Friendly and helpful staff! Checkin was smooth and parking was very well arranged for a decent amount €15. The bed was too short unfortunately and other hotel guests were very noisy. The hotel can’t really do much about this, we understand. I had to wear earplugs during sleep. Staff was friendly to help me with tea in the middle of the night when I had a tummy ache. Thanks for this!

De Spa faciliteiten zijn fantastisch. Ook het ontbijt is van zeer hoge kwaliteit! Hotel is heel erg schoon en stijlvol. De kamers zijn erg ruim.

The hotel was in a great location, staff were great! The pool is only 40 cm deep so it was perfect for us to cool off but not great if you’re looking for something deeper. The room was lovely, the only thing is that the air con did not reach below 24°C. We were in the middle of a heatwave so that have affected it

Toda nuestra estadía fue fabulosa, el personal fue excelente, atento y servicial. El desayuno fue variado e muy bueno, el Spa fue increíble adoramos todo el hora la habitación en perfectas condiciones y las camas excelentes.

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, wenn auch die direkte Nachbarschaft mäßig schön ist und gleich gegenüber ist ein durchaus lauter Spielplatz. Dennoch liegt es wunderbar zentral und man ist schnell am Wasser und der Promenade. Das Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind schön und modern eingerichtet. Der Pool war aufgrund des Wetters leider geschlossen. Rundum kann ich das Hotel empfehlen, einziges Manko ist das Bett. Für eine Nacht ok, bei mehreren gibt es sicherlich Rückenschmerzen, da die Matratze extrem weich war. Man sinkt sicherlich 10-20 cm ein. Gemütlich irgendwie, aber zum schlafen, na ja. Die Parkmöglichkeiten in dem Ort sind furchtbar, daher lohnt sich wahrscheinlich einen Parkplatz vom Hotel zu mieten. Das war mir aber zu teuer, daher habe ich lieber den ca. 400 m entfernten Großparkplatz genommen

Wir wurden sehr freundlich und persönlich empfangen, konnten sogar viel früher das Zimmer in Anspruch nehmen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber ebenso die Außenanlage. Frühstück war lecker und frisch in einem sehr modernen Ambiente. Lediglich der Spa-Bereich könnte etwas Zuwendung gebrauchen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Les points forts de l’hébergement : - le calme, à côté de la station de bus de San Antonio (pour amener à Ibiza Town ou aux grands boites), le personnel Les points négatifs : - la piscine sur le rooftop qui est plus une pataugeoire, le service lent de la nourriture sur le rooftop, le coussin du lit pas très confortable et le lit qui est assez petit en longueur mes pieds dépassaient (je suis pas grande).

L’équipe de l’accueil est très agréable, l’hôtel est plus que correct. La propreté est impeccable. Un petit déjeuner avec un excellent rapport qualité prix et un côté eco responsable : assez de produits de bonnes qualité et pas de débordement. L’isolation des portes est à améliorer, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les couloirs.

Hotel has been renovated to a high standard comfy beds and all amenities you need. Pillows could be a little better. Whilst it’s on a main walk through to the strip and hotels you don’t really hear much compared to other hotels in the area.

Hotel is erg goed. Ruime kamers, zeer schoon en iedere dag cleaning. Zeer goede service van de medewerkers. Enige minpunt was dat de airco op verwarmen stond ondanks verzoek om deze op koelen te zetten. Kamertemperatuur daarom op 27 graden

We stayed at Stic Urban Hotel for 3 nights and were blown away by the service and hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us early check-in and even letting us use the hotel facilities after check-out. Before heading to the airport, we were offered fresh towels and shower facilities — such a thoughtful touch that made a big difference! The breakfast was a highlight — not an overwhelming selection, but everything was fresh, tasty, and well-prepared. Soft pastries, freshly squeezed juice, and a proper English breakfast were the perfect way to start each day. The location is unbeatable — just a short walk to Ibiza Rocks, the beach, the colourful street, and loads of great bars and restaurants. It’s central but still has a relaxed vibe. The rooftop pool is a hidden gem — calm, chilled atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a night out or soaking up the sun in peace. Huge thanks to the amazing staff who really made our stay special. Nothing was too much trouble, and their kindness and attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Would 100% stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting Ibiza!

Das Stic Urban ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Sehr stylisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das sehr freundliche Personal. Egal ob am Empfang, beim Frühstück, an der Bar oder bei der Zimmerreinigung, alle waren total nett und darum bemüht, dass es uns gut geht. Das Frühstücksbuffet war traumhaft, genau nach unserem Geschmack. Den Spa-Bereich haben wir nicht genutzt, aber das Angebot war sehr gut. Wir wurden sehr freundlich und persönlich empfangen, konnten sogar viel früher das Zimmer in Anspruch nehmen. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber ebenso die Außenanlage. Frühstück war lecker und frisch in einem sehr modernen Ambiente. Lediglich der Spa-Bereich könnte etwas Zuwendung gebrauchen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating, allowing us early check-in and even letting us use the hotel facilities after check-out. Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, wenn auch die direkte Nachbarschaft mäßig schön ist und gleich gegenüber ist ein durchaus lauter Spielplatz. Dennoch liegt es wunderbar zentral und man ist schnell am Wasser und der Promenade. Das Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sind schön und modern eingerichtet. Der Pool war aufgrund des Wetters leider geschlossen. Rundum kann ich das Hotel empfehlen, einziges Manko ist das Bett. Für eine Nacht ok, bei mehreren gibt es sicherlich Rückenschmerzen, da die Matratze extrem weich war. Man sinkt sicherlich 10-20 cm ein. Gemütlich irgendwie, aber zum schlafen, na ja. Die Parkmöglichkeiten in dem Ort sind furchtbar, daher lohnt sich wahrscheinlich einen Parkplatz vom Hotel zu mieten. Das war mir aber zu teuer, daher habe ich lieber den ca. 400 m entfernten Großparkplatz genommen

This is a fantastic hotel, with a wonderful SPA in the middle of Sant Antoni. There’s a paid underground parking right in front of the hotel for €15 but you can also try your luck with a few of the open air parkings nearby. The staff here are very nice people, there’s a great chill rooftop pool and you’re very close to the Cafe Mambo Marina walk, many lovely tavernas/tapa bars and just a great place to stay. My only recommendation to the hotel is to reassess why the hell the bathroom mirror is not in front of the sink and to the left - its a ridiculous design choice and not the end of the world but it makes zero sense! Its clean, well maintained, safe, central and I’d definitely stay there again!
