I was hoping to run on the treadmill but it wasn't functioning properly. I think they need a better quality treadmill in there. The ventilation unit in my room was somewhat loud. Otherwise everything was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was great I would stay here again!

Seule chambre de disponible selon le commis à la réception était celle directement à côté de l’ascenseur et ce même si nous avions bouqué plus d’un mois à l’avance. Chambre très bruyante à cause des vas et viens des gens dans l’ascenseur et de ceux qui claquaient la pièce de machine à glace. Chambre pas propre avec taches et cheveux dans la salle de bain. Télévision non ajustable qui penchait vers le bas. Piscine et spas très achalandés avec des enfants qui courent partout et qui arrose les gens en faisant des bombes dans la piscine. Déjeuner qui manque de tout: il n’y avait plus de fruits, yogourt, fromages, fèves au lards, bacon, patates, mélange à gaufres et œufs une fois sur deux, pas de napkins et seulement des ustensiles en bois. Toutes les tables étaient sales et les deux jeunes employées étaient débordés et n’avait pas le temps de fournir et de nettoyer et remplir la nourriture qui manquait. Très fâchant et décevant pour le prix payé. Nous ne recommandons pas cet hôtel pour biens des raisons!

Easily accessed but only our phones would connect to the internet...not the iPad, kindles or laptop....it just hung and hung and hung. Could not get the TV to go off of the QUilaity inn Channel so watched tv on the iPad...really???

The arrival in the evening was really friendly and encouraging. The tomorrow morning for the checkout was quite cold without any greetings. The bedroom is ok, but why there is no soft lights close to the bed. Only the ceiling lights are available, this is aggressive for both, going to sleep and for the awakening...

We had a great stay at Quality Inn & Suites Mont-Joli. The service at check-in was friendly and welcoming, and staff were helpful when we used the laundry — a much-appreciated perk after four days of camping. You can buy laundry soap at the front desk for $2, which was convenient. The pool was warm and relaxing, and we loved having access to the spa/hot tub and the sauna — a lovely surprise! The lobby was also a comfortable place to hang out, and we were intrigued by the hydroponic herb garden near the entrance. Breakfast was a highlight: delicious, included in the price, and plentiful. We especially enjoyed the waffles and yogurt, and there was a good hot selection too — sausages, scrambled eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns — all replenished promptly. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a bit sparsely decorated, and we did miss having bedside table lamps. The air conditioner was loud, but it helped block out other sounds, so we slept well. All in all, a great place to rest and recharge. We’d definitely stay again.

Manque de tout au déjeuner - pas d’œufs, bacon, saucisses à 8h10. Rien en ôte pour 15 min… Manque flagrant de planification. Surtout lorsqu’ils savent que l’hôtel est plein.

As soon as I got to my room I noticed to whistling noise coming out of the A/C unit. I contacted the front desk and they switch my room right away. Breakfast was great Customer service was great Room were clean and comfortable bed. Will stay again

Trés bien situé. Grand stationnement. A courte distance de marche d'un resto Normandin et d'un Tim Hortons. La propreté dans la chambre était impeccable. Le personnel était chaleureux. Vraiment CINQ étoiles pour les nombreux choix offerts dans le buffet froid et chaud pour le déjeuner!! Je recommande sans hésitation.

Le personnel est accueillant et sympathique. Cependant, nous avions une chambre au 3e étage et l'ascenseur était brisé. Nous avons donc dû monter deux étages avec deux glacières et nos valises. De plus, nous avons appris qu'à 9h, le déjeuner n'est plus servi. Étant en vacances, nous pensions relaxer, mais nous devrons nous rendre à la salle à manger tôt pour pouvoir profiter du repas qui est inclus dans le prix. C'est plutôt décevant. Vive les vacances!

Le petit déjeuner était so so, pas de jus disponible ( jus d'orange ou autre), manquait beaucoup de nourriture (la fréquence de remplissage des plats n'était pas adéquate). L'eau n'était pas potable et l'administration a donné un petite bouteille d'eau par couple pour le séjour, si on en voulait plus, il fallait en acheter à $2 par bouteille à la distributrice. Pas fort fort !

We had a great 1 night stay in this inn. It looks so nice outside and plenty of parking. We were greeted warmly by the desk person. The room was so beautiful and spacious. The bed was so comfortable to the point when we're about to leave,I laid down one more time. We had super free delicious breakfast , lots of selections from making your own waffles, eggs, sausage, pork&beans, etc very satisfying. We will definitely gonna go back! Thank you
