Hotels.com site listed free parking and breakfast. The Elmhurst has NO PARKING and NO BREAKFAST! Also, there were fleas. Lots of fleas

Hotel has no coffee maker nor hot water kettle.

The room is small, but it is clean. I can hear the train every time it goes by, but at least I’m not hearing sirens. The room does not have things like a coffee pot, fridge, or microwave. If you need parking, good luck. My only real complaint is that I paid extra for a breakfast for two…but the hotel does not serve breakfast. They do not even have an area where coffee and donuts could be out. Fortunately, there are quite a few food options nearby.

No fridge, No oven in the room. No wash room slipers they provide. No water bottle they provide. Rest room is good and area is very very nearby subway train and Pakistani Indian Bangali restaurants

Not so good. Patking impossible to find you have to pay 40 fllars ectra for parking at the corner

My overall stay was average. My shower head did not work and there isn’t stuff like a fridge or microwave which is what I am used to. The staff were helpful.

This is a great value hotel in Jackson Heights Queens. It is one block from the 82nd St. station and you can take the 7 train directly into Manhattan, which takes about 30 minutes. There are many good restaurants nearby of varying price ranges. The room does not have a closet but has ample drawer space. Our room 701 had a view of the Manhattan skyline, which would be the envy of higher priced hotels. It does not have a coffee machine, a refrigerator or any other amenities such as a gym or pool. It does have free WIFI. They clean the room everyday. The Welcome bag was a very nice touch. It is a great value for the price.

Needed to be clean Dirty all the drawers, table lights, under beed cover small hairs and dirt 🙏

place seemed old. When we turned on the heater/ac, a lot of dust came out. There was something dirty on the wall yhat looked like poop. The smell of the place smelled musty. The tile on elevator was broken in the center .

We had 2 double bed room #703 with Manhattan view. So much cleaner than we expected. Walking distance to train station, indian shops, lots of fast food and asian food options. If we had coffee maker or kettle in room, it would hv been even better.

The room is very dusty , once we entered I can feel dust while breathing, it’s like there was no air circulation for long time. At least after my online booking, before providing that room, they could have check and do the needful. My little kid got her nose blocked after spending a while in that room. I opened the window for little fresh airpass but then the bug entered the room so I have to close it again. Seems like the room is not vacuumed and kept close for long time. Toilet door was also locked and no key, had to call the front desk to open it. We checked-in in the afternoon and went out and got back at night, trying to turn on the light and it doesn’t turn on. With the help of light from mobile I reached until the bed and turned on bedside lamp. Not only that in the early morning around 6 am while in a deep sleep the fire alarm ranged so loud scaring all of us specially my little kid and the alarm does not stopped and started to rang twice. We were rushing in hurry assuming if there is any danger and called the front desk if everything is okay. They suppose to inform us but they did not do that while we ask they said that some one wrongly did that. That was very horrible experience until now, staying in that hotel and to pay that much of charge is so worth less.

Hotel wasn’t bad I would say it was overall good. Only issue I had was the rooms were a bit outdated and the halls smelled of cigarettes. I know there are smoking or non smoking rooms but, it was heavy smoke smell. I wish they’d change that, otherwise it was a good little place!

This property is super accessible because of the train being right outside. However, the room had several areas that looked like they were being fixed on the roof and walls that were a bit nerve-racking. It was a very basic hotel, nothing special. The area is very dirty and busy. Very loud at night with the activity and the train so nearby. It was fine, but extremely expensive for what it was.

One 'plus' mentioned on their amenities was soundproof rooms ... but that's not the case. More than once I was woken by a noise like a pneumatic drill as though it was 'in' my en-suite! I recorded the noise more than once ..at 0450am and 5am as well as late evening! No kettle / coffee and inly a cold drinks and ice dispenser available. The shower grl was emoty, the hand gel bottle was locked over the bath ...

Was easy to deal with and close the the subway stations and was really neat and organized in the rooms with amazing views

The hotel served a purpose, however the front desk staff that checked us in was extremely rude and unprofessional.

We would definitely return, nice rooms and the staff were very kind and helpful!

Everything went well, hotel let me ise their storage to keep my luggage till check in time.

If you want to get away from Manhattan to get different experience this was a cool area to stay. Hotel staff was good, the area overall is safe.

The area had everything and the hotel room had a really nice view, but it often stinked of marijuana and the staff was pretty unresponsive, rude, and didn't care much about the guests (the cleaning ladies were awesome)

Hotel was hot and the bed was very uncomfortable. The front desk person was not very friendly. We called the front twice for an extra pillow and the person said “it’s coming, we are very busy.” Which when we were down there, only two other people were there waiting. They never brought the pillow. We also had to wait 30 minutes upon arrival at 6 pm because the room was not ready. Was not worth the price.

Every one there was friendly and very helpful. Area around hotel was clean also. I felt safe and comfortable. Lots of fresh vegetable stands and eating places. We were close to the train which was fantastic for use. Since we were there for the US OPEN. Plus when we went to the City had too see the newly renovated Waldo Astoria a place my recently Deceased sister had always wanted to visit. It was closed when she passed.

Tha hotel is good overall, but the night environment around the building is not for kids. People smoking Marijuana and small nightclubs everywhere, police is around all the time though. Transportation to Manhattan is very easy, the train is very close to the hotel.

A decent hotel for an overnight stay. It's right next to the subway station and is very convenient location wise.

This property is near the train but I did not find that to be distracting (did not affect sleep). There are lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance which is a huge The negative would be there was no mini fridge and no microwave in the room. But they did have a vending machine in lobby that had cold bottles of water and soda so the lack of mini fridge was not a big issue.

This hotel clearly was renting rooms to people with extra activities. The smell of weed was overwhelming. I paid for breakfast included and didn’t have any food service at all.

First off this was the only place I could find and I'm glad I did the place is in perfect spot so much going 9n and the culture was booming I will definitely stay here again short walk to the subway and food out the wazoo
