Beautiful villa of about 200 meters of construction, consisting of three Mediterranean-style bedrooms, located very close to the Son Bou beach and the shopping center. It has a private access for the car and the whole house is built on the same level, so it is very comfortable.From the street you walk up a ramp to the terrace level where there is a nice area with outdoor furniture and access to the villa. Inside, it has a wonderful living room with TV, air conditioning and open through an arch leading to the fully equipped kitchen. The villa has three bedrooms, the main room, a little larger, has a double bed, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, and the other 2 with single beds and a fan. Lastly, a separate bathroom.From the living room you access the outside which consists of two areas, the first area, equipped with furniture and barbecue to enjoy with family and friends and the second area where the private pool with great views and outdoor furniture is located.It is a product specially designed for families. In the house rules the organization of parties or events of any kind is not allowed. A deposit will be requested, which will be returned upon departure once the condition of the accommodation has been verified. If during your stay there is any breakage or damage, we would appreciate it if you notify us so that it can be fixed immediately. Groups of young people under 26 years are not accepted. Pets are not accepted.
