This Hotel is excellent, especially considering the price. It is clean, well located, safe, and the staff is great. It has a TV, wifi, micro and refer, but is no frills. It is a place to sleep. If you want free breakfasts (which are actually included in the Price) you should go somewhere else. If you want a bunch of fancy stuff go to the Hilton or Marriott.

Clean and quiet during our stay! Down side is no restaurant for coffee or breakfast and no ice machine. Had a freezer in the fridge. Had a setup to grill outdoors if you have a grill which we did. We enjoyed our stay 😁

Very disappointed after our brief stay here. The reviews feel a bit misleading after having stayed here. The bedding was stained/dirty in multiple places (pictures attached) and the room smelled like cigarettes. Considering we were charged a cleaning fee, I was at least expecting clean sheets/bedding. For the price they're charging per night, this is not worth the money at all. We will not be staying here again.

Many things are right, newer remodel and very clean, even smelled of light beach. So clean. Bed was fine, no signals of bugs. However, feels like hospital room, clean and cold. All overhead lighting in cold white, no lamps. The big TV high on the wall. No desk to work at. Didn't help that locals told me the place know as the rent by the hour place. Being buzzed into the front desk area and the worker is behind what seems like bullet proof glasses, didn't do much to change that image. Near by Alton is interesting place to visit you never hear of.

Noisy. A major 4 way intersection close by where it seems like every racer boy has to take off so everyone can here them. Noise from room above easily passed through our ceiling. Sounded like someone herding elephants up there. Room was clean, beds were comfortable and area surrounding the motel was clean and safe.

This motel is our go-to place to stay when we visit Alton. It’s clean and very well kept. They take smoking very seriously and will ask you if you smoke upon check-in, which comes off as a little abrasive but they are trying to keep their place nice. My only complaint this time was that the heat wasn’t on in the room and it took HOURS for it to reach a comfortable temperature. Otherwise than that, you won’t find a better place to stay for the price in this area.

my room was clean, and well kept. newer appliances and renovation perhaps? If not the room was very well maintained. beds were comfortable and everything worked as it should. the only downside was the A/C...the vent pointed upward and was trapped by a ceiling bathroom separation wall that came down from the ceiling about a foot, making most of the A/C air hit that wall instead of being pushed out into the rest of the room. I improvised by putting a towel on top of the unit to direct flow straight out instead of up to the ceiling. that helped and made the room comfortable in the 90* heat. Overall we had a very good stay.

friendly front desk, not sure why I have to pay for cleaning if we left place as clean when we left as when we arrived. what is the room rate for? upon arrival there was a noodle dried onto the living area counter top which surely indicates not cleaned prior to arrival. They should put rug either outside entry or directly inside as it had rained and feet wet upon each arrival we made back to the room. MAJOR HATE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY CLEANING FEE ON TOP OF RATE!

Nice lodging! Very clean and affordable. Nice green space behind the motel. Close to coffee shops in Alton. Well maintained and managed. Next time you plant trees or shrubs onsite, I suggest planting natives for drought resistance and shade!

Clean. Newly remodeled. Lots of plug ins. Really good lighting. Good towels. Good pillows. Comfortable beds. Just a quick few miles north of I-270. A pleasant find when I didn't feel like staying anywhere near StL. Check out Burger Bar about a mile east of this motel. Great hand pressed Angus beef.

Updated motel in very good condition. Room was very clean and comfortable. Had no issues. Motel next to a highway so expect so highway noise, otherwise good stsy and would stay again.

Would of been nice to have a coffee maker in room. The fan in the bathroom was noisy. Needs maintence. Other than that i was satisfied, we just stayed cause we went to Fast Eddie's and didnt want to drive 50 minutes home.
