Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Loved the room, the breakfast, the rooftop pool with it's amazing views and it's location - look forward to my next visit. If there were any improvements it would be the lift availability - one was always locked and the others were usually full when they arrived. Also it is right by the beach so somewhere where you could hang wet towels and swimwear would have made it even more perfect. Highly recommended

Room and public areas were clean. The queen bed is comfortable, wifi in the room worked fine. The rooftop pool and snack bar was comfortable but cozy with a larger sunning area and a great view of the city and sea. Free yoga class was great at sunrise. Breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts we have ever had with a wide choice of items.

Great second visit to this hotel. It's location is perfect, rooms are amazing and the rooftop is a real draw. Only downside is there are too many people for the amount of lifts and breakfast serving areas

Room was very clean. They gave us a room with the view, a bit boxy but airy and clean. Staff was very proactive. I am not a big breakfast eater, it’s mostly coffee for me and they had Nespresso machines everywhere which was a delight. Another best thing was that they had bag lockers for free. So I checked out at 12 but left my luggage in the locker and then came back later to pick it up. They provide you with an access card. That was very thoughtful I’d say. Overall stay was excellent.

Acta Voraport Barcelona is a great option for travelers visiting the city. The fantastic location is near the main metro and lots of busses, making it easy to explore all that Barcelona has to offer. Positives - the area is absolutely fine, very commutable. Nice places for brunch nearby. Hotel breakfast is absolutely fine. Negatives - noticed dried blood, hair and a hole in our bedsheets. These for replaced immediately once we called to reception. Replaced with stained sheets. Horrifically stained. The rooftop bar sells the worst "cocktails" we have ever had, all still at cocktail prices. The staff were not friendly on arrival, we\'re actually extremely rude and abrupt. A higher price for a lower quality hotel.

We were extremely pleased with our two-night stay prior to our sea cruise. The hotel is well positioned away (but within walking distance) from the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Easy walk to cafes and restaurants, and the in-house facilities for breakfast, including the buffet breakfast was exceptional. The hotel concierge made our travel easy by arranging the taxi, whenever we need one. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel, modern building including the room, was very clean and tidy. A very nice and comfortable hotel which i can safely recommend.

The hotel itself is absolutely fantastic if you’re looking to stay a bit outside the city center. The whole complex is very modern, beautifully designed, and extremely clean. The staff were all super friendly and welcoming, which was really a highlight of the stay. However, there were two things that really bothered me. First, there was no toilet brush in the bathroom. I honestly find this a complete no-go. It’s something everyone has at home, and I don’t understand why a hotel wouldn’t provide it for guests. It just feels like a basic necessity. Second, the windows could not be opened fully, only halfway, and the air conditioning was the worst I’ve ever experienced. You can set it to “Auto,” which basically does nothing, or switch between level 1 and level 3. There is no level 2. On level 1, the room stayed warm and uncomfortable; on level 3, it was so loud I couldn’t sleep. As a result, I slept very poorly and had to keep getting up during the night to adjust it. This is something the hotel should really improve, as good sleep is essential for guests. Aside from these two issues, I was truly happy with everything else. The hotel grounds are beautiful, the rooms are well designed, and the cleanliness was outstanding. If these small but important details were fixed, it would be an easy 5-star stay.

U-Bahn und Bus schnell erreichbar. Reichhaltiges Frühstücks Buffet das man bis 10 Uhr 30 genießen kann und immer wieder aufgefüllt wird. Die Dachterrasse ist toll. Zimmer etwas klein,aber sauber, funktional und ein Superblick auf Meer und Stadt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein schönes Zimmer mit sehr bequemem Bett und insgesamt echt schön. Ist auch sehr gut schallisoliert, sodass man echt seine Ruhe hat, was mir sehr gefallen hat. Die Lage ist echt perfekt. Etwa 10 min zum Strand und man ist nicht weit weg vom Stadtzentrum. Überall in der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Dachterrasse ist auch echt top, schöne Aussicht auf die ganze Stadt mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten, einer Bar und einem großen Pool. Insgesamt ist echt sehr empfehlenswert und es hat sich für micht echt gelohnt.

They don't reply to their emails so if you have anything you need to communicate I wouldn't bet on it. The breakfast is good though and it's clean, it was really hard to get water during front desk off hours. Their vending machine/grab and pay was broken. But they're very efficient at calling cabs and good at english. There is no hair conditioner in the showers.

The hotel itself was very nice. The bar and view on top the roof is worth staying here, overlooking the city and ocean. We stayed in numerous hotels on our trip and the breakfast here is the best. The housekeeping staff was very nice. Some of the reception staff was cold to us a few times when we asked for help. The hotel is about a $15 taxi to Las Ramblas. There were lots of food options near by.

Amazing hotel. I was a little nervous walking there from the Metro, as the neighborhood is a bit random and outside the main tourist area. But the hotel itself is fantastic, the staff was great, and the room was so nice and clean. Only complaint is the location. If you're going to do a lot of the main tourist stuff, it's a solid 45 minute walk or 20 minute Metro ride to get there. I did this multiple times a day, and it got tiring. But if that's not an issue for you, the hotel is top notch!

The hotel was clean and comfortable and the staff were helpful. It was in a good location for the beach and metro. We didn’t eat breakfast or use the downstairs bar in the restaurant as it was subterranean which seemed a shame when in Barcelona so we either ventured out to the beach for breakfast, up to the roof for a drink or across to the Paxton bar which was great too.

Alles super, bis auf die Kissen, die unbequem waren und Hygieneartikel haben im Badezimmer gefehlt (z.B. Klobürste etc) Das Frühstück hat uns auch sehr gefallen, aber es wäre toll, wenn es etwas abwechslungsreicher wäre, bspw. Spiegelei anbieten.

Great location! Breakfast had everything. The pool and the terrace on 15th floor had stunning views. The staff was very helpful and allowed me to use the pool at the day of check out after a stressful day at work. My room was medium size but very clean and with all amenities. From my window I could see the Familia. I will come back!

Kvaliteten af morgenmaden var fantastisk men udvalget er ikke voldsomt stort og der var nærmest nul variation på de 6 dage vi var der. Dørmanden var altid sur og hilste kun nødtvunget og heller ikke receptionen havde mange smil og glæde at vise. I restauranten var de tilgengæld helt kanon og venlige og smilende. Værelset var superfint og rengøringen OK. Resten af hotellet var pinligt rent. Fed tagterrasse med en bar. Poolen var for kold til årstiden
