11~3시는 캡슐 및 라커층 사용이 안되어 조금 불편하지만 그거 빼고는 다 너무 좋았습니다~! 시설도 깨끗하고 샤워시설도 다 분리되어 있어 쾌적했습니다! 도쿄돔 도보 5분거리라 공연 보는 분들 추천합니다~~~

Ok location, nice new modern capsule, so no hot baths. Great lounge work space on level 6. Cafe at ground floor might not suite your hours. Women and men have separate capsules, and gendered elevators 😀

Very clean for the most part (there was an incident where someone vomited the night before all over a toilet and it wasn't cleaned up for over 24h) Staff are very nice. You are free to be completely independent (you don't really need to interact with anyone in order for things to get done - which is saying a lot considering some of the hotels in Japan) Extremely Quiet. Everyone is respectful of the rules of sound. The pods aren't anything to write home about but were still satisfactory. While most the people here are just there to study or do work things, every now and then you will bump into a foreigner who is absolutely down to socialize and go out for a night of drinking. I met one of the coolest people here while hanging out in the lounge area/bumping into them in the elevator. Overall it's pretty great. The only real major down side is the shut down period between 11:00-15:00. Makes recovering from hangovers a brutal nightmare lmao.

I like how spacious the capsules and how quiet it is. My only issue is that the storage for belongings is on another floor and the storage might not fit bigger luggage so please keep it mind. The place is well maintained. Sleeping wise, its quiet but the pillow is really hard. I wish there was an option for a softer pillow. Overall, great place for 1 night of overnight stay. Not recommended for longer stays.

Very simple, its what you can expect. I would definitely use capsule hotels again. Checkout at 11 everyday for cleaning which is fine unless you want to be in your hotel for much time.

東京ドームにライブに行くため宿泊しました。 徒歩圏内にコンビニもありますし、駅も近いので立地がとても良いです。 ウォーターサーバー(水とお湯)があれば、尚更良かったです。 また宿泊したいです。

Check-in was a challenge since the reception staff speak very limited English. This meant there was the shuffling and reading of many laminated instruction notices. It became difficult to ask for advice about things in the locality or transport. There was a single elevator for at least 8 floors, meaning long waits. The lounge was simply fixed wooden tables and benches. There were no drinking water or cooking facilities, including no microwave or hot water. The only addition the lounge had to tables and benches was power outlets. I asked for boiling water to add to a dry noodle dish and I was advised to go to Family Mart, they answered so quickly it seemed like a pre-agreed arrangement. Although Family Mart helped me were not best pleased with the redirection to them. This is despite a co-located coffee shop where the hotel serves breakfast. It turns out the coffee shop would prefer hotel guests not to buy from them. The capsules had very thin mattresses which were not very comfortable and the pillow was made with small, hard beans, making this also somewhat uncomfortable. The light within the bedroom area stays on all night and this certainly manages to penetrate the capsule. There was no light switch to turn this off and staff were unable to do so either. The lockers and shower facilities are on a different level. The lockers are very narrow and I doubt can fit many suitcases. I struggled to fit my backpack. There was no where to lie my bag down to open and use it day to day

First time i stayed in a japanese capsule hostel! Such a fun experience! Very clean place and efficiently operated. Many conveniences provided free like slippers, towels, lounge wear, and bathroom items. Men's and women's areas are separated. My favorite part is the 6th floor common area with excellent view!

Since I had already used the Nine Hours chain capsule hotels in other areas, I trusted the brand and made a reservation. However, at the Tokyo Suidobashi branch, I found the response of an Indian-origin Black female staff member rather unpleasant. She was not particularly good at either Japanese intonation or English, yet she treated Japanese and foreign guests carelessly and dismissively, which was truly absurd. Considering she came to Japan to make a living, her behavior was so inappropriate that I carefully observed her for eight days. At first glance, the capsules appear clean, as they seem to be cleaned daily, but in reality, the floor around the toilets is dirty, and sometimes the toilets are locked and unavailable. These basic aspects seem poorly managed compared to the number of guests. Also, during a long stay—especially in summer—it’s natural to have laundry, but since there are no laundry facilities in the hotel, guests must walk about 10 minutes to an outside laundromat, which is inconvenient. Another sensitive issue is that they record and monitor guests while sleeping, which is uncomfortable. This is made compulsory at check-in, and they also collect excessive personal information such as height, weight, and email address, which feels strange. On weekdays, the sleep measurement results are sent the next day, but the information often does not match the actual sleep time and i

ロッカーやお風呂、洗面台に髪の毛が散乱していて気になりました。ベッドやお手洗いは清潔で大変満足です。

Quite new building and facilities. Nice view at shared space in 6F, comfortable capsule bed, friendly staffs and reasonable space design and price. Good security.

The floors and shower have hair, especially in the women’s dorm. All toilet stalls except one were closed, and two showers were closed. Even with all showers open, not enough showers or toilets to accommodate everyone. Staff forgot to give us amenities two days out of four. Construction noises and extremely loud snoring. Just avoid.

The pod itself wss dirty and has hair in it... And expensive for what it is...

カプセルですが清潔でした。 しかし、自分の周りの方が発生させた騒音かわかりませんが、寝ているときに周期的な電動機(モータ)音が出ており、気になった。飲食店も近く、便利

The capsule room echoed. A lot. I could hear every noise anyone made, and it was hard to sleep — even with earplugs and headphones on with white noise playing.

Hard mattress and pillow, otherwise clean and ok space in the capsule.

Really loud at night. Other guests are extremely inconsiderate, loudly moving their belongings and walking as if to make as much sound as possible, all past midnight. It does not help that the capsules echo noise. It would be wise to have more soundproof (fuzzier, sound absorbing) coating in the capsules. My ped was near the AC vent which was extremely dusty/moldy. I would not be surprised if that is why my nose was so runny only when I was in the room. Otherwise the capsule was spatious and soft enough to sleep in.

駅からすぐそばで新しくて綺麗です。いびきがうるさくて寝れなかったのですが、言ったらすぐにベッドを変えてくれました。ロッカーが大きく、大きめのスーツケースでも丸ごと入ります。これはすごく助かりました。

スタッフの方はとても丁寧で、施設もとても綺麗でした。

スタッフの対応が雑な様に感じた。 【チェックイン時】沢山の人が押し寄せていたこともあったとは思うが、感情がなく冷たい印象であった（男性のスタッフ）。バックヤードでの会話も筒抜け（男性と女性のスタッフ）。せめて見えないところでやって欲しい。 【チェックアウト時】パソコンを見て作業をされていて「チェックアウトをお願いします」と言うと、目線も合わさず「こっちです」と見りゃわかるでしょ的な言い方をされた（若い女性のスタッフ） 忙しいのも分かるが、ひとつひとつを大事に接客していただきたい。

The lounge was simply fixed wooden tables and benches. There were no drinking water or cooking facilities, including no microwave or hot water. The only addition the lounge had to tables and benches was power outlets. I asked for boiling water to add to a dry noodle dish and I was advised to go to Family Mart, they answered so quickly it seemed like a pre-agreed arrangement. Although Family Mart helped me were not best pleased with the redirection to them. This is despite a co-located coffee shop where the hotel serves breakfast. It turns out the coffee shop would prefer hotel guests not to buy from them. The capsules had very thin mattresses which were not very comfortable and the pillow was made with small, hard beans, making this also somewhat uncomfortable. The light within the bedroom area stays on all night and this certainly manages to penetrate the capsule. There was no light switch to turn this off and staff were unable to do so either. The lockers and shower facilities are on a different level. The lockers are very narrow and I doubt can fit many suitcases. I struggled to fit my backpack. フロントスタッフの対応がとてもよかったです。到着時刻が遅くなりましたが、しっかり対応してもらうことができました。

施設内カプセル内綺麗で、スタッフの方も落ち着いた感じで丁寧に対応していただき大変気持ち良く宿泊できました。

スマホのチェックイン　チェックアウトでスムーズですが、膝が悪くかなり前から下段をリクエストしても反映されずデジタルのマイナス面が見えました。フロントスタッフも挨拶くらいはあっても良いのではと思います

交通の弁がよく、施設は綺麗です。

It’s nice to stay for a night or two, convenience store just downstairs and train station is two minutes walk away.

チェックインの時に予約できているかの確認に時間がかかった。水道橋ですか？など。スマホの提示でどうにか確認した。 駅ちかの為、電車の音、キャビネットのギシギシ揺れ？が気になって耳栓を使った！自動販売機は中に欲しい。

駅近で便利であるにも拘らず、安価であった。 また、施設内も清潔良かった。

I stayed at a women’s only 9h prior, and this co-ed one was definitely more lively and overall inviting. A train passes by right outside so you can hear it until it stops around midnight/restarts around 4am but I found it soothing. Nothing in the area other than Tokyo Dome though, and the Suidobashi station (closest station) started each of my days with an upwards stair climb. The lounge floor (6th) was very beautiful with an almost full 360 view, )you can even see part of the Tokyo Dome) cozy at night and respectful guests all around.

Second time for stay and it is my go to hotel when I go visit Korakuen Hall. It is perfect distance from Korakuen Hall or Tokyo Dome, it's like 5min walk. Stores and restaurants are all around as well. There is no complaining for solo traveler like me. Just in and out, it's that simple!

Great location with transport links. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

ロッカーが客室と別の階にあるのが不便だと思います。荷物整理をロッカーのところでするのは邪魔になるし、詳しい説明をされなかったので最初困りました。 遅い時間に帰ったら音を気にして何もできなかったです。 朝食込みで申し込んだので8時くらいに下に行くも、何か行き違いがあったらしく日曜日は9時からしか空いてないと言われキャンセルしてもらいました。

併設のカフェが良かった

6Fの共用スペースがホームページ通りで大変良い。朝食は付属施設でのおしゃれなカフェだった。

施設が綺麗なのがいい。 無駄がないミニマルな雰囲気。 一階にカフェもあるため、連泊時の朝食の確保が楽。

For a capsule accommodation in Tokyo, this branch of 9h is very busy but it still able to maintain orderliness and cleanliness. I had a great 1 night stay with special thanks to Issam(?) who spoke very good English and enjoyed a friendly conversation during his night shift. The cabins can be full at times but no issue with maintaining peace and quiet in lockers and sleeping area. The loung area looks very nice but keep in mind it is not tinted so at night people outside can see you like fishes in an aquarium. Not really an issue. There is a coffee shop at the ground floor. I reduce 1 star from perfection just because they don't have a drinking water fountain or much amenities inside. Also one of the men's toilets was unusable out of 3 available but didn't see much issue of having to wait. I look forward to coming back someday. I recommend here if you're trying to stick to a budget and traveling solo or with a few friends. Just bring eye mask and ear plugs.

一階にREC Coffeeがあるのが便利でいいです！ ６階はなんだか素晴らしい空間で、ずっと痛かったです！ 少し冷房が強めでした

東京ドームのコンサートに参加のため予約しました。歩いて行ける距離で大変楽でした。スタイリッシュなホテルで テレビが施設にないのと、インスタントラーメンを食べるためのお湯がない以外は快適です。 コンサートの時はまた利用したいです。
