높은층에 배정되어 뷰가 좋았지만 위치가 약간 에매합니다...17층 사우나는 정말 최고였어요

好位置，交通便利，顶樓温泉整潔，風景好

飯店非常新, 很舒適, 可在電視看netflix 跟youtube, 但飯店沒有自助洗衣, 離板橋車站雖說只有10分鐘路程, 但於站內也要步行5-10分鐘路程, 雖說飯店有接駁車, 但班次有限特別是晚上9點過後,如果坐計程車到西門町很快, 價錢也不貴!

客房乾淨，設施完善，服務員很棒。地點也很佳

３日間滞在しました。 特に17階の風呂がよかったです。

新しいホテルなので綺麗ですし 大浴場もあり、朝食もバイキング 1階にはオシャレなbeer BARがあります！ 日本人には合うとてもいいホテルだと思います。

酒店很新 住起來很舒服 因為在馬路邊 有一點吵 還有就是廁所和浴室的抽氣隔柵很髒 有很多灰塵 應該沒有很久沒有清理

四人家庭房淋浴間有一個奇妙的縫隙，裡面都是污垢。 廁所馬桶聲音超大，開蓋跟關起來的速度也很微妙。

布団にGがいて、ビックリした。 ホテルは清潔だけど、これだけで減点

房間整潔寬敞，一塵不染。溫泉水質乾淨，員工服務態度專業有禮。總體不錯，值得再次入住。

四人房空間非常舒適 雙人房的隔間板設計很怪，無法完全隔開衛浴區 提供的嬰兒澡盆&床都很適合小孩：） 淋浴間有一個縫隙裡面全部都是污垢，東西掉進去都不想撿… 廁所的智能馬桶很神秘，抓不準他開關蓋的時間，沖水聲音巨大。 提供的浴巾毛巾都會掉棉絮！ 走路去看耶誕城很方便！

清潔なシティービューの大浴場があり、旅の疲れが癒せました。部屋の窓ガラスが全面にあり、台北市内を見渡せて、とてもゴージャスな気分でした。ホテルの全てが清潔で、スタッフのサービスも素晴らしいです。 個人的に、ひとつだけ気になったのが、部屋のトイレ扉の隙間が広くて、パートナーに、音が漏れて恥ずかしかったです。

Clean room, friendly staffs.

櫃台人員服務態度不錯，但房務有待改善。住了兩個星期居然連一次床單都沒換過，也不提供可擺放於床上提醒更換床單的卡片，這有點離譜。不是我努力保持床舖乾淨就能兩星期都不換床單，畢竟是做旅館業的，難道一定要客人提出才會去做本就該做的事嗎？一整週都沒換過床單的情況下，就該主動更換了，居然可以整整兩週都不換，實在太扯！另外馬桶便座也沒有掀起來清潔過，得靠自己保持乾淨。

Great staff that was very helpful, The layout of the room is odd, The public bathroom style door for toilet is not great. If staying in room not as a couple the set up would be uncomfortable as the bathroom and shower are far from private from the actual room. Overall it was clean and bed was comfortable enough. I probably would not stay here again based on room setup

房間很乾淨，空間滿大的，浴廁空間也蠻大的，整體體驗很好，未來會想要再來住！

我住高樓層, 景很美, 離板橋後站, 捷運很近,隨近後有很多的計好的油庫口蚵仔麵線, 真的太好吃了, 飯店方間真的很好, 还可透过电視看netfix跟yoube.真旳asweome

清潔なシティービューの大浴場があり、旅の疲れが癒せました。部屋の窓ガラスが全面にあり、台北市内を見渡せて、とてもゴージャスな気分でした。ホテルの全てが清潔で、スタッフのサービスも素晴らしいです。 個人的に、ひとつだけ気になったのが、部屋のトイレ扉の隙間が広くて、パートナーに、音が漏れて恥ずかしかったです。

This is an upscale hotel that felt brand new. The rooms were a good size, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean and modern (almost too modern, the auto open/close/flush toilets scared our kids :).

Family trip we booked about 2 wks stay. -The walls are very thin-specially area where the wall connect to the window. You can hear next door neighbor talking, moving etc and even smell the food they eat. I’m not kidding. This happened 3am night waking us up. -Unchanged bed sheets. The 1st day there was this odor coming from one side of the bed. I didn’t think much of it until 2nd day so I decided to open up my bed sheet. There was a protective layer underneath padding so I got closer to sniff and realize this horrible smell so I requested house keeping. After house keeping, I inspected the area again, the smell was still there so I knew they never change protective layer (padding) or let alone bed sheets. This horrify me! Spoke to house keeper whom promise it will be changed. -Travel agency loaded tourist. The issue here is having too many tourist gets very noisy and packed throughout the day. I understand this hotel cares about making a lot of money but when you disregard customers that book directly with you its bad customer service. Check out time is noon, I asked if I can get an extra hour since my ride can only come at 1pm. The answer is No since they are so packed with bus tourists there is no leeway. -Overly zealous House keeper that won’t leave you alone. Creepy since day 1 it’s as if they are waiting for you to leave so they can talk to you. Always noticing when you leave no matter time of the day (turnoff clean room) Mind you they’ve access to your room!

Everything was good except the toilet and bathroom type. (Too opened type)

Staffs were friendly and helpful. Cleaners were friendly helpful and solved all problems.

Have stayed there for a total of 4 nights. Great modern property with great service staff.

The reception service is rude and not professional

２度宿泊しました 大浴場があるので気に入っています フロントには日本のホテルで働いた経験があり日本語を話す女性がいますので居心地が良いです 他にも流暢ではないけれども笑顔で日本語を話そうとしてくれる女性もいて、とても感じの良いホテルです

接待員態度有待改善

Nice food ,but not allow earlier check in , one need to pay 1300 Taiwan dollars to check in 2hours earlier . That’s quite undesirable

staff are very helpful, I am not feeling well one day morning and hotel staff let me know nearby hospital and arrange taxi for me early in the morning only pillows are too soft dor me

10 minutes walk from the Xinpu Station. Big clean room. The staff are helpful. Convenience stores and breakfast shops are nearby. But be aware that the hotel now no longer provides the cleaning stuff (toothbrush, toothpaste, slippers etc) or you will need to pay NT$100 for buying it. Please prepare by yourselves as well as protecting the environment.

板橋駅からホテルまでは少し離れていますが、歩道が広くしっかり整備されているエリアなので、歩くことは全く苦になりません。 施設は新しくて綺麗な上に広いのに、台北市内から数駅離れているお陰か、価格が台北中心部よりも若干リーズナブルです。 桃園空港からホテルまではMRT桃園機場線（直達車）と環状線を経由した場合、約１時間程になります。 板橋はMRT環状線・板南線、台鐵、高鐵、各種バス路線と、交通関係は何でも揃うエリアなので、台湾旅行に割と慣れている方は選んで間違いないかと思います。

Very far to MRT and you need to call Grab or Taxi. Have free shuttle bus to train station but you need to reserve and they only provide hourly service. Room is clean but I don’t think they worth this money. There are many other options in Taipei city.

There are a lot to see and eat around the area.

Nice area. Easy access to different districts. Train and bus to the airport are close by.

整體環境乾淨、鄰近兩個捷運站，開車方便也捷運便利

The optional breakfast was nice. It was also great to be able to walk about 10 minutes to the Banqiao subway station, which also had access to the Taiwan normal and high-speed rail train lines. The room was great, and the staff friendly.

Most aspects were good to very good. I was not impressed with the breakfast.

It would be nice if the hotel has a good breakfast buffet instead of a small cafe.

the breakfast is lack of selection and they don’t make it up soon when the dish is empty. it’s a pity that only one coffee machine there, we can see a bunch of ppl are in a long Q in order to get one cup of coffee. Remember to bring your own hand soap and slippers, they don’t have it in the room.

The room was very clean. The breakfast restaurant was a little poor compared to other hotels of the same class.

룸 컨디션 도 좋고 ~ 깨끗합니다. 아쉬운 점은 조식이 많이 부족합니다…빠른 개선이 필요해 보입니다. 그리고 사우나 좋습니다. 직원분들 친절 하구요~

早餐真的太糟糕了，沒遇過這樣等級的飯店，早餐供應竟然東缺西少，品項不多就算了，還沒有即時補上，有些還是缺到等客人提醒，這次體驗真的有讓人傻眼到。

Love the spacious, clean room! Great hotel and we ate at the restaurant downstairs Tan Shou - we went at the end of the night (2 hours before closing) and it was rushed (they gave us the check in the first 10 minutes and started taking things off of our table and asking if we were done 30 min before closing) and they stopped replensishing the sauce bar. If you want to try the restaurant, I would recommend it but go at least 3 hours before they close. I would definitely stay here again.
