良かった点・何といっても展望風呂から見える富士山・比較的同じクラスのホテルに比べて安い・チェックアウトが11時と遅めで助かる・駅前の立地の良さ気になった点・サウナ・水風呂と施設があれば、外気スペースが欲しい・サウナの温度が低め・浴場の床がツルツルな所がある。今敷いている滑り止めのマットを敷き詰めても良いかも・湯上がり場に置いてあるドリンクサービスが時間で無くなっていた…できればずっと置いて欲しい。

些末なところで、いくつか気になった。・部屋の冷蔵庫がまるで冷えない。・空調の風出るところ、埃が溜まっていた。・浴場のロッカーの扉の建付け悪く、鍵回らない。・共用トイレが２階と13階にしかない。・朝食ビュッフェのコスパが良くない。・朝食時間帯、エレベータが各階留まりとなるうえ　すぐに定員になるため途中階から乗ることが困難しかし、総合的には満足。滞在中にコロナを発症してしまい、迷惑をかけてしまったかもしれない。

For Japanese hotels, it's below standard. The bathroom is super small. While sitting in the toilet I cant move my legs. My legs hitting the bathroom door and I am a small person. I would ask Expedia to refund my payment. Terrible condition. Not happy at all.

Not as good as other hotels of the same chain. It is however conveniently located next to the main terminal for the bullet train. The rooms have nice big windows, but the view makes them unnecessary. It might be nice on the side where Mt. Fuji is, but not the other side and the black out curtains are not the best.

Large clean room. Great view of Mt. Fuji and a lot of things within walking distance. Also very nice of them even after you checkout that they will hold onto your luggage. If you are going to hike Mt. Fuji the bus stop is right out front. Such a pleasant experience.

Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I liked it so much, i tried to extend my stay for another day, but was sold out. The hotel staff was able to extend my stay anyway. Excellent service! The hotel rooms are clean and well styled. Quiet, despite being next to a train station. I dont really hear the trains much. The rooms might be sound proofed? The highlight of the room I stayed in was the mountain view of Fujisan. Because I enjoyed a 2 day stay, I was able to get the evening view and the morning view of Fujisan. Would definitely stay at again when I am in the area again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! It was raining when we arrived and we were able to check in early. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and a decent size. The breakfast was excellent. Best of all were the indoor and outdoor onsens, with views of Mt. Fuji.Its located next to the train station and lots of dining options. I highly recommend this hotel.

Really like that the hotel is conveniently located near Mishima Station and bus terminal. There are great dining places nearby. Hotel staff are courteous and ever ready to greet the guests. Thumbs up on customer service and detail! Love the individual bottles of skincare and body wash given daily,, Even the free bottles of mineral water given daily are uniquely different from other hotels. My only gripe is that the escalators to the south exit of Mishima Station weren't working during our stay and we struggled to carry our heavy luggage up 2 flight of stairs. Other than that, Fujisan Mishima Tokyu Hotel s an excellent hotel.

Overall this hotel was a great experience. The open air onsen was the star of the show. The view of mount fuiji was breathtaking! The one downside to this hotel was that there’s not a ton to do immediately surrounding the hotel, however it is literally right next to the station making travel convenient and easy.
