The hotel has a great location but unfortunately they put us on the top floor next to the terrasse and bar . The noise was unbelievable and couldn’t sleep until we told them we would call the Police because the night staff wasn’t responding. The nest day they gave us another room which has no hot water in the evening. This time the staff responded accordingly. I remember I reserved the luxury room but I didn’t realize they gave us the top floor not luxury at all until we have a jacuzzi in our room the nest day. .

My family and I stayed at the Vita Hotel in Arequipa and I must say how impressed I was. Check in is at 2pm but we arrived 2 hours earlier and thankfully we were able to check in earlier. We went straight for the pool they have on the 5th floor and it was everything I could have hoped for. The staff was respectful, helpful and attentive. The room we stayed in was clean and modern. Their shower were epic. We went to dinner at a restaurant located on the 4th floor and although seperate from hotel it was nice that all you do is take the elevator to get to it without leaving the hotel. The food and drinks were yummy.Our stay came with free breakfast. They had an assortment of variety to choose from. My youngest grandson is a picky eater and they offered in making him over easy eggs just for him and that definitely did not go unnoticed and acknowledged. Thank you so much for the hospitality Vita! I definitely recommend them for your future stay when visiting Arequipa Peru!
