Vi havde et godt ophold på Pullman. Hotellet er virkelig godt til prisen. Det ligger lidt af vejen for de fleste attraktioner i Dubai. Vi lejede en bil. Der er Valet parking på hotellet og gratis parkering. Poolen er ikke så stor og de indendørs pools er lukket. Men det gjorde ikke os noget.

Agréablement surpris par ce très bel hôtel avec des chambres très spacieuses. Le petit-déjeuner était tres varié avec un personnel toujours prêt à aider et proactif. L’accueil était super aussi. On a juste été un peu déçu par la piscine et ses alentours ( surtout le sundeck) qui semblaient laisser à l’abandon. Mais nous recommandons toutefois l’hôtel pour le confort à l’intérieur du bâtiment et le personnel très sympathique.

We stayed for a week at the property, it is one of the most memorable week of my life i must say, from the receiption from the first day we arrived service was top notch, we would like to thank everyone ftom the porters, cleaners especially MEHER who cleaned our room on a daily basis, the view from our room was breathtaking we could see part of the city as well as the lagoon the pool was very clean with stunning views of the lagoon aswell from the pool side, i highly recommend this place and would definately stay there again

Property is quite nice. Staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. Amenities (pool and Gym) are quite small for such a large hotel. The location is very noisy, and prone to huge traffic jams. However many practical shops in the area (markets, pharmacies, F&B outlets). I suppose that what you could expect for this part of Sharjah.

As usual hotel and staff are amazing Only my concern is that housekeeping need to improve and I mentioned that to the supervisor 2 days shampoo bottle was empty and not refill and not add toilet paper

Breakfast was excellent lots of choices. However the hotel is on a busy road which is difficult to commute to and from the metro station.. We were disappointed that we had to get a taxi to Sahara Centre to get a bus in order to get to the metro station... No bus run directly from the hotel so prepared to pay for taxi back and forth. The towel was soiled and dirty for a 5 star hotel we expected a lot more. We will never stay at this hotel again

L’hôtel est vraiment agréable, avec une piscine située à l’étage, ce qui offre une belle vue…même si le vent y est assez présent. Cependant, l’isolation phonique des chambres laisse à désirer. Nous avons été dérangés par une famille bruyante : cris, bruits de pas en pleine nuit… Une porte intérieure reliant certaines chambres n’arrange sans doute pas l’acoustique. Autre point négatif : si vous espérez faire la grasse matinée, ce ne sera pas ici. Dès 8h, des travaux commencent avec coups de marteau à la clé. Dommage, cela gâche un peu l’expérience. Point positif : le service de voiturier gratuit. Nous sommes restés 2 jours, cela nous a suffit pour un 5 étoiles, c’est moyen.

When we did the check in everything was perfect and next day the issue start at middle of the night early Saturday morning at 1am the room next to May family room was really noisy and are screaming and I had call the receptionist but still the noise the same then later at 2 am after my wife made the call to receptionist they stop . The hole nigh was disturbed and can’t sleep well , I was expecting apologies from the Managment but no one care . While check out I have asked by the receptionist if my stay was ok , then I told him what was happened then he said I will call my manager later he told me that the manager in meeting he will call you after the meeting . I said to him tell your manager no need to call me back , if your manager care about the customer he will talk immediately , till that time no one call . Really disappointed

I did not enjoy my stay at Pullman at all. I was there during Ramadan and there was so much noise from the hospital nearby. The manager was very understanding and changed me to another room but the next day the same noise was taking place. I have videos of the noise but i will spare you that.

Firstly the room was not cleaned because When i checked in on the side table of bed there was someone Nails which is not acceptable its really unhygienic Secondly the one of the Staff Behavior was really Aggressive and bad i Ordered from talabat so the guy from the delivery kept my Food in the reception and told me its there so i went the to collect the order and so i ask the guy about the order i told me it here and then someone came from the desk and start asking me the room number i told him and he looked at the order and told me that its not mine in a very bad way and i told hom that its mine order i can the on the reciept and i ordered with the room num. But he start arguing with me and took the food and start looking at the bill amd telling me that there is not your room number and i told him brother its mine . And after there other guy came and told him its his . this is really Bad behavior from the staff and after paying this much money for the 5 star hotel its really useless and waste of money and thirdly i called the reception to request that can i checkout 1 Pm But he ignored my request and didnt even listened . and fourth in the morning i came to hotel and my room was locked couldn't able to Access and i called the reception and they kept me waiting . late service i really got upset regarding my trip. Extremely worse experience.

It was amazing and the staff was very helpful, the only disappointing thing not just unique to them alone is information if only provided upon enquiry it’s unlike back in the day when you check in a hotel you receive an orientation if your room the hotel and any other services. Apart from that all was great and to top it up was the Friday night dinner .. superb
