This hotel fails to deliver the absolute basics. Everything was to a really poor standard. Breakfast was terrible, the layout is weird. There is a gym, Dj Booth and washing machine all connected with no privacy. Electricity kept tripping in the room with very little use . Bi access to tea or coffee unless at breakfast. Kettle in room but nothing provided, nothing the the shop and nowhere local to source. No room cleaning until day 4. Crazy prices to park. At “24/7” bar and which closed before midnight. Really creepy window/ mirror in the bathroom allowing someone to watch you in the shower or on the toilet with your knowlege because you can only see in from the outside and not out from the inside. And the people we sooooo rude!! It’s mind blowing!! I ever normally write reviews but this was exceptionally bad. Much prefer a cheap and cheerful premier inn. Safe to say we won’t be returning.

This was our last hotel of this trip. It was spacious and modern. However, the hotel is trying to be efficience but there are things that not wirking (yet) such as the card reader in the lift. If it works, it will make guests feel safer, not anyone can just go up to the floors. The pink laundry machine, everyhting had to go thru the receptionist while there was a QR code there but was told, it is not working. The 24hr supermarket is a good idea but as expexted quite expensive and not many things there. So more like a convenient corner, not supermarket. Breakfast was great and on certain days they do Weisswurst with Bretzn. We had it once thru our stay. One of the best scrambled eggs so far as it was not overcooked. Definitely stay here again. The train station of S2 line just 5 min walk.

No idea why this property has such bad reviews, I thought it was great! The only thing I didn’t really like was the mirror/window in the room which meant you could see into the bathroom from the bedroom - maybe not ideal if you’re not travelling with a partner and are travelling on business! Other than that it’s a lovely hotel, very modern with a really nice bar in the lobby. I will definitely be back if I visit Munich again.

Dreckige Betten , Bäder, Wände und Böden . Über die Hotline bereits mehrere Tage vor Anreise niemand vom Hotel erreichbar. Der einzige Pluspunkt war der nette Herr von der Rezeption, der wirklich bemüht war uns saubere Zimmer bereitzustellen.

Auf Nachfrage erhält man dann die Antwort es wäre nichts da. Stattdessen bedient sich das Personal von den Resten des Buffets. Das Ganze um 8:30Uhr!!! Empfehlung: kein Frühstück buchen.

Uns hat der kurze Check-In Prozess uns die Lobby sehr gefallen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Kochnische. Beim reinkommen in das Zimmer fiel sofort auf, dass die Wände bereits sehr zerkratzt und dreckig aussahen. Hinzukommt dass das Geschirr, Gläser und die Teller nicht richtig gereinigt waren. Die Pfanne und der Topf waren von unten bereits sehr verbrannt, weshalb wir uns aus Sicherheitsgründen gegen eine Nutzung der beiden entschieden haben. Unser Zimmer ging zum Haupteingang raus, weshalb wir oft Gespräche hörten und den Rauchgeruch riechen konnten, dass es uns unmöglich gemacht hat, zu lüften. Die Badtür ging automatisch immer soweit auf, dass man die Hauptzimmertür nicht richtig öffnen konnte. Wir würden dieses Hotel für einen erneuten Aufenthalt nicht nochmal wählen.

Wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt – auch der späte Check-in verlief problemlos. Im Frühstücksbereich wäre etwas mehr Sauberkeit wünschenswert gewesen, da das Geschirr stellenweise nicht ganz sauber war.

Apartment mit Küche. Das Geschirr war dreckig, allerdings gibt es auch keine Utensilien um dieses zu reinigen. Handtücher waren fleckig. Die Bettdecke hat benutzt gerochen.

Für eine Nacht gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Allerdings sehr hellhörig (hab den Nachbarn schnarchen gehört) und beim Frühstück gingen lange beide Kaffeemaschinen nicht. Ansonsten auch eher Fertigware als liebevoll hergerichtetes Buffet.

I stayed with my sister at a room for 2 which included a small kitchen. The overall experience was fine, the room was clean but a little small. There was only one chair for two people. Kitchen supplies are quite limited but suffice. The weirdest thing was a window by which you can look straight into the bathroom, which resulted in zero privacy. We reserved a family room with a kitchen. However, when we arrived, we were assigned two separate rooms, one with a kitchen. This was acceptable to us, and the hotel waived our parking fee for the inconvenience. The rooms were nice, but the kitchen was not supplied well. There was a sponge to wash dishes, but there were no dish towels nor was there any dish detergent. We needed to go to the desk and ask for more tableware. As mentioned in another review, the bedroom has a window looking into the bathroom which is rather odd. It was nice having access to a washer and dryer (for a fee), and the rooms were clean.

Perfectly serviceable for attending an event at Munich Messe. Close to bus and train station, clean and decent breakfast. Downsides were long queues at reception and bar (they seemed short staffed), huge uncomfortable pillows and the two-way mirror between bedroom and bathroom - don’t share a room with someone you are not very close to!

Terrible service from the hotel staff. No real urgency to help or care that there was a good handful of families and others waiting in the lobby to check in. This was roughly around 830/9 when I checked…When I booked through the app, I put in a request for a crib. Asked about it while I was checking in and the lady had no idea whether it was in the room or not. Finally got up to the room and there wasn’t a crib for my 9 month old. I went back to the lobby and it took 2-3 hours for someone to assist me and find one. By the time a crib was brought up, it was almost midnight…weekend staff were completely useless.

Perfectly serviceable for attending an event at Munich Messe. Close to bus and train station, clean and decent breakfast. Downsides were long queues at reception and bar (they seemed short staffed), huge uncomfortable pillows and the two-way mirror between bedroom and bathroom - don’t share a room with someone you are not very close to!

Stayed for a show at the messe. Very out of the way but nice room and breakfast etc. Would have liked additional pillows and coffee making facilities in the room. The shop is very limiting in what it has and there are no shops nearby.

Apesar de ficar distante da área central de Munique, possui estação próxima (aproximadamente 10 minutos andando), com o defeito de ter como opção somente um trem para o centro (S2). O café da manhã é bom. Há mercado próximo (menos de 10 minutos de caminhada). Na região existem outros hoteis, então é uma área aparentemente segura. O defeito é que são poucos funcionários, alguns solícitos, e, no nosso quarto, não houve limpeza.

The train station is a 7-8 min walk away and it will get you pretty much anywhere you need within a 10-30 min train ride (Oktoberfest, Marienplatz, Dachau Concentration Camp, meeting point for neuschwanstein castle) essentially all the main attractions. The hotel offers laundry but charges per load and dryer 4.5 Euros each. Breakfast was a huge feast with amazing an coffee machine that whips you up crafted coffee options. The rooms are very spacious, clean, and have a kitchen sink, few cups, wine glasses, wine opener, fridge, and an iron. They come by and clean everyday. They have elevators / lifts which is super helpful. There is a grocery store just a 7 min walk away & liquor store right next to the store. Last tip: place a do not disturb in the front door if you don’t want them to come and clean since they knock and come right in and it’s earlier in the day. After we noticed that we started to place the sign and had no issues. Overall, I would recommend!

Für eine Nacht gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Allerdings sehr hellhörig (hab den Nachbarn schnarchen gehört) und beim Frühstück gingen lange beide Kaffeemaschinen nicht. Ansonsten auch eher Fertigware als liebevoll hergerichtetes Buffet.

Overall a nice hotel but was a little remote and not a very interesting area. The breakfast cost €18 and didn’t offer very much at all. Disappointing selection of food and absolutely nothing was vegan except the chocolate spread. The staff didn’t speak great English which didn’t help

Auf Nachfrage erhält man dann die Antwort es wäre nichts da. Stattdessen bedient sich das Personal von den Resten des Buffets. Das Ganze um 8:30Uhr!!! Empfehlung: kein Frühstück buchen.

No idea why this property has such bad reviews, I thought it was great! The only thing I didn’t really like was the mirror/window in the room which meant you could see into the bathroom from the bedroom - maybe not ideal if you’re not travelling with a partner and are travelling on business! Other than that it’s a lovely hotel, very modern with a really nice bar in the lobby. I will definitely be back if I visit Munich again.

Room was basic but clean, staff were very helpful. Sometimes had a long wait at the front desk since they only had one person covering the desk and the bar. The gym was not really a gym but just a couple machines in the lobby. They also only provided a single pillow/blanket/towel which was not ideal.
