Great location and very convenient. Only drawback is there are only 2 lifts servicing many floors of the building and the hotel and you need to patient and wait for lift. Sometimes it can take more than 5 minutes as the lifts are packed.

Perfect location for anyone coming to visit Taipei. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly keeping in touch with the airport for me in regard to my lost luggage. I only had a few points that could be improved. The shower area is not cleaned whilst staying in the room. This led to a build up of slime/algae, and the drain started to smell. The washing and dryers are a good facility to have, however the washing machines do not drain/spin the clothes very well and the dryers take ages to dry. Note that dryer 2 does not work properly. The staff request you remain with your washing whilst it’s cleaning, however the whole process takes around 4 hours for the clothes to wash and fully dry. The door threshold has a big gap (about 1 inch) at the bottom, a slight concern for privacy, noise and light coming through. Again, I just want to highlight how lovey the staff were, especially in letting us check in early! Just a few points that are more for management.

The location is great as it is just opposite Taipei Main Station. IT is alos centrally located within walking distance of shops and convenience stores. Staff are helpful and responsive. The only major drawback is the hotel has only 2 lifts servicing the 21 floors and you potentially could end up waiting for quite awhile for lifts going up or down. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there were several occasions where the lifts were full and we had to wait for a long time.

However, the experience with the staff there could leave more to be desired - they weren't friendly, often curt. The cleaning staff were more helpful and kinder than those at reception. The rooms also had very thin walls - you could hear laughing, talking, stomping or things dropping on the floors throughout the day and night, so long as your neighbours were in the room. Taking the lift up to your rooms was quite a chore, as the hotel was part of a larger building which housed other offices, hotels etc. -- waiting for the lift just to go to your specific level could often take quite a few rounds. The rooms were pretty pleasant and well-equipped, room maintenance and cleanliness was also done well. It was also sufficiently spacious to fit 3 pax + luggages. The hotel provided free laundry and dryers, where you only had to pay for the detergent -- but the 3 dryers were pretty much useless - small, not the industrial type, so it couldn't dry clothes, only socks and small items. In the end, we had to walk to the nearest laundromat 10 mins away just to get our clothes dry. So we hope the hotel can consider changing their dryers to better ones. Overall, the stay was just average - we would choose somewhere else next time.

타이페이 역에서 가깝고 주변에 맛집이 많아 위치가 메우 좋습니다. 소음이 있다는 평이 있었는데 조용한 퍈이었구요. 청소도 깔끔하게 잘 해주셔서 편하게 지내다 왔습니다. 차를 렌트할 경우 호텔에 무료 주차는 없지만 같은 건물 지하 주차장을 1일 400NT에 이용할 수 았어서 편리합니다.

立地や部屋の設備は言うことないが、エレベーターがなかなか来なくて、来たと思ったら満員で乗れない。再度待っていると台車を乗せた従業員がエレベーターを使用していてまた待つことになった。 三階なら階段で行こうとしたが、階段は使用できす。エレベーターの遅さだけが難点だった。

洗濯機の脱水に不具合。そのせいで洗濯物がビチャビチャで乾燥機にかけても乾かない。フロントには言ったので修理してくれるといいな。その他は良かった。

3回目の利用になります。 立地や料金を考えると充分満足です。 ただエレベーターになかなか乗れない。特に下りは上階から利用するお客さんで満員。 時間帯によっては階段を利用する方が早いです。

The location is great, and the room is clean, except for the carpet, which has several stains. The bathroom is nice, but not allow to flush the toilet paper (normal in Taiwan). However, I really love the Japanese automatic toilet seat.

清潔で快適でした。

Stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The room totally wasn't up to expectation for the price I paid for. Mosquito bites from first night to last night. Toilet have weird smell, carpet is very dirty, room is dusty, cigarettes smell when we open up the room door every day we are back. The waiting time for the lift in the morning is super long. Staff was still ok but the first day shock us as issued us wrong room.

Carpet is a bit dirty.

立地がよく移動の際に便利でした 1階にコンビニもあるのでちょっとした買い物にも便利です。 フロント向かいのロビー？に電子レンジもありましたし、無料の乾燥機も雨で濡れた服を乾かすのに助かりました。 フロントの方の対応も問題なく、ペーパーも流せる水洗トイレがあり、シャワーもお湯の出がよく文句のつけどころはありません。 唯一気になるところは、シャワーをかけるところが高めだったので、角度や高さを変えられるとより良かったかなと。でも問題なく使えるのであくまで何か気になる点を挙げるなら…というところ。 もしまた機会があれば予約したいです！

台北駅の目の前にあり、立地は最高です。朝食は近くにテイクアウトできる店が多数あるので、連泊される方は色々な店の味を楽しめます。 部屋は口コミサイトを見て少し心配していましたが、予想外に綺麗で、連泊の掃除はかなり行き届いていました。お茶のティーパック、コーヒー、水のペットボトル等は毎日人数分補充してくれました。 シャンプー、ボディーソープ、ハンドソープは備え付けのものがあります。ドライヤーもあり。それ以外のアメニティはないので事前に用意されると良いかと思います（近くにドラッグストアーあります） 使い捨てのスリッパも毎日補充してくれました。 トイレは紙を流せますし、ウォッシュレットもついています。

とにかく立地は最高です。でも清掃が、、、。台北駅の目の前にあるので、初台湾の人にもわかりやすいと思います。ホテルのフロントは5階にあるという事は事前に知り得ていたので、戸惑う事はなかったです。フロントのスタッフは人によって、冷たい雰囲気だったり、親切な感じだったりと印象が違うと思います。予約をするのが遅かったので窓のある部屋は取れませんでした。最初に部屋に入った瞬間変な匂いがしました。調べてみると、シャワーブースからでした。フロントに、『何とかできませんか？』と聞いたら、すぐに別の部屋に変えてもらえました。次の部屋は匂いをしませんでしたが、やはりシャワーブースの清掃が甘く、タイルの隅っこやサッシのレール部分などに、カビやぬめりが付着していて清掃がイマイチでした。洗濯機と乾燥機は無料で使えますが、液体洗剤は有料でした。隣の部屋の音や廊下からの音が伝わってきましたが、それ以上にシャワーブースの汚れが気になり、音関連はさほど気になりませんでした。同じホテルにまた泊まるかどうかわかりませんが、とにかく立地が最高でした。

Pros: -location is excellent next to Taipei Main Stn which has lots of food stall and shops Cons: The room floor is made of wooden plank and creates loud creaking sound when you walk around the room. Room is not sound proof and you can hear the noise from next room as well as corridor noise.

방음이 진짜 지나칠 정도로 별로입니다. 옆방의 대화 내용까지 알 수 있을 정도이고 바닥과 벽이 합판인지 모르겠어요. 바닥은 걸을 때마다 침대까지 울렁임이 느껴져요. 위치 좋은 것, 4인 가족이 침대 1개씩 4개인 방이라는 점은 좋지만 일단 방음 때문에 다시 오지는 않을 생각입니다. 부모님과 함께 여행했는데 너무 죄송했어요.

Didn't like how hard the bed was. Was uncomfortable to sleep in. There was only 2 pillows and when I requested for 2 additional pillows, I was told by the concierge that there was a "pillow shortage" in the hotel and only 1 is free. An additional 1 would cost me 300 TWD. I have never experienced that in a hotel before. Especially when reporting how uncomfortable my sleep had been. So that was a red flag for me. It was only convenient because of the prices and that it was near the subway and Ximending area. An OK hotel in an amazing area. There were no instructions on how to use the ac so having to call down just to figure that out was troublesome as it wasnt something you could troubleshoot on your own. You literally had to point to the ceiling to adjust the temperature. Housekeeping was the best part of our experience there. Polite, thoughtful and very courteous.

It's a very popular hotel due to its location and low prices, attracting lots of young tourist. As a result, it's very noisy. There's basically no sound proof. I could hear excited neighbors chat and laugh loudly after midnight, prompting a call to the front desk. Other nights, I could hear a couple having sex, although it was quite short.. LOL

Most uncomfortable beds. In this days and age when you can buy a bed in a box and be so comfortable it’s inexcusable to have mattresses like bricks. The property did accommodate us with an extra blanket to sleep on top of us but the damage is done my back is messed up. I am not someone with back problems at all. We even asked to upgrade to a more expensive room for a better bed but they said they were all the same. Not worth the bargain deal at all. The staff was nice. Location was very convenient.

My wife and I stayed for 7 nights at the hotel. The waiting time when check-in at about noon time was a bit long and people were queueing up whereas there was only one hotel staff at the check-in counter. We were told to use the auto-checkin machine, but found out that that machine would not start working until 1700. Thus, we had no choice but to continue joining the queue and wait for our turn to chec-in. Apart from the hiccup at the checkin counter, everything turned out right thereafter. We had a pleasant and satisfying experience staying at your hotel.

台北駅から近くて便利ですがスタッフの対応が良くなかったです。セーフティBOXのトラブルでフロントに電話をしましたが、すぐ行くとの返事から待てども誰も来ず2回督促の電話をして30分後にやっとスタッフ到着。ロック解除の方法を聞きましたが面倒くさいからか自分で0000に再設定して「これで使え」と指示。こっちが番号を再設定しようとすると手で遮っできました。ちょっとホスピタリティにかけてるなぁと。

チェックインカウンターで着いたら、スタッフ3人もいたのに、声かけても5分以上対応してくれなかった。それなのに、後に来た人を先にチェックインしてあげました。また、態度が不愛想でした。

初めて宿泊しましたが、フロント対応親切、部屋にウォシュレットあり、台北地下街からエレベーター直結と非常に満足でした。チェックアウトしてからの荷物預かりにも丁寧に対応して頂き満足です多謝。

チェックインにかかる時間が長すぎます。(20分) ツインをお願いしていたのに、最初はシングル2部屋の用意が出来たと言い、、、予約状況がどうなっているのか不思議に思いました。

Clean room, excellent service

チェックイン5時間以上前の入室。 混雑するメインエレベーターから、裏側のエレベーター位置の案内等親切丁寧でした。 駅から近く、まわりにローカル店が沢山有ります。 特に台湾おにぎりの店劉家飯糰は、最高でした。

Staffs are really kind

Room was clean and nice. Only thing was toilet was noisy and there was this step to the toilet near the door which we nearly tripped over several times. Location is good, directly connected to Taipei main station at level B3 at the back lifts, something which the staff never shared with us when we asked for directions, even when it was raining heavily outside. Reception is "cold", impatient and not willing to help, directions they gave us were hazy. One staff even remarked I should google myself instead. Like I would understand the map and identify my orientation when the hotel is not marked on the map by google.

I have stayed here twice now and will again whenever in Taipei. It’s a super convenient location with an entrance to Taipei Main station right in front of the building. The building also connects directly to the metro mall during daytime. The rooms are spacious and clean, and tv had all the channels including HBO and movie and news channels in English. There are laundry facilities which are free of charge and the only reason I don’t give all 5 stars is the dryers were pretty weak, taking a couple hours to get almost dry. The staff was very accommodating, They were able to check me in 3 1/2 hours early which was an unexpected blessing on a sweltering hot day. There’s a Louisa Coffee on the first floor and a Family Mart as well. Dozens of dining options nearby including street food outside the rear entrance. I didn’t drive but there is a parking garage in the basement too.

Clean room, all of amenities are ok. The hotel near the MRT station is so convenient. Family mart at first floor somewhat old. The room have no window but it’s ok. I don’t know they have any laundry or not. Only have 2 elevators so they’re take some minutes to get down in prime time (check in, check out time)

Location extremely good, however no other good points. Room is smaller than expected, though enough space to open suitcases, but not much space to move. Only one chair which also blocked the way to closet. Toilet easily got stuck, none toiletry. Lift were already full at upper floors in the morning hours. Hair dryer is noisy but low heat wave, ladies with long hair should bring their own hair dryers. No hotel signage outside the bldg or in the lobby, need to ask the watchman to learn which floor the hotel located. Staff were helpful when needed.

The location is very convenient as it is across the street from the Taipei Main Station. From Taipei Main Station exiting through Zhongxiao W. Rd exit and you will see the Asia Plaza Building on the other side of the street. The hotel is in this building and the reception is on the 5th floor. You can leave the luggage at the lobbies if arriving early or leaving for a few days and coming back to stay. One discomfort is the air conditioning is a bit too cold and the temperature can’t be adjusted. Overall, I am satisfied with the stay. It would be perfect if the AC temperature was up a bit.

Helpful info on how to get to this hotel from Taipei main station: find a map and navigate to exit Z2. This will bring you up right in front of the building. Go to the front desk, they have a list sitting there that gives the floor number for hotel check in (5F) and which elevators to take (not all elevators go to all floors). If your room is near the back of the building, the back elevators are your best bet as they are rarely busy. As for this hotel, my room was clean and the bed comfortable. There was nothing fancy about it, which was fine. I wanted affordable and convenient, which it achieved. Being so close to the Taipei Main Station was excellent not only for public transportation and the express airport train, but also because many of the day trip tours meet at a main station exit. There are a lot of rooms packed together, so people were coming and going at all hours of the night. If you are a very light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Excellent location only a block away from the Taipei main train and the MRT stations. With many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Super convenient! Room has been renovated and updated. Front desk is on the 5th. floor of the building and theres no signage or address on the outside which makes it very very hard to find, even with the google map. Reasonable rate and comfortable bed. We enjoy our stayed. Highly recommend.

駅から近くて旅の起点にはいいと思います

先ず交通の便が最高！台北駅の向かい側に面しているホテル。MRTを利用してどこへでも行ける。朝食は近所のフードスタンドがいくつもあり、またコンビニも至る所にある。レストランも近隣に密集しているので、食事も問題なし。治安も良い。バストイレが共同スペース（これは東南アジアのホテル共通）だが、引き戸がついている為水しぶきが飛び散らない。これは大変ありがたい。check in の時は日本語が話せるスタッフが対応。これも良い点。私の定宿とします。

Pros: The hotel has a great location, with easy access to stations and plenty of dining options nearby. The room is clean, spacious, and offers enough space to open your suitcase comfortably without having to step over things. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free. The male staff at the front desk was incredibly helpful, providing great tips on using the back lifts, which were much faster than the main lift that took forever. Cons: The room isn’t very soundproof. I could hear the alarm from the next room going off in the morning, as well as the TV and people laughing across the hall at night. If you’re hoping for a peaceful night’s sleep, you’ll need to be lucky with your neighbour’s and hope they keep the noise level down.

The city view room was exactly as pictured, spacious and comfortable. Not sure I would enjoy one of the windowless rooms so much. Our room was ready when we arrived, but 5pm check in time seems quite late. No breakfast on site and we didn't find any good options nearby.

台北駅と地下で繋がっていて、アクセスは最高。 食事も、周りにいいお店がたくさんあるので素泊まりでも困りません。 部屋は広いとは言えないけれど、場所と価格を考えたら十分です。 ただ、備え付けのシャンプーはおすすめできないので、シャンプーとコンディショニングは持参した方がいいと思います。

Hotel is very close to the network of transport options like the metro, high speed rail and train. Also within walkable distance to the Ning Xia night market. So its location is its strongest point. Staff is ok but don't expect warm cheery service. They will assist with requests. Easier if you can speak Mandarin but well it cuts it. We stayed here twice in 2 separate duration within the same week and they allowed us to keep one piece of luggage while we went out of Taipei to Tainan and Taichung. Luggage was left just outside the check-in counter in full view of guests but well it's still alright. Our first room was rather small and squeezy but the 2nd time we booked a superior double bed and was bigger. Hotel has free-to-use 3 self service washers and dryers which can be quite well used but still accessible if you wash laundry later in the night after dinner. Bring your own detergent if you don't want to pay. Overall satisfactory but not v cheap.

とにかく立地が最高でした！ 台北駅にホテルのエレベーターから地下3階に下りれば外に出ずに直接行けます！ 雨でも傘を使うことなく地下街や買い物にも行けるので助かります。 またコンビニもビルの1階にあるし、隣は新光三越なのでフードコートもすぐです。 ホテルのはいっているビル後ろの出口からでれば、ローカルフードもたくさん売ってます。
