Ein schönes neues Hotel und sehr ruhige schallisolierte Zimmer. Das Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch aber gut und lecker. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und wir würden es wieder buchen.

Room-102 Our room smelled like urine and cigarettes. It was marked as a non smoking room as well. There were dishes left in the dishwasher not put away. The bed was slightly wet feeling like the humidity from the outside made it into our room somehow. The king bed was very loud and creeky while moving around in it. The carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in quite a while. The hideaway bed from the couch support rods were loose and falling apart significantly. Needed replaced. The coffee at breakfast time literally tasted like water.

The room at this Hyatt had a broken phone in it and the fabric was torn on the sofa couch. We had to request linens for the sofa couch and that took a while to receive which made it tough to go to bed after a late arrival n check in. The shower door to my cousins toon did not stay shut when taking a shower n the breakfast was less than mediocre. The cost of a nights stay is not consistent with the poor quality of the room. I would not recommend family or friends stay here in the future.
