We were in the bottom floor, end corner and it was very quiet. No noise from the hall or street. The TV has live tv and smart tv capabilities. That was refreshing. I used the gym. It was clean and had plenty of room.

Terrific stay! Fitness room was the best I've seen in a hotel yet. Peleton bike, treadmills, TRX setup. I used the heated pool and jacuzzi and both were excellent and felt very clean. My room was great and had an excellent mattress. Excellent customer service from Trevin!

Pool and hot tub not working. I fully checked that this was available. This was very important to us and so not having it working ruined our trip. I paid double the rate of the other Hotel just to have a pool and hot tub.

Hotel seems brand new. Very clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful and seem to enjoy working there. Complimentary breakfast was the normal that you get at a hotel nothing fancy but good enough. The pool and spa were nice and warm.

the staff is great. the location is great also close to food and shopping and movies. they do have issues with the sewer as our room smelled of it all night long in the sink drain and shower drains.

Liked the location. However there was dog food in our room on the carpet- we took a picture and also brought the food downstairs to front desk. So what kind of cleaning was there? They just said we try to keep the animals downstairs on floor 1- we were on floor 3. They didn't even compensate us with a free water or offered to change our room.

This property was very clean & comfortable. The coffee was very good in the room & in the lobby. The bathroom was clean, but it had a musty, mildew odor… Thus I gave cleanliness & property conditions a 3 star rating. Every other aspect of our stay was nice. It was quiet, comfortable room & bed.

Very comfy bed but the room was depressingly dark. The only floor lamp had no bulb. The desk lamp cast only a dim glow. In addition we HATED that you cannot turn the bathroom fan off and neither can you turn off the fan or heating unit in the room. Makes for more noise than we enjoy. This is a pity because the service, room decor and condition of the hotel are excellent.

2nd stay at hotel nice and clean. When we checked in the front desk attendant was not welcoming and did not say anything. Last time we stayed the attendant was very welcoming. This gentleman needs to work on putting his service smile on. Lobby coffee was cold even though he said just made. Stay at Hilton properties because know what to expect. Property doesnt disappoint just customer service of attendant.

Great check-in! Took less than a minute, the front desk was so friendly. The entire place was very clean!!! Good drains and good water pressure. The pool didn't feel sketchy or dirty at all, until a guest came in with his dog. We didn't see anything posted about animals but we left anyway. Breakfast was fresh and morning front desk was so helpful and friendly.

Great location that I stay at often. I travel between Telluride, CO and CA or OR. This is such a convenient location to break up the trips. Between a Cinemark theater and a Texas Roadhouse both within walking distance, it's perfect. The staff is great and the young man who checked me in was so personable. A keeper!

Everything was awesome like cleanliness, the hot breakfast was only fair, eggs were not real. What bothered me the most was the pillows, they were feather pillows, but would not give any support. They gave me others, but they quickly went flat, that was my worst problem. Staff was awesome

Beautiful, new hotel. Spacious, comfortable room, with super comfy bed. Great breakfast choices. Just wish it was more eco-friendly with proper dishes, glassware, and utensils. Everything was disposable paper/plastic…such an unnecessary waste, and an incredible amount of garbage going into the landfill.
