries. Friendly staff. Walking distance to the Central World mall with an amazing choice of eateries. Downside is lots of families so too many kids in the pool.

Schönes Hotel, zentral gelegen zwischen allen Spots der Stadt. Saubere und schöne Zimmer, sehr nettes Personal. Der Pool ist sehr schön 18 Stock gelegen, mit super Block auf die Stadt, leider gibt es zu wenig Liegen, obwohl Platz da wäre. Außerdem findet man am Pool wenig Ruhe, denn es geht zu wie in einem Kinderschwimmbad. Für ein 5* Haus wäre ein entsprechende Rücksicht/Benehmen alles angemessen.

Just checked out the hotel this morning. Overall a nice stay, a relatively new hotel, with a 7-Eleven and a massage shop very close by. Nice breakfast buffet with lots of choices. But, a few points to consider also: The hotel location is not exactly near to the BTS station. It’s a 10 minutes walk on the street with no shade. Not suitable for certain people. As the road outside the hotel is a one way street, I think that’s why the hotel cannot provide shuttle to and from the BTS station. But if you plan to call grab or bolt to commute, then is ok. The room we stayed had a strange musky smell, we suspect it was from the aircon when the temperature was set to a higher temperature. It was ok when the temperature was set a bit lower (23+/-), but then the room was cold and as other people mentioned, the aircon blowing around the pillow area. They arranged inter-connecting rooms for us which we appreciated. Staffs are all very nice and efficient.

The hotel is very nice and located in a stunning area of Bangkok. The bed was huge and the room was arranged in a comfortable and pleasant way. Unfortunately, the shower room and toilet were not clean enough upon entering. Even when I told different people at the reception , there was no change. The staff was actually helpful, but they were not interested in this matter.

가성비가 좋지 않습니다. 일박에 25만원(조식포함) 선인데, 절대 그 값어치는 아닙니다. 차라리 예산을 올려 같은 지역내 신돈마라이로 갔어야 했다며 계속 후회했습니다. 청결상태가 좋지 못합니다. 너무나요 화장실은 타일 줄에 곰팡이가 득실하구요. 체크인했을때 바닥 먼지, 머리카락이 너무 많아 놀라울 정도였습니다. 수영장 컨디션이 유일하게 좋았습니다.

IHG prides itself in highest standards of cleanliness but Sindhorn Midtown turned out to be a disappointment. We initially booked a studio room and got assigned to one in building B. We found a pair of shoes left behind by a previous guest in the shoe cabinet, nose snot on the wallpaper, and later that night the water heater in our room broke down halfway through my shower. We were then transferred to a standard room in the main building. Much better but I still find a thick layer of dust collecting behind the bedside speaker and a temporary fix for hairdryer plug, disturbing. The staff were nice but we felt they fall short in terms of the training and the way they handle complaints. I also notice a contrast between the public area vs. the room. Things look nice and well kept at public areas. It’s a disappointing experience for a 5-star, we expected more than this.

We loved having a kitchenette to enjoy fresh fruits from the market. In a hot country, you need to wash your clothes frequently, so having a washer in our unit saved time and hassle. It’s an easy 8 minute walk to two BTS stations. A 7-11 convenience store is downstairs. The bed is similar to our North American style (softer than Asian style), so we didn’t have any back pains at all. The breakfast buffet included a wide ethnic variety. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Security personnel is stationed at the front entrance so we always felt safe, our Grab taxis were efficient, everything was hassle free. It was perfect for us - highly recommended.

I stayed at this beautiful hotel more than once before and it’s always been an amazing experience. This last time was just a little confusing. They booked me in a different building and I had to go to the main building to access gym and pool which made it inconvenient. I didn’t like that very much. The room at this sister building are amazing and clean so the only issue is that I wasn’t aware I was being booked at this building and I had go through so much to access amenities which was the main reason why I decided to book this hotel to begin with.

We stayed in a King Bed studio. Was well equipped with a microwave to heat up our Thai street food. Clean and comfortable. About 10 mins walk to Chid Lom station. Our air conditioning was very noisy but the staff fixed it for us promptly. Perhaps only lacking a coffee capsule machine 😊

Everything was really good except the flashing of the two fire detectors at night. I sleep light and the flashing was very disturbing so I was forced to buy a sleeping mask. There should be rules for behavior in the pool. Lots of screaming and splashing from adults (!) is disturbing. Otherwise we really liked our stay. The breakfast was outstanding!!!

staff were largely unfriendly. they would greet certain guests and not others, verified this independently. they also are not truthful regarding room availability. should have spent a little more for a real 5 start hotel and not a vignette. lights in the room flickered, noisy construction going on. service at rooftop bar was inattentive and slow. no efforts were maid to accommodate the inconveniences.

Room was cleanly maintained and facilities were not run down. The housekeeper Poodam was really sweet to make us the elephant and dog shaped towels and put them on our bed! This was for my birthday trip and they sent a red velvet cake to our room on my birthday, very sweet gesture. Will come back!

My husband stay 5 days at Sindhorn Midtown and had the best experience. The hotel was walking distance to Centralworld and the Embassy. It's location is pretty close to most popular tourist attractions with tons of food options walking distance near by. The pool was top notch but it can a little busy in the afternoon but you can usually find a bed. There was also a 7/11 outside the hotel for any necessities that weren't available at the hotel. Overall very happy with our stay! Looking forward to staying here again in the near future!!

Location was terrible. The only way to get to the hotel is from the busiest road in the city due to the one street the hotel is located. Trip from airport to hotel took 3 hours on a weeknight during 5-8pm. The other frustrating thing is all the sockets in the room are UK plug but the hair dryer is European plug. You’d think you get this simple thing right. It wouldn’t fit not matter how I tried.

Opholdet på Sindhorn er altid rigtig godt. God beliggendhed, fantastisk staff og god service hele vejen rundt. Det eneste der trækker det ned er at man skal vente i kø for at spise morgenmad, da der simpelthen er for mange gæster ift. hvad de har af pladser i deres restaurant, så vi måtte tage andre steder hen for at spise om morgenen.

Very nice room - we got an upgrade to a suite. Staff exceptionally attentive. Huge variety and quality breakfast encompassing a variety of cuisines - Thai, American, Chinese, halal, etc. food was superb for both dinner and breakfast. Extremely comfortable bed.
