The view of the lake was magnificent. However, although there was a hotel terrace overlooking the lake, it was very bare - not a plant in sight. Very unloved and the staff didn’t seem to be very enthusiastic. One waiter threw the bottletop from a beer bottle over the wall onto the lake shoreline every time he served a beer😳. There was some small building works and a waiter was pushing the wheelbarrow to help, and they then tipped the dirt rubble over the wall onto the side of the lake! No care for the environment. Our room was large but very basic and old fashioned. On the plus side, reception staff were very polite and helpful.

Otel çok temizdi ve işçiler de süper ötesi edendi. Yalnız ortada bir yanlışlık bir kandırma var. Van Gölü çevresinde yüzme havuzlu bir otel arattım ve karşıma bu otel çıktı. Otelin sahil ile ilgili paylaştığı görsel kesinlikle gerçek ile alakası yok bu bariz bir kandırmacadır.

Very attentive staff, lovely breakfast and a room upgrade as a smoker had obviously occupied our non smoking room previously. We recommend Ramada.

Our stay was excellent. Hotel located just near to lake. Breakfasts have stunning panorama at the edge of water. Staff was so kind and helpfull. We enjoyed every minutes of our experience. Don't mist to try local breakfast staff "kavut" and "murtua"!

Otel odası temiz ve konforluydu. Sahur daki kahvaltı çok çeşitli ve güzeldi. Akşam iftar yemeği fiks menü olması iyi olmadı. Van a gidip her akşam Adana kebap yemek zorunda kaldık. Menü de hiç Van yöresel yemeği yoktu.

El hotel es en todos los sentidos excepcional: Aparcamiento gratis, habitación acogedora, grande y limpia. Desayuno variado y muy rico. Pero lo mejor han sido las personas, tanto en recepción como camareros, sobre todo los del desayuno. No se puede hacer mejor.

Easy located on the main road from Van past the airport in the direction of Akdamar ferry.Check in was professional. Room was excellent, good amenities with great views over Lake Van. Check in was professional. Wine was expensive even by Turkish standards and beer was in the higher price category. Food on the Lake Terrace was very well presented and decent value. Reception was shocked when I asked about Hotels.com offer of ‘20% off food and drink purchases’. You are able to stroll a little along the Lake side. Metres away by foot was a recommended good value restaurant but asI was dressed in shorts I thought ( looking at the clientele ) I was dressed ‘too casual’. I would stay again.

Parking is very easy on site. I hade corner view which combination of sea and shore. Breakfasr is one of the best. Really recommended.
