The elevator issue is un-nerving. the front desk stated elevator company says nothing wrong. i didn't trust it, so i either used the other elevator or the stairs.

The hotel was nice but I got trapped in the elevator and had to be rescued out of it. I was stuck in between two different floors and I had to climb down between the two floors to get out.

Excellent service. Clean and well appointed room. Well designed functional bathroom with robe hooks and a nightlight. Very good hot breakfast. The only problem was a broken elevator. Definitely would stay again.

It seems as though this location has gone downhill. I typically will stay here when I am in Middleburg. This stay was not the best. They were having some issues with their A/C. In the elevators and hallways, it was just as equally hot inside as it is outside. Their elevators probably need some tending too. Not sure when the last time they were serviced but might be a good idea for that soon. The sheets on the bed weren't staying on, so as I was trying to fix them, I discovered the most grotesque stain of lord knows what on the mattress. Quite disgusting.

None of the bathroom toiletries were filled up after mentioning this twice to the front desk. Cracked toilet seat - though they did come up and fix this. Broken sink drain valve. We were there 3 days and never received housekeeping. Had to get towels from the front desk. Staff was nice but housekeeping is a problem here.

Staff was top notch, helpful and friendly. We loved the fitness room and the pool the most. Unfortunately we never got our room cleaned the entire 4 days. That was very disappointing.

Was there 5 days before housekeeping showed up. Had to ask for towels after 3 days. Breakfast was okay but you would think they could get plastic utensils that were a bit more substantial. Breakfast attendant was very pleasant.

Fairly new hotel, very clean, not too far away from orange park. There is a hospital right across the street, there is also a wal mart and gas station around the corner, there is a dollar tree across from wal mart. The staff was super friendly! Breakfast was great both days, fresh and great options . Will be staying here again.

Overall, the hotel is nice and modern and offers decent breakfast for the price. The halls are mostly quiet, and the hotel staff is courteous. Inside the rooms, it might be a good idea to keep the A/C at a lower temperature. Our room was initially set to 68 degrees, but, when we turned it up to 70 and allowed the room to warm up, it began to smell of dog (the hotel is pet-friendly, after all). Turning it back down kept the smell away. Also, in the bathroom, there were design choices that raised the following questions: "Who designed this?" and "Who approved this design?" Water easily leaks from the shower due to a large gap between the doors. Further, the sink faucet was located in the right corner of the sink instead of front and center. The faucet was also not large enough to keep water from splashing onto the counter while we washed our hands. Strategically-placed towels took care of these issues. Lastly, we discovered that our room had ants crawling along the base of the wall and all over the desk and TV stand/dresser - a steady stream of ants. We informed the front desk at checkout, and they said they would get right on it. Under the right circumstances, we might consider returning to this hotel in the future.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites and had a great experience overall. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the rooms were very comfortable, making for a relaxing stay. The service was also excellent—staff members were friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was taken care of. The location was very convenient, just a mile from my parents’ house, which made visiting easy. Plus, having a Walmart within walking distance was a nice bonus for any last-minute needs. The only minor issue I encountered was that the kitchen faucet in my room was really loose. It wasn’t a major problem, but it was noticeable. Other than that, everything else was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located hotel!

Breakfast was incredible every morning, menu of hot item rotated and all food was definitely fresh cooked. 24/7 hot coffee, tea, and cocoa was really nice too. Would stay again for sure. Room was for 5. 2 queens and a hide-away couch worked perfect. Lots of room for all!

Excellent stay. Breakfast was your normal Hilton breakfast. Frozen and reheated. Biscuits and gravy were terrible. But the waffles were the best. Stayed 6 days. Convenient to where we needed to be and quiet, comfortable and clean.
