Had a great experience. The property was beautiful. Steps surrounding the property was in need of reconstruction for liability purposes but overall a very comfortable environment. Thanks again for a wonderful stay. I didn’t want to leave.

It was a beautiful location! The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. The room we had looked out over the falls...the sound was heavenly! The accommodation was well stocked, spacious, clean and recently renovated. Patio games, fire pits, grills, and Roku tv were available for entertainment. No restaurant was on site, but the management had water and snacks set out for his guests to enjoy. There were walking trails along the river and out to the falls. The only downside would be the steps/stairs that had to be utilized to access most of the rooms, but they were not impossible to manage. We would definitely go back in the future!

The room was clean and ready when we arrived. We were greated when we arrived and the gentleman offered to help carry bags. I would refer to this as a cabin more than a room. The river flows past the Cascades and there is a path to go swimming.

The Inn is very nice overall. The sounds from the river are spectacular, they have a nice lighted walkway down to the river. We stayed in the #9 room. The room was clean and well stocked. Just an FYI, the bathroom is very narrow and the sink is on a pedestal so not really anywhere to put items around the sink to get ready. The staff is extremely nice and helpful

Awesome place to stay and relax. Inn keeper is too notch. Had a pretty rough storm the last night we stayed but Mike the Inn keeper was out there at 3am roght after it passed cleaning up debris from driveway, checking on the patrons vehicles and blocking of the stairwell to the lower observation deck due to a tree snapping in the wind storm and falling on the bottom stair case. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Very unique and wonderful. Right on the falls. We were in suite 5 and had a private deck with table and fire pit. Lovely atmosphere and Mike was readily available if we needed him. Would go back!

They are cabins. The star of the property is the running creek behind the cabins that cascades down. There are stairs to platforms overlooking the water and a short trail down to the waters edge. 5 minutes from Clayton, Ga where the restaurants Hush, Bella’s and Fortify won’t disappoint.

Cabin like suite with fully equipped kitchen as large as the bedroom. Nice and clean. Quiet. Friendly owner. Lots of decks and fire pits with view of the river below. 27 steps down to the lower deck and then 58 steps down to the river but optional trail that is easier than stairs. Need black out curtain over blinds- bed comfortable. Small tv and enet. Lots of thoughtful touches. We may make this a tradition. The views and sounds of the river make this a wonderful choice.

This place was a little slice of heaven. I will definitely return here. The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean. The shower is a bit small, but it too is very clean. The staff was incredibly nice and you just cannot beat the views. This place was incredible.

The hotel was on a gorgeous property and had friendly staff. The room was clean and the area was quiet. No complaints. Only thing good to know is the bathroom was small which may be difficult for some to access and use.

We had a great time staying at Cascades Inn. Michael was so friendly and welcoming, and he made sure we were comfortable with the property. There are lots of seating areas and the waterfront is awesome. The cabin itself was comfortable, but could probably benefit from a deep clean (under the beds, under the kitchen stove, etc.). We didn't have any real issues, though, and it was stocked with all the supplies we needed. My kids absolutely loved it, especially the loft area. We cooked dinner, played games, and relaxed after an afternoon hiking at Tallulah Gorge. Very close to the park, and easy to find. My kids have already said they want to come back when it's warmer.

The Cascades Inn is in a great location near Clayton, GA and has amazing views. The waterfall at the creek down the stairs is incredibly peaceful. My only regret is we couldn’t stay longer since we were here for a friends wedding. This place is a must stay if you are in the area. The cabins are well maintained and are very spacious as well!

The view right outside my room door is the view in the marketing pictures and the sound of the white water can be heard. It is an older structure with an odd layout. I chose this room because it has a bathtub which is harder to find these days. The winery six minutes away had live music and friendly staff who made me feel welcome.

Interesting place in the mountains. The sound of the water running is comforting. A nice deck area to enjoy the view and water music. Room was clean and ok. Very small shower that was difficult to move in. nice towels. Fine for one night stay while traveling between places. Pricey for what you get.

Mike was our manager at the property and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We turned off the AC and opened the windows. The waterfall sounds from our room were very soothing and the temps were perfect for sleeping!

We stayed in room 7 which had its own private balcony with rocking chairs overlooking the Tiger Creek. We felt like we were in a tree house. The place had an eclectic mix of furnishings which added to the charm. We cooked dinner, took a dip in the creek, and had a restful sleep with the sound of cascading water from the creek below. It was nice that there was coffee, and salt and pepper to use as well as some extra towels for swimming. Truly our kind of place! The man and woman who checked us in were delightful! Thank you!

Two days before our two night stay my 96 year old mother went to the hospital with a brain bleed. I am her only living child and needed to be with her through this traumatic experience. We apealled directly to Cascade Inn and through Expedia to let us cancel without penalty, or at least receive credit for a future stay at Cascade Inn. We were rejected and had to pay for the two nights. This does not seem very customer friendly.

This place is Beautiful and Romantic and is right on the Cascade Falls. Reserved room night before. Was sent text by Cascade Inn property stating if we want check in early text them arrival time I DID…1:00 pm! Got there was told no rooms available or ready told would calls as soon as room came open. They never called. 3 hours later we arrive back Did not get what was promised! Paid for room or cabin overlooking falls. Got standard room by office! Loud noisy! Walls thin can hear others talking! After my talk in room with my husband of color!!! That I felt we were not welcomed here due to obvious reasons! Owner came to door and stated “oh we do have rooms down by falls with your own private overlook” do you want one!! Mind you we were already in room and unpacked after 30 mins !! No, I’m owed money back

From the moment we arrived we were sure by natural beauty this hidden gem nestled in peaceful scenic are with waterfalls just outside my room. The staff was amazing warm and tentative and checked in with us when they saw us out and about making sure we were enjoying our stay. Conveniently located to cute quaint little shops and a large amount of dining selections, as well as beautiful hiking trails. The atmosphere here is incredibly serene & perfect for anyone looking to unwind and recharge. Especially loved the light show on the falls at night. I’d give it 10 stars if I could

Had a flat tire in travel trailer 10 minutes from the cascades. Soon as I seen the pictures online I knew that was our spot for the night. Upon arrival Mike the manager was very friendly, showed us around and told us to come eat bbq with him and other guests as we settled. We ate with the other quest and enjoyed our night at the great taking views, waterfall was my favorite.

we had an emergency n didn’t stay but if planning to stay here please be aware that if you get in to an accident n can’t make you don’t get a refund if you get sick n can’t make no refund so in conclusion they care more about money that customer service

Awesome place to stay and relax. Inn keeper is too notch. Had a pretty rough storm the last night we stayed but Mike the Inn keeper was out there at 3am roght after it passed cleaning up debris from driveway, checking on the patrons vehicles and blocking of the stairwell to the lower observation deck due to a tree snapping in the wind storm and falling on the bottom stair case. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

The view of the waterfall behind the place is excellent. You can get into the water and have fun. The property is close to zip lining and white water rafting, which played a big part on picking this place to stay.

The Cascades Inn is in a great location near Clayton, GA and has amazing views. The waterfall at the creek down the stairs is incredibly peaceful. My only regret is we couldn’t stay longer since we were here for a friends wedding. This place is a must stay if you are in the area. The cabins are well maintained and are very spacious as well!

Mike was our manager at the property and couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We turned off the AC and opened the windows. The waterfall sounds from our room were very soothing and the temps were perfect for sleeping!

This was one of the most peaceful locations we’ve ever experienced. We had waterfalls right out in front of our room. Sitting on the deck listening to the music of the water was a refreshing respite. We will be back!

It was a beautiful location! The staff could not have been more helpful and kind. The room we had looked out over the falls...the sound was heavenly! The accommodation was well stocked, spacious, clean and recently renovated. Patio games, fire pits, grills, and Roku tv were available for entertainment. No restaurant was on site, but the management had water and snacks set out for his guests to enjoy. There were walking trails along the river and out to the falls. The only downside would be the steps/stairs that had to be utilized to access most of the rooms, but they were not impossible to manage. We would definitely go back in the future!

The location of this hotel may be the most beautiful I have ever stayed at. It is on Tiger Creek Falls and they have multiple decks on different levels to enjoy the views. The hotel is older but very clean and comfortable. They are in the process of upgrading everything. We got there 3 hours early and asked about dining options in the area. They had our room ready and allowed us to register early. The woman we spoke with was friendly, helpful and showed us the different decks. A very enjoyable time.

The view right outside my room door is the view in the marketing pictures and the sound of the white water can be heard. It is an older structure with an odd layout. I chose this room because it has a bathtub which is harder to find these days. The winery six minutes away had live music and friendly staff who made me feel welcome.

From the moment we arrived we were sure by natural beauty this hidden gem nestled in peaceful scenic are with waterfalls just outside my room. The staff was amazing warm and tentative and checked in with us when they saw us out and about making sure we were enjoying our stay. Conveniently located to cute quaint little shops and a large amount of dining selections, as well as beautiful hiking trails. We had a great time staying at Cascades Inn. Michael was so friendly and welcoming, and he made sure we were comfortable with the property. There are lots of seating areas and the waterfront is awesome. The cabin itself was comfortable, but could probably benefit from a deep clean (under the beds, under the kitchen stove, etc.). We didn't have any real issues, though, and it was stocked with all the supplies we needed. My kids absolutely loved it, especially the loft area. We cooked dinner, played games, and relaxed after an afternoon hiking at Tallulah Gorge. Very close to the park, and easy to find. My kids have already said they want to come back when it's warmer.

We stayed in room 7 which had its own private balcony with rocking chairs overlooking the Tiger Creek. We felt like we were in a tree house. The place had an eclectic mix of furnishings which added to the charm. We cooked dinner, took a dip in the creek, and had a restful sleep with the sound of cascading water from the creek below. It was nice that there was coffee, and salt and pepper to use as well as some extra towels for swimming. Truly our kind of place! The man and woman who checked us in were delightful! Thank you!

The property was developed well but buildings are old. Outside decks are recently remodeled I think. Outdoor furniture are mostly brand new. Creek areas are designed with colorful LEDs so it's beautiful at night. Creeks are not deep but rocks are covered with mosses so very slippery. Staffs are very kind. In the map that was inside of house said there is a laundry room but it's not.
