Anreise nach 22 Uhr. Parkhaus geschlossen und Zugang nur mit Zimmercode. Den gab es per Email. Den gibt es aber erst nach Check-in. Rezeption schon ab 21 Uhr geschlossen und telefonisch nicht zu erreichen. Also Auto irgendwo illegal hinstellen und am Terminal einchecken. Wozu buche ich online wenn ich dann alle Daten wieder eingeben muss. Warum bekomme ich keinen Code fürs Parkhaus per Email? Die Bezahlung 9 Eur/Nacht erfolgt eh am kassenautmat. Heizung über Klimagerät. Frühstücken hätte ich besser bei einer der Bäckereien in der Umgebung sollen. Bzw im Gebäude ist ja in der obersten Etage über einem Einkaufszentrum (mein Zimmer lag nach innen). Lage bestimmt gut. ich war aber nur auf der Durchreise.

Ein super zentrales Hotel. Leider sorgte das Bett mit den wirklich niedrigster Qualität der Kissen und Bettdecke zu einem schlechten Schlaf. Leider war überall Staub, so dass sogar der Teppichboden kaum staubgesaugt war. Solch ein Staubschicht auf dem Teppichboden ist einfach no go! Also kein geeigneter Unterkunft für Allergiker. Sehr schade...

Von unserer Unterkunft war die Oberstadt fußläufig schnell zu erreichen. Ebenfalls gibt es um die Ecke eine direkte Buslinie zum Bahnhof. Die Erreichbarkeit ohne mit dem Auto anzureisen ist prima. Unser Zweibettzimmer war schön eingerichtet mit zwei frei stehenden Betten. Es war mit geöffnetem Fenster trotzdem sehr ruhig und wir konnten sehr gut schlafen. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Der check-in am Automaten hatte nicht funktioniert und es wurde nochmal eine Übernachtungsgebühr gefordert obwohl ich vorab gezahlt hatte. Zum Glück war die Rezeption offen und ich konnte normal einchecken. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung.

Heizung über Klimagerät. Frühstücken hätte ich besser bei einer der Bäckereien in der Umgebung sollen. Bzw im Gebäude ist ja in der obersten Etage über einem Einkaufszentrum (mein Zimmer lag nach innen). Lage bestimmt gut. ich war aber nur auf der Durchreise.

The only reason this does not get a max score is the 130 steps up from reception and the lift not working. The rooms are on the topfloor of a multi story, great idea, a nice small room, nice and clean, great view and brilliant blackout blinds, breakfast was fine, and the location is really central, well worth the money

The front desk clerk was polite and helpful. The view of Marburg Castle from our room was incredible! Unfortunately that was the only positive part of our stay. The room was tiny, the carpets were stained and gross and the cleaner knocked on our door before check out time when the “do not disturb” sign was on the door. The location is close to the old town, restaurants and shopping but I would not stay here again.
