Me parece un alojamiento caro para lo que fue. Cogimos un estudio normal para pasar una noche en Madrid antes de ir a un examen porque ponían muy buenos comentarios.Limpieza, ubicación y sitios para aparcar bien. Pero para nada creemos que fue un acierto. El mando de la tele y el secador no funcionaban, en la habitación hacía muchísimo calor, no se podía bajar la temperatura y por la noche se escuchaban los ruidos de las calderas.Además nos asignaron la planta 4, planta a la que no llega el ascensor. Así que embarazada de 6 meses nos tocó cargar con maletas y bolsas (menos mal que era poco) por las escaleras. Hay opciones un poco mas caras que seguro que merecen mas la pena. Ibamos con muchas expectativas, pero no volveremos😔

4jours super chouette, attention tout de meme au stationnement ! ( ligne verte devant l hotel a ne pas aller ), dommage pour le tcheck in se fasse sur un ordinateur et pas avec une personne physique ! Appartement propre, lit confortable et piscine tres bien. 😀

The room was very small and shower room tiny, the doors of the shower cubicle hardly opened leaving a very tight squeeze to access shower cubicle. We had a cockroach in the room one night, did leave information about cockroach and emailed apartments but to date have not had reply. Never saw a member of staff the whole 4 days we stayed.

It was very Good, But it was very hard to get the number of reservation to get in the room, and take the key card! I helped at least 2 couple to get their keys. The bathroom when u take shower Start to wet All the place.

There was no real person at Reception on Sunday, just a machine. No issue in the check-in, but it would have been through a phone number to fix it making it less personal and reassuring.

Initially it was not easy to self check in but we did okay entering our credentials manually. The place was quite but room cleaning was not included in the price and that was okay and we cleaned aftre ourselves. The attendant Gamal waas very helpful when he was around. most likely thn not, we will stay here again.

I felt the staff was very responsive to any questions that I had and they seemed to go out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable. The community of Pozuelo is walkable, friendly and safe with easy access to Madrid with the Metro within a block. I will stay there again.

The staff was very helpful. However, my room was appeared to be a ground floor office that had been converted to a hotel room. The windows were covered with the thick curtains which took up the majority of the room. There was barely any space between the bed and the windows. I had stayed there

The bed was very comfortable, and the apartment was functional. The shower dripped water outside and made a mess in the bathroom, and very limited kitchen utensils. The apartment was clean, but the kitchen floor had some residue, which meant not fully cleaned.
