Het was een heerlijk hotel voor een gezin met 5, ruim genoeg en we mochten na het uitchecken nog lekker bij het zwembad liggen totdat de driver kwam. Minpuntje: geen eigen thee kunnen maken op de kamer. Minpuntje: de gym is echt alleen cardio. Maar hè, wie gaat er nou ook sporten op vakantie 😀

The staff was really considerate and kind. And I really liked the rooms. This is one of those rare experiences where I had no qualms about pillows. I also liked that this hotel was somewhat mindful about energy and resources. Note that the pool and gym are on the smaller side. The laundry units was immensely helpful.

Nice property. They had a gym, laundry machines, vending machines, and a pool. We were able to walk to a lot of things/restaurants. They had a garage pick up/drop off area for easy loading of luggages. The flooring of the shower was mismatched, so it was a bit rusty. AC was nice and strong. They also give you free drinking water every day.

The hotel is very unique, warm welcome by the security as well as receptionist. They allow us a bit early than the usual check in which is extra mile. The room is very clean and spacious. The swimming although is not large but enough for family as everytime was no other use. Overall the price vs quality which is worth to stay. Last not least the hotel has a tuk tuk service to BTS, even it is a walking distance.

We had a Quad room which was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable and shower was good. Keep the blinds drawn thiugh as view is either a car park (ours) or a main road. Not much sound proofing from windows. The small pool was perfect for a cooling dip. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasteful served in the little restaurant next door. 5 minutes to underground and free tuc tuc the MRT. All in all, would definitely return here.

We booked a family room and couldn’t have been happier. Clean & great air conditioning. So helpful to have a room together with our kids in separate beds. We landed at 5am and the hotel allowed us to leave our bags safely and use the pool until our rooms were available. Water and fridge in the room. Such a Great find

Cute little boutique hotel with friendly, helpful staff and convenient access to Lumpini MRT station. The hotel looks newer, the room was very clean and the furnishings were modern. Unfortunately, I didn't sleep very well at this hotel at all. You can hear the voices from adjacent rooms and there is also very little sound insulation from the windows. You will hear workers and machinery outside and they do start work quite early in the morning. The shower stall did not drain very well. The fitness room is just 3 cardio machines with no free weights.

Stayed for a one-day wait to the airport. The check in was uneventful with a bored staff. The room layout was a bit different for my liking. Smack in the middle of the room they had a toilet which was in a separate room from the shower separated by cement walls. It reminds me of a dorm or one of this those gym bathroom showers. Our room had one small window and they had rooms with no windows available as well. It was mostly a home for our luggage as we were mostly out doing last minute meetups and shopping. Checked out about 7 hours after checking in. Personally, I could never stay here long term unfortunately. We had to stay in Silom because our other friends were in the area.

A very comfortable stay. 5 min walk from Lumphini station. Basic amenities are available in the room, room was well designed with travelers needs in mind (e.g there are enough hooks in the bathroom area). Noise insulation wasn’t great though, can hear people talking from the corridor. King bed was basically two single beds pushed together to form one, including two separate single blankets so that’s a slight letdown. Overall well worth for the price point.

The rooms are clean and well equipped. The noise from the street is full on, it’s like trying to go to sleep laying next to a main road. After the first night I wanted to move hotels but they wouldn’t refund even 1 of 3 nights. They moved me to another room but same deal there. They need double glazing to sound proof the room from the street. The facilities are pretty ordinary. Staff are attentive professional and kind.

Our plane arrived early in the morning from another country. It was around 1 am. I messaged the hotel days before our arrival to ask for early check in. The response was it depends on the early availability of the room we booked and the previous occupants early or timely check out in which I understood. When we arrived, I asked if we could check in early. The front desk personnel called the manager and was told no. We have to pay an extra night. We were tired and went ahead and paid to get some rest. We were directed to the same room we booked for the next 4 nights but paid for 5. Nobody was occupying the room. Why charge us a full night for few hours early arrival. I would have come back to this hotel on our next visit but they were not very accommodating to our request. The front desk staff could barely speak English. Every time we try to communicate with them was a struggle.

The hotel was in a great location, sparkling clean, the beds were so comfortable and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Short walk to the Siam district with lots to eat, see and do. Would happily stay again.

We loved our room size for a family of 4. However, we would not stay at this hotel again. The front desk staff were not helpful or welcoming at all. We also didn't like that breakfast was reservations only. Front desk didn't even give us options on where to go for breakfast. We tried to get a taxi to take a tour, and the gentleman at front desk couldn't help us and asked us to walk a few blocks to get taxi. We missed tour and lost money. There is a hotel around corner that ordered us a taxi when we needed one. The security officer in front and the cleaning ladies were always so sweet and greeted us with big smiles. Location is good and close to Lumphini Park. Would suggest to hotel manager to make guests feel a little more welcomed and be a little more helpful and accommodating to guests who are new in a big city like Bangkok.

We greatly enjoyed our time at The Cotton. The 24hr front desk was lovely as we checked in at around 1AM. The employees were all very kind and accommodating. The hotel room was very clean and quiet, and the hotel itself was situated reasonably close to BTS and MRT stations - a bonus is that the hotel also provides hourly tuk-tuk rides to and from the station for a portion of the day. We would certainly stay at Cotton again!

Staff not service minded at all - usually hid behind the screens and avoided to greet when guests passed. Quite unlike the service offered in other hotels. Cleaning was extremely mediocre - lots of dust left behind on the floor. Pool was great. There’s a water kettle in the room but you have to ask for coffee/tea from the reception.

We like the awesome staff, they are all very nice people especially Linda in the evening shift was so helpful to get arrangements for travel to Pattaya. Our stay was comfortable happy homey. When in BKK this is the place to stay!

Beatifull hotel. Very clean, nice staff and very good breakfast. 4 blocks away from metro station and they offer a transfer to sky train. However, in my opinion, the location is quite far away from main tourist atractions but If you are ok with taking taxis pretty much anywhere I would definitely recommend staying here!

It’s in a location near BTS and the Metro with various dining options from local markets to higher end restaurants. It has a good laundry room and they accommodated our request for an extra desk chair promptly. There is some street noise at night, but I’m not sure that can be helped in the middle of Bangkok. Front desk staff was kind and helpful. Parking attendant was kind also. We would stay again.

Lindísimo este hotel! Las habitaciones son amplias y decoradas muy bonitas. La ubicación es muy buena, con un Grab estás cerca de todo, también tienen disponible el tuktuk cada hora al BTS. Alrededor hay varios restaurantes y un 7eleven. Los días que estuvimos tomamos la opciones de el breakfast box que tenía un jugo de naranja natural delicioso y un sándwich delicioso.

Hotel pequeño con habitaciones grandes y reformadas. Piscina correcta para refrescarse después de un día de turismo por la ciudad. Está ubicado un poco lejos del transporte público (metro pero sobretodo del sky train). Te dan a escoger entre 4 opciones de desayuno, muy justo pero habitual en Tailandia. Si solo te convence una opción o media, cada día comes lo mismo. Buena relacion calidad-precio

Hôtel moderne et très bien placé. Le seul bémol est qu’il n’est pas possible d’accéder au restaurant de l’hôtel avant 10h si l’option petit déjeuner n’a pas été sélectionnée. L’hôtel propose alors un kit composé de café soluble à préparer soit même en chambre. Autre alternative en prendre un à l’extérieur.
