No reception area and no direct contact with hotel employees for help. We stayed on the hot warning days and they didnt provide portable fans to help with this situation. Also, there we too much noisy and smoking people at late night. No control and security. The restaurant provide ice cubes and charge 5 euros, because is not their business We don’t recommend this hotel. We will file a claim.

Large condo worked well for three adults. Terrific breakfast and lovely staff! Great location -walking distance to Hameln’s old town .

The hotel and the people at the hotel were brilliant. The check in how ever was schocking. We came late at night with two kids .The codes for rhe entrance and room were not showing in the recieved e mail or sms. That was a real downer. As the hotel itself and the personal were so helpfull after our initial issue. Would defnetly recoment the hotel .

I This place looked just like the ones I used to go to on summer camps 15 years ago. Super noisy, windows that are hard to cover, no air conditioning, and ridiculously expensive. For the same price, I had a two-level apartment in a hotel in Cologne — and here, it's just some cramped room from the '90s.
