The staff was the best and most welcoming I have ever encountered. The rooms are very beautifully renovated and very clean. The atmosphere is very peaceful and this won't be the last time we visit this place!

It's a pity that I came on a business trip. It would be nice to come with lovers, but I couldn't eat breakfast because I didn't have time, but it smelled nice. Go. youdon't regret it. But there's no place to eat around. You have to take a car and move. Buy it and eat it in a nice atmosphere.

Wir übernachteten während der Bayreuther Festspiele eine Woche im Schlosshotel Betzenstein und waren in jeder Hinsicht absolut zufrieden. Sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit außerordentlich freundlichem Personal. Sehr ruhige Lage am Rande des Städtchens mit Blick ins Grüne. 30 Autominuten vom Festspielhaus entfernt war es für uns die perfekte Alternative zu den überteuerten Hotels in Bayreuth. Gerne wieder. Das Frühstück haben wir ausgelassen und können es nicht beurteilen. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage, was aber trotz heißen Sommerwetters kein Problem war. Die dicken Schlossmauern halten das Gebäude kühl.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Super Zimmer. Leckeres Abendessen und Frühstück. Sehr freundliches Personal. Alles perfekt für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Auch unser Vierbeiner fühlte sich wohl und willkommen.
