PÉSIMA EXPERIENCIA Cuando llegué no había nadie allí. De no haber sido por unas amables huéspedes esa noche habría tenido que buscar otro alojamiento. Solo facilitaban un teléfono de emergencias una vez dentro. En este aspecto hago corresponsable a Hoteles.com por falta de transparencia. Deberían haberme enviado los detalles a mi correo electrónico incluso antes de la confirmación de la reserva en lugar de un mensaje in extremis cuando ya estoy a bordo de un avión y no puedo leerlo. Luego supe que para acceder allí es solo admisible habiendo hecho el auto check in previamente y siempre antes de las 18.00. Yo tenía el tren desde Sevilla a las 18.09 y me era imposible llegar a esa hora. En cualquier caso y por mucho que se ampare el alojamiento en el 933/1921 no se puede obligar al cliente a realizar el auto registro. Si no lo haces así puedes quedarte fuera ó pagar un suplemento como me sucedió a mí. Como si fuese de uno la culpa. Después de las 6pm no hay ningún servicio. Además me tocó una litera de arriba sin posibilidad de cambiarme pese a haber reservado con un mes de antelación. Tampoco se me informó de que había habitaciones individuales. Los dormitorios no tenían taquillas donde poder guardar las pertenencias y lo que había era el ruido de un motor de alguna máquina durante toda la noche y sobre todo misivas con advertencias de varias normas y advertencias de sanción en caso de incumplimiento. De positivo tengo que valorar la limpieza y la ubicación. No lo recomiendo.
