I don’t like that we have to pay to park now. There’s plenty of parking spaces each day.

Overall the hotel was lovely but the swimming pool was filthy with a white layer of something constantly on top of the pool along with an abundance of black curly hairs…really quite unpleasant. Was told upon checking that there would be a one off parking charge of $10 but have since found out that this is charged per day which was not explained to me at any point. Staff were lovely, room was large and clean, with the location being great for lots of restaurants. Only a 10 min drive to Six Flags as well.

$150 pet fee which is not refundable if there is no damages and you charge more if there are damages. I was also charged a $10 parking fee which I only found out because I looked at my receipt.

Door was broken, had to fight with it to close it (deadbolt problem). Air conditioner sounded like a freight train, so bad it shook the walls. Other guests were complaining it was the same for their rooms. Pool was dirty with no pool towels, then was closed on a Saturday almost all day and still closed Sunday because someone complained it was dirty, but they had nobody onsite that could clean it all weekend. Had no waffles 2/4 days and the rest of breakfast was poorly stocked other than the yogurt and oatmeal toppings which had a nice variety. Basketball court right outside rooms was super loud (bouncing ball) and hotel allowed people to play and whoop and hollar until past midnight despite multiple complaints that their quiet hours were not being enforced, multiple nights. Large groups of peole were allowed to gather and party, until past midnight, even on Easter Eve. Answer was that they informed security, but it went on for hours. Didn't have enough room towels for my family at the desk, either. Tv locked up constantly, unwatchable.Rooms were a nice size but this hotel is a disaster.

If the are going to charge my card for an additional $200 that I can not get back for 5-7 bussiness days for incidentals then things that are broken should be charged and fixed to the people that broke them. Like a chair that the leather was ripped or the falling toilet paper holder or the missing door hanger. Another fun fact, they charge $10 for GARAGE PARKING an you park in their uncovered parking lot. Another small issue, if you are going to have a self serve waffle station, please have at least 2 waffle makers. Our family waited in line for over 30 minutes and the had to get out of line because we had to leave. Will not be waisting my money here again.

Staff extremely pleasant! The only concern I had during the stay was I guess the rental of the pool area to locals for a party…better crowd control is needed to live up to the brand name. Marijuana smoking at the door entrance and the rude behavior while I was getting ready for my wedding would definitely cause me not to recommend the facility on the weekends.

My stay overall was just OK. I wasn’t really comfortable with the bed and the pillows were lousy. I thought it was ridiculous that we had to pay $10 for parking on the outside parking lot where security really was not there mining car attendance 24 hours.

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly and it smelled nice. The property and rooms were clean. The one thing we didn’t like was there was a small stain on a sheet but the staff graciously gave another one and apologized. We enjoyed sitting in the outside bbq area while eating our food. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I like the convience of being close to the relatives i was visiting. When i arrived at the location i was put into a room that was occupied. I had to wait about 30 minutes before being put in a room. The manager on duty Darnell was a great help. The front desk worker Patience was absolutely no help and didn't quit know her job. The room i was in had ants and had to get front desk to spray. I would have to really think before i book again.

It was an over-all great stay. However our room was not tended to while we were there. Our trash was not taken out. And the towel bars fell of a few times. The first the towel bar fell it lande on my son's foot. I did appreciate the front staff that got us in room fairy fast.

Unfortunately i will start with the bad first because i think from me personally to anyone considering this place needs to know. We arrived and there was a major stain on the carpet which was kind of gross but whatever. The problems began when i started sneezing and coughing because i have allergies to dustmites. I brought it up when i was checking out and they told the cleaning person comes once every 3 days! On expedia it says daily housekeeping. So the issues were with cleanliness and how it effected my health. The good, if you're still reading. The location is great, the free breakfast was very good, and the picnic firepit area was amazing. I also really enjoyed them having bbq grills. I wouldve given this place 4 stars had they had daily house keeping and a nicer pool.

Serenity, cleanliness and room size!

The only downfall is the door wouldn’t always close. You have to use the key or hold the door handle from the inside first.

I stayes here last year and have to say they have taken a step back in a year. I blame it on the other guests to be honest. 11:30 @ night banging doors, running and shouting in the hallways. Smell of weed. Maybe I just picked a bad weekend.

Hotel suite was later out perfectly for our needs with full fridge, king bed and good size pull out couch.

It was a great trip. We loved the hotel and the nice big rooms. There were 4 of us women and the extra room was great. We loved haveing a kitchen and a sofa.

Staff was very friendly and the facilities were very clean and in great condition. Room was spacious.

My family and I came to this hotel and immediately was hit with a charge for parking $25. And the listing it said there was parking, but it didn’t mention that I had to pay for it. There was no microwave in the room. We had food that we wanted to heat up there was only on the first floor. How does marriot have their name on this hotel. Very unprofessional staff not to mention at 9:30 in the morning a cleaning lady tried entering the room which scared me and my husband who were sleeping trying to enter first and then knocked after the third time trying to get in. Luckily my husband went to the door. He didn’t open it but asked why are they trying to enter at 9:30 in the morning when checkout is at 11 which I found very unsafe and creepy. Luckily, I had the stopper on so she couldn’t get in. I will never be back at this hotel again and I don’t recommend it for anyone to come. It’s overpriced, unprofessional, and unsafe to me

The hotel was beautiful and it smelt so good!!! Thanks to Mr. Omar for being so kind and checking us into the hotel and Mr. Caleb for coming into the room to fix one of the lights that was not working. All the works were very pleasant and kind.

This was the worst reservation experience ever! I arrive at the hotel at midnight only to be told “we sent you an email at 8:35pm to cancel the reservation because we had a high occupancy “!!! Who does that?? Why would you choose to cancel my reservation in favor of someone else?? Expedia— what is your agreement with this hotel that they can cancel reservations for such frivolous reasons?? I was stuck at midnight looking for a hotel and paying a higher premium!!! Don’t trust the reservation you make with this hotel.

We had a pleasant and comfortable overnight stay at this Residence Inn. We were in town for a baby shower and arrived a bit early. Barbara was very communicative and accommodating for our early arrival. The rooms are new clean. The bathroom vanity light was great. They are a nice size with plenty of amenities. The food mart in the lobby had wine spiked seltzers for purchase. The free breakfast had a lot of options, including greek yogurt and perfectly cooked grits. Lots of restaurants and shops across the street. Buffalo Wild Wings is in walking distance.

Our stay at the Residence Inn in Upper Marlboro was perfect for our family of five. We booked a two-room suite, which provided plenty of space and comfort. The kitchenette was well-equipped with an almost full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove, though we didn’t use it much since the hotel offered a delicious breakfast each morning. The breakfast included a hot entrée, oatmeal, and a make-your-own waffle station, which was a great start to our days. The sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly, with enough beds for everyone and a fold-out couch for our youngest son. The hotel was very clean, and the employees were exceptionally friendly. My kids loved the indoor swimming pool, and we felt safe in the area, which is new and well-developed. The location was also convenient, with an Aldi, Chick-fil-A, and other shops within walking distance. One of the best parts was the easy access to Washington, D.C. The hotel is just 12 minutes from the Metro station, where we parked for a reasonable $4.50 per day. Taking the subway into the city and back was affordable at less than $13 per person. Overall, this hotel was an excellent choice for our family, and I would highly recommend it to others. We’ll definitely be looking for similar Residence Inn Suites for our next vacation!

The property, the area, everything was quiet. Staff was good. I really enjoyed my stay.

I thought this property was excellent. The hotel seems pretty new and it was super clean. The lady at the front desk who checked us in was outstanding. (Wish I can remember her name). Very convenient to restaurants and shopping.

Excellent stay. Not to far from the DC area but far enough not waiting in traffic to eat dinner.

We stayed here for the Cowboy and Commanders game, and it was great. The staff was so nice, the rooms were great clean and it is within walking distance of several food options. I do not recommend the Buffalo Wild Wings that is right beside the hotel it was awful but everything else was great.

The only thing that was disappointing was the breakfast. Waffles, no syrup, coffee creamer, no coffee. There was a large group in attendance and maybe when I came down it was time to restock. But either way, great experience and I will be back soon!

Was not happy that everyday we asked for waffles and they kept saying tomorrow. We booked for waffles with out stay. I don’t like eggs, don’t eat bread or milk.
