Housekeeping was excellent. My room felt very precisely clean. Free Laundry machines near lobby! I had to reboot the cable tv receiver from behind the entertainment center. And then it was just crappy low budget dish Network channels. They need smart TVs.

This place is a gem. My family is on a long road trip. We’ve stayed in hotels at several price points. This place is a value for sure!! It is not super fancy. It has modern decor. It is clean and well-maintained. Beds are comfortable. Staff are friendly. It’s quiet.Coffee, tea hot chocolate were available in the evening. Even the laundry facilities were no charge.

From the condition of the hotel you would guess it is 10-15 years old but it is actually only a couple years old. Beds are super comfy and A/C was cold. The bottom of the pool needs a deep cleaning it has a layer of debris that is obvious when just looking at it. Seems like a super easy thing to clean so must be some lazy managers at this location.

Staff was great. First room had terrible odor so we were moved right away and needed to stay in same general area as we had elderly parents next to us. But 2nd room was hardly cleaned. Garbage in bathroom, food in fridge Nd stained sheets. Will stay again as staff was great but check ur roo.

When we first stepped into room, it smelled smoky. There is no smoking on property. Staff gave us Frebreeze and that covered smoke. Eggs were dry. Pool was great and warm.

Room was great accept AC was not cooling correctly. Breakfast very picked over 8:30. One spoonful of eggs and no biscuits no sausage. Need an outdoor ashtray, people do not dispose of cigs just left their butts.

I had no issues at all, other than they had the worst pillows I’ve had in a hotel. Five pillows that were so lumpy and cheap, they couldn’t combine to make one real pillow. It was that bad. Very clean, safe and a great area.

We had a great stay for one night after a concert. We had a suite with a king bed. Complete with mini fridge, and microwave. Was great to store left overs. Bathrooms were clean. Curtains were truly black out which was nice- especially with a later check out of 11 am. Breakfast bar was better than most! Baked goods, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy, regular and mini waffle maker with normal and chocolate waffles. Warm syrup dispenser too. Modern facilities with attention to details. Would definitely stay again.

Its a fairly new property that is in a fast growing suburb of Des Moines. The room was comfortable and classy. The bathroom is spacious, and the shower was excellent. The room was pretty quiet, and the bed was pretty nice. No complaints

My stay at this hotel was not as expected based on past exceptional reviews. This facility is sub-par and not worth the cost we paid for it. The beds were clean (I always check for bed bugs and there was not evidence of this). Surprising that a new-ish facility would have so many repair spots through the facility. The pool is so tiny that we didn't even bother. No hot tub. This hotel is very basic. In regards to our room, there was no view outside the room due to the design of the building, when we looked out our window, we saw building only. That was probably the most disappointing part. It would have been nice if they would have told us that there was an obstructed view. I would not recommend this hotel unless it was your last resort OR you don't care about all the things I mentioned. Great location, friendly staff, poor building design and no amenities.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was supposed to be served till 9:00 am, but there were few selections when we went at 8:30 am. The room we stayed in was accessible and had an odor. Also the AC didn’t seem to be working very well when it was 95 degrees outside. The motel was fully booked, so that probably had a lot to do with the AC not working very well also.

After pulling over to the hotel in the middle of the night during a terrible ice storm, I booked a room via Expedia. When I arrived at the hotel, I discovered I had booked the wrong night. I contacted Expedia and they asked the hotel to make an exception to no-refund policy on my reservation. The hotel refused and I had to pay for a second night. A few days later the hotel called me regarding the second reservation. I explained what happened and the staff member promised to call me back later that day with a solution. I never received a call back. So if you don't mind paying 2x for one night at a hotel that isn't thinking about repeat business, this is the place for you!

From the moment we checked in we could tell that we were going to have a good stay. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, making sure they gave us all the information we would need and answering any questions we had. The room was clean and comfortable. Asked for more towels twice, twice not delivered, twice went to the front desk to receive. Unacceptable. Breakfast leaves a lot to be desired. If there was anything, it was cold, eggs like rubber. Food and coffee bar were not replenished promptly, had to ask of find myself as well as coffee bar constantly messy. Elevator area dusty. Huge price increase bcause of new music venue nearby.

The last two times ive stayed here the breakfast has been severely disappointing and the morning staff seems to not really care. This morning the egg heater was off and the eggs and sausage were cold, and the person working slowly sauntered around to make new eggs. I had to leave for work so i didn't get any. Last time i stayed there the eggs were old and dried out. I'm giving you guys one more shot and then finding somewhere else to stay.

Would definitely stay here again. Room was clean. Bed was super comfortable. Big screen TV. GF options for breakfast.... scrambled eggs, sausage, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. Attendant at breakfast kept area clean and was very friendly and courteous.....like the rest of the staff.
