Overall my family had a good stay here. They offered a good variety breakfast. The pool area was nice as well as the gym. The front desk was helpful and staff were always very friendly. Our room was great with a full kitchen, kitchen table and separate bedroom. We definitely had a good amount of space for the 5 of us. My only thing was the bathroom. I will admit I have high expectations for cleanliness but I felt that there were a couple simple and affordable things that could have been done in the bathroom. The caulking in the shower was turning black... which just gave me a gross feeling. And the caulking around the bathroom toilet was also turning pinkish color. Minor things that would be fixed easily. Other than that, I felt we all had a good stay and it was a good experience.

Horrible stay! Check in is at 3pm. I attempted to check in at approx 3:45 and the manager Javier told me no rooms were ready. I had an event so I told him to problem solve . He came back with a room that was ready. No electricity for hours ! NO AC and windows did not open , NO charging phones, food went bad in fridge due to NO electricity. I asked for a discount or refund for the inconvenience and they did NOT. NOt even elevators worked due to power outage. They blamed city but they MUST have generators for emergency and did NOT.

The property was very nice and everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was great. The power did go out (the entire hotel lost power) for a few hrs with no explanation and no offers to compensate. I would still stay again but would hope the staff would communicate when issues like that happen.

Great property, which I plan to book again in a few months, I wish the counter employee who checked me in would have disclosed that parking was an additional fee. Also breakfast bar was great and included chicken sausage protein, which I really appreciated since I don’t eat meat.

This was a nice spacious room. Very clean. Didn’t love that they didn’t come clean our room. They took garbages and refreshed towels on our last night (we stayed 5 nights). They said they’d refresh the room starting on our third day. When we asked for blankets and towels they acted like we were bothering them.

No housekeeping service besides changing trash can liners and replaced with clean towels every other day unless you speak with front desk requesting for full service. It just bother me that I have to request my room to be cleaned, i mean isn't this basic service that every hotel provide? Because they don't have ppl cleaning the room, i see trashes piled up in the hallway which is very unpleasant.

This was the 3rd time I have stayed at this location, a welcome NEW hotel for the Brea area! My first and second stays were great although the nightly rate increase by almost $100 from when they opened. I do realize the fist month of lower prices were meant to attract customers. The only problem with this last stay was the lack of a clean room. The shower had hair left in it and there was a used towel hanging on the rack along with no clean washcloths. The trash had been collected but left in the main trash under the sink. They just need to take a look at housekeeping and make sure they are doing it right.

Very nice property and in great condition but the shower was very unsafe with a slippery floor and no grippers or floor mats. Once the floor gets some soap on it it’s almost impossible to just stand without slipping. For us older folks there’s nothing to hold onto near the showerhead. They put a handle in the back of the shower, which doesn’t help when you’re trying to wash your hair. I don’t even think this would be ADA approved. I was scared to take a shower.

Staff was great! Room was okay. The bathroom was below standard as the tub did not drain well at all - leaving a lot of water standing after the shower was complete. The bathroom vent also did not work so that certainly did make things any better. Otherwise everything was okay.

We had to call sometimes up to 4 times in one evening asking for towels and pillows, taking over 90 minutes at 9 pm when my kids needed to shower and get to bed. Seemed like there was only 1 person working the front desk. They'd say they were on their way only to never show up and we'd call and repeat this game over and over.
We had to call sometimes up to 4 times in one evening asking for towels and pillows, taking over 90 minutes at 9 pm when my kids needed to shower and get to bed. Seemed like there was only 1 person working the front desk. They'd say they were on their way only to never show up and we'd call and repeat this game over and over.

The property was very nice and everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was great. The power did go out (the entire hotel lost power) for a few hrs with no explanation and no offers to compensate. I would still stay again but would hope the staff would communicate when issues like that happen.

I enjoyed my stay only thing I didn’t like is they never answered the phone .. I had to always keep calling for them to answer the phone for service .. or go to the front desk…other than that customer service was wonderful and me and my family enjoyed our stay

Overall my family had a good stay here. They offered a good variety breakfast. The pool area was nice as well as the gym. The front desk was helpful and staff were always very friendly. Our room was great with a full kitchen, kitchen table and separate bedroom. We definitely had a good amount of space for the 5 of us. My only thing was the bathroom. I will admit I have high expectations for cleanliness but I felt that there were a couple simple and affordable things that could have been done in the bathroom. The caulking in the shower was turning black... which just gave me a gross feeling. And the caulking around the bathroom toilet was also turning pinkish color. Minor things that would be fixed easily. Other than that, I felt we all had a good stay and it was a good experience.

I opted for a room with a bathtub on a higher floor. The room was fairly decent, spacious, and had small kitchen. The decor was new and there was a pleasant smell inside the unit. Wifi on the other hand was very slow and would drop a lot which was frustrating. I attended the free breakfast only once and everything was out - the oatmeal, eggs, meat patty, etc which was disappointing. I informed management that the kitchen staff needs to replenish the buffet items. Also there were multiple people upstairs, across the hallways, and next me making a lot of noise throughout the entirety of my stay, slamming doors constantly, running up and down, loud music, screaming, etc. I informed management multiple times and they assured me that steps would be taken to insure the guests comply with the quiet hours policy. For some reason it just kept continuing unfortunately. The hotel is in a safe location with access to the freeway and easy to get to.

Great property, which I plan to book again in a few months, I wish the counter employee who checked me in would have disclosed that parking was an additional fee. Also breakfast bar was great and included chicken sausage protein, which I really appreciated since I don’t eat meat.
