Great hotel right next to train station and central bus terminal. Check in was easy the front desk clerks were very helpful. Very clean rooms and guest areas. You get a voucher for a drink if you don't require servicing the room at that day. Also great bar what is open Monday through Saturday staffed with amazing employees.

Easy to find, next to the railway and bus stations. A quiet and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. Breakfast plentiful with good coffee, choices of cheese and cold meats, delicious breads, hot food, fruit salads and smoked fish. My room was very comfortable with a powerful shower. Tea and coffee making facilities and easy to control air con. Fully opening window if needed, but double glazing very efficient and I didn’t hear any noise. Also seemed well insulated - didn’t hear any noise from the corridor or the rooms next door. Public lounge area welcoming with a good choice of drinks. Also hotel has a policy of rewarding guests with a free drink voucher for not having their rooms cleaned every day which I enjoyed each evening. I had to leave too early for breakfast on my day of departure, so staff explained the kitchen would prepare me a takeaway breakfast - it was very generous and tasted great. Within an easy 10 minute walk of the centre of Ravensburg. I shall return next year and highly recommend.

By far good value for money as there are not many good hotels in Ravensburg. Parking at hotel is minimal. You can park behind ( at Bahnhof) for 5 euro p.d.

Gutes Hotel, direkt am Bahnhof. Folglich durchaus auch mal Geräusche Service dieses Mal mit Abstrichen, weil das Frühstück am ersten Tag nicht aufs Zimmer gebucht werden konnte. Aber die Barkeeper verstehen ihr Handwerk!

Sehr schönes modernes Hotel, direkt am Bahnhof, Umgebung gepflegt, alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Zur Altstadt 10 Min. zu Fuß. Hotelbar bis 1 Uhr geöffnet. Frühstück sehr vielfältig und gut. Wir würden wieder hier übernachten.

Aufenthalt war eher enttäuschent. Personal war am Sonntag mitFrühstück total überfordert. Man musste nach neuen Brötchen, neuem Käse und Auffüllen der Pfannkuchenmaschine, Tassen etc erinnern. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat überhaupt nicht gekühlt. Shampoo und Duschgel waren nicht ausreichend aufgefüllt, so dass wir eigene Pflegeprodukte nutzen mussten.

Tout était parfait. Très proche du centre historique dans un quartier calme. Propreté irréprochable Confortable Possibilité de se garer au parking en plein air prés de la gare de train pour 4€/ jour. Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel

The Hotel was spotless. All the staff helpful. Great incentive if you didnt want the room cleaned leaved a card out on the door. And you got a free drink to use that day. Location near the station and a nice short walk to Ravensburg town

L'hôtel est à côté de la gare mais très bien insonorisé. On n'endends pas les trains. La chambre ne dispose pas de téléphone direct avec la réception, il faut à chaque fois descendre quand il y a une question ou un problème(point négatif). Le petit déjeuner (19,50€) propose un grand choix sucré/salé et le personnel de la restauration est toujours à l'écoute. Le bar propose d'exellents cocktails. L'hôtel est propre mais le housekipping de la chambre était assez rudimentaire (mes traces de doigt sur le mirroir sont restés 4jours jusqu'à mon départ), les sachets de thé ou café soluble n'ont pas été remplacés. Le personnel de la réception à toujours répondu à mes attentes.

Abends am EMpfang angekommen fragte ich nach einem ruhigen Zimmer, Antwort Zimmer ist zwar zur Bahnhofsseite, aber mit schallisolierten Fentern. Ergebnis: Züge waren nicht zu hören, aber grölende Passanten ... Sauberkeit im Zimmer: Spinnweben an der Decke, Tierhaare und Krümel auf dem Teppichboden. Am Empfang habe ich dies mitgeteilt und bekam die Antwort: Das werde am nächsten Tag dem Housekeeping mitgeteilt. Frühstück mit knapp EUR 20,-/Person recht teuer.

Wunderbar direkt am Bahnhof gelegen überraschte uns das Hotel mit mega leichtem Check in über die Hotel App, alles super leicht zu installieren und ruckzuck hatten wir unsere Zimmernummer mit Pin. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Safe überzeugten dann restlos. Und der Fernseher! Auch der check-out präsentierte sich genau zur richtigen Zeit ebenso einfach.

Sehr schönes und modern eingerichtetes Cityhotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Einziger Kritikpunkt während meines Aufenthalts: Die Klimaanlage heizte das Zimmer zu sehr auf, es lies sich auch nicht kühler regulieren (daher auch nur drei Sterne bei Zustand). Ansonsten war alles prima.

Mooie ruime kamer ruime badkamer en goede douche. Minpunt is als je meerdere dagen verblijft met 2 personen dan is er weinig kastruimte dan leef je gedeeltelijk uit je koffer, dat is jammer maar voor de rest uitstekend. Goed ontbijt buffet. Op 100 meter afstand kan je voor 5 euro per dag parkeren.

Ich war für 2 Übernachtungen vor Ort. Das Hotel ist direkt am Bahnhof und man kommt schnell zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer im zweiten Stock war ruhig, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Bad und WC waren ebenfalls sehr sauber und neu. Frühstück gab es als Buffet mit großer Auswahl. Mir hat es sehr gefallen und kehre gerne zurück.
Ich war für 2 Übernachtungen vor Ort. Das Hotel ist direkt am Bahnhof und man kommt schnell zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer im zweiten Stock war ruhig, sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Bad und WC waren ebenfalls sehr sauber und neu. Frühstück gab es als Buffet mit großer Auswahl. Mir hat es sehr gefallen und kehre gerne zurück.

Very nice hotel close to train station but also available easy by car and has parking facilities. Rooms are spacious, beds comfy clean and spacious bath. Towels and bath soap incl. Lotion provided. Awesome breakfast.

Since I could not trust the man, next morning asked three times at reception what is the breakfast cost, I was told three times: 15. At checkout they told me I had an open balance of 72 EUR that I had to pay. Being in a rush (flight to catch) I paid and checked the invoice when back home; breakfast cost was now 19 EUR per person.... Overall, the hotel looks fine but I felt myself robed. And it looks they don't know how to recognize their mistakes.

Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer hat überhaupt nicht gekühlt. Shampoo und Duschgel waren nicht ausreichend aufgefüllt, so dass wir eigene Pflegeprodukte nutzen mussten.

Easy to find, next to the railway and bus stations. A quiet and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and excellent facilities. Breakfast plentiful with good coffee, choices of cheese and cold meats, delicious breads, hot food, fruit salads and smoked fish. My room was very comfortable with a powerful shower. Tea and coffee making facilities and easy to control air con. Fully opening window if needed, but double glazing very efficient and I didn’t hear any noise. Also seemed well insulated - didn’t hear any noise from the corridor or the rooms next door. Public lounge area welcoming with a good choice of drinks. Also hotel has a policy of rewarding guests with a free drink voucher for not having their rooms cleaned every day which I enjoyed each evening. I had to leave too early for breakfast on my day of departure, so staff explained the kitchen would prepare me a takeaway breakfast - it was very generous and tasted great. Within an easy 10 minute walk of the centre of Ravensburg. I shall return next year and highly recommend.

Unterirdisch was Service und Check in angeht. Beide Mitarbeiterinnen am Check in genervt und man kommt sich als Gast unerwünscht vor. Auf die Frage nach der Parkmöglichkeit des Hotels Haben ein Parkhaus das ist du aber viel zu teuer Parken sie am Bahnhof …. Über die Rechnung wird mitgeteilt … Sie bekommen nur eine Rechnung mit Firmenanschrift per e Mail und die weißt nicht den Betrag aus den sie hier bezahlen…. Great Idea to reward guests to not use room cleaning with incentive of drinks voucher, however after 3 days here and with voucher ready for a coffee before departure hotel staff claimed voucher had already expired…we hadn’t even checked out yet. A bit cheap imo. Also , worst check-in system ever. Computer system requires you to enter your country multiple times through a long scroll down menus and manually add all the information they had received with the booking.
